I'm way more impressed with the dryers. I out about one quarter (or two can't recall,) and got about 30 mins worth of drying time! I've seen other places for only 10 mins or so. In addition, the machines does take card too... I think washers only? The facility is clean, which is a plus! I'll come back here to wash my bedsheets again!

I received a notification at 1pm that my dress was ready early. I paid and left, but when I got home I saw the stain I took it in to have treated looked the same. I was very disappointed that I was not notified before pickup that they could not remove the stain. When I called to ask if there was an issue removing the stain, I was told by Spencer that they handle thousands of clothing every day and do the best they can in the time they have. I was made to feel bad for dropping it off "last minute," but I was never asked if picking it up another day would work for me if they couldn't get the job done in the time they had. I did not receive an apology and they refused to refund me. Very disappointed in the customer service. This was all very stressful, and I would not recommend them, especially not for last-minute needs. Later, I was able to get the stain out on my own with a simple stain remover...
