The lady who runs the till then proceeded to yell at me and treat me like a nuisance. She even implied that I hit the man's knee on purpose. I have spent THOUSANDS there over the last year and 5 months, and if I had somewhere else to go after this I would never come back here. Uncalled for and rude as hell. I'll make sure next time to actually say what's on my mind if any of yall ever treat me like that again. Unbelievable UPDATE: Went back in and was met with a sorry, told her I didn't want to hear it and said I posted how she made me feel in my review on here. I ask her not to yell at me ever again and she has reason after reason justifying why she was in the right. She then said "thank you for your wonderful review" while laughing and told me the days she worked and to not come back, that she was the manager when no one else was there. I'm willing to speak to someone who's actually in management about this, but until then I'm done coming here. I'd rather walk 2 miles to the closest place than ever set foot in there and deal with that kind of treatment again.

It's also about the flower area, the deli, the bakery, the pharmacy, the availability to send money by Western Union, the fresh meats area, and I could go on and on, but you get the point! It's also a highly valued exercise spot for me on hot summer days when I take walks in the larger shopping and mall centers in JAX! This is a renovated Publix and everything in it still appears "new" two-years later. That says the store is managed well. Shelves are organized, and you rarely see empty spots on them. I've been pretty happy with what they offer. I love the app where I frequently search for the BOGOs weekly and always come out with something I like- especially the pizzas! Though the store is limited on organics, it does have some I use often, such as bananas and bell peppers, among a few others. I would say that Sprouts is ahead of Publix on organics availability, but that's ok. Shopping for the best deal on things like organics or other products that can be more expensive is always a chess match. A little searching on apps and the web will help customers along the way. Publix posts their deals and BOGOs weekly. Take advantage of it! Another place I enjoy is the deli area. Their subs are amazing and you can just about always get $2 off on them. They use Boar's Head deli meats and there are none out there better! Truth is, everyone who lives in JAX and the state of FL knows about Publix and surely most of them shop here, I'm sure. Well, this company has earned its place as one of the best over its 90-plus years of existence. I have only seen displays of excellence in all the key areas of what a successful business should be in every Publix store I've visited.
