The staff was just following the owner's orders. The owner would bear full responsibility for the snaffu. The schedule for the open mic is known to the ownership and should be accountable for managing the alarm system. It is essential for ensuring a pleasant atmosphere for the performers to stay focused on their music. Despite reporting the issue, staff ignored the feedback. This will be the last time for me to patronize this place.
