This laundromat offers some MEGA load washers that allow you to do a lot at once and pay by credit/debit card which is ideal. I mean we are in a coin shortage aren't we ;-). They have several sizes of washers and dryers but only the larger ones take cards. Now for those that have banked their coins or don't mind cashing in on a load of quarters. They offer an ATM for a fee and coin changer. There's a soap center in case you forgot something and a vending machine. Now on to the cleanliness. Really that kind of up to the customers and the maintenance when they come in to clean. There was no one on site. One of my loads came out covered in cat hair. UGH. Now that is not cool. I am highly allergic so this was a major issue. I re- washed in a different machine and all was well. Bathroom on site was somewhat clean but had NO TOILET PAPER. I saw no number to call to let them know place is in need of service.

It is well lit and easy to find. As prices go I think it is comparable to others our load was $2.75 for extra wash and rinse. I'm way more impressed with the dryers. I out about one quarter (or two can't recall,) and got about 30 mins worth of drying time! I've seen other places for only 10 mins or so. In addition, the machines does take card too... I think washers only? The facility is clean, which is a plus! I'll come back here to wash my bedsheets again!

I paid the 7$ plus an extra dollar for the "extra rinse" cycle on washer number 13.. 8$ already seemed like a lot of money, but it also gave me an expectation for quality service... come to find out, I went to the gas station across the street and the whole time I was gone my clothes were not being washed. In fact the money was taken and the machine had an "error".. what a bummer... not to mention I had to pay an extra 7$ for the washer to release the door so I could get my clothes out of the washer. That was trouble for me, I'm a college student and live in the city so I imagined that this was gonna take a huge toll on my schedule. What bothers me the most is that I had to pay another 7$ to wash them again. Because the first two times the machine didn't work!.. but they sure got my 22$ real fast. My biggest concern though is that I tried calling the company 20 times while my clothes were stuck to have literally no answer at all. So now I'm out 22$ a huge amount of time, and I had to pay to dry them too! I'm not a happy customer at all. Not only will I never come back or recommend this place to anyone, I will be calling all week until i can talk to someone professional. I would except a full refund. The one thing I can't get back is my time. However, something has to change. When I did call there were no options to leave a voicemail: the voicemail box was completely full. This shows me that these guys have had similar calls and refuse to note them or address them, or even answer the calls. I'm concerned for the integrity of this business.

Our clothes were picked up and returned on the same day, and we aren't even in St Paul! The items were pristine and perfectly folded. They even matched socks that hadn't been matched in far too long!
