They also have two racks of organized hangers available to take as needed so if you are like us and traveling, these really came in very handy. The washer and dryers can be used with coins or credit cards which is great! In addition, the washers and dryers come in a variety of sizes so you can run small to extra large loads. Where we ran into a little trouble is using one of the dryers. We used the larger load dryer but we only had a small to medium size load. We ran the dryer twice and our clothes were still wet. We didn't see an attendant so we decided to switch to a different dryer and that dryer actually dried the clothes. As we were leaving we did see an attendant and mentioned the issue with the machine. She immediately offered to refund our money and said she would put a note in the machine for repair. We thought that was very nice of her. Overall we were impressed with this laundromat and the customer service.

She explained what care could be done and that their vintage restoration department would be involved. Pat, the seamstress, did an awesome job of mending my areas of concern and I personally met with her at the Woodbury location to adjust the hem of the coat lining. She too was friendly and patient. Our clothes were picked up and returned on the same day, and we aren't even in St Paul! The items were pristine and perfectly folded. They even matched socks that hadn't been matched in far too long!
