My routine when doing laundry here is always the same: I park on the side, go in to exchange $20 for quarters, then head back out to grab my laundry. Today, while finishing up at the change machine, the woman sweeping the floor not only hovered nearby but actually bumped into my feet with her broom. I didn't say anything at that point, as that is minor and could have been an accident. I walked toward the side door to get my things from the car. A couple of steps after I passed her, she loudly announced that the quarters were for laundromat use only and that the coin machines had signs indicating this. The assumption behind her comment and the way she delivered it caught me off guard. If she had simply asked whether I'd be doing laundry, I would've answered yes without issue and she'd have seen me bringing all my things in. But after hoovering, physically bumping into me with the broom and then speaking to me with that rude tone, it felt unnecessarily confrontational. I defended myself, making it clear that I was going to bring my dirty laundry in and that I did not appreciate her tone or accusation. They really push customers to use their app to pay for things and while that might be their preference, I have had bad experiences with laundry pay apps in the past and choose to keep it coin based. If they don't want people using quarters (or I guess potentially taking quarters?) then they should eliminate that option. I've supported this business but being treated with suspicion and discourtesy has made me seriously reconsider whether I want to continue coming here. Today I couldn't get past what happened and choose to take the quarters and leave rather than fester in my anger while waiting for my laundry to wash and dry.

Why would I want this on my shirt if I wear them out? Why would I pay for this? At my request they put a note on my account for no clamps, which really means all they are doing is a clamping them and then ironing out the clamp mark, and it still looks like crap. I still had to check every shirt I get out of this place for clamp marks, and 50% over 30 shirts had this problem. Needless to say, I'm looking to take my business elsewhere, starting today. Further, I've noticed the left buttons on my shirt sleeves seem to be missing or loosened and ready to come off. Today I found damage on the left side of one cuff. Their presser clearly sucks at his job and somehow is screwing up the left cuff on every press. One shirt even had the button replaced...with a button that was far too big for the hole and not even matching. wtf. This place is horrible, does a consistently terrible job and is very expensive. The people were nice, service was nice, but the job done is sub par and not worth your time and money.

The laundromat is always clean and well-maintained. It is also a lot more affordable compared to the others around. The new owner, Vance, is often here and he's friendly, taking time to get to know the regular customers and learning everyones names. I get a sense of community when I come here to wash. I prefer to support a family-owned business, and it feels like you're part of something special when you do your laundry here. They've also started offering wash-and-fold services, which I'm excited to try out. I met the woman who manages the wash and fold and she is warm and fun to talk to. Highly recommend this place!

This is the worst laundromat I have ever seen. The machines are garbage. Four machines have signs…read moreon that they are out of order. One of the washers didn't move for 15 minutes and we weren't sure if we could get our clothes out of it. When it finally spun and stopped, the clothes were soaking wet. We went to put clothes in the dryers. We put our money in one dryer and it would not start. It would not return our coins. One of the dryers that we were using had the door open in the middle of the cycle. We had to stand there and hold it shut. The place is filthy dirty with dust bunnies on the floor and dust on top of the machines. The floor is not swept. When I called the troubleshooting number and told her that her machines were not working, she had an excuse, the washing machine took extra time to fill with water. No, it just sat there and did nothing. She said if the door flew open on the dryer, then we should've used the new dryers. Like, how would we know that. It's the first and last time we've ever been in here. I told her it did not return our money and that we were very dissatisfied with this laundromat. Our clothes were picked up and returned on the same day, and we aren't even in St Paul! The items were pristine and perfectly folded. They even matched socks that hadn't been matched in far too long! I'm way more impressed with the dryers. I out about one quarter (or two can't recall,) and got about 30 mins worth of drying time! I've seen other places for only 10 mins or so. In addition, the machines does take card too... I think washers only? The facility is clean, which is a plus! I'll come back here to wash my bedsheets again!
