Super Fast and Reliable Service! I brought my car in for an alignment after someone almost hit me on the road which caused me to hit the curb and pop one of my rear tires. My alignment was off and I brought it here to be fixed. I must say the staff and mechanics have great customer service! Explained everything to me and took the time to hear my concerns as well. I have been going to Southwest Alignment for many years because of their great service. My front end was rattling, so I took it in today. There were a lot of customers waiting. But, they had all bays working efficiently, so I got done on my lunch break. They found a loose control arm and tightened it to eliminate the rattle. They also refastened my wiring harness whose straps had broken for the price of an estimate, $20. Most shops in the area use them and recommend them to their customers. read more

Fast, speedy service is what this place is all about. Not the fanciest of car shop by the least, but they do get you in and out in no time. The place is pretty run down, complete with tattered miss matched furniture and barely running air conditioning. However the service is bar-none. This place is extremely fast and efficient and did I mention affordable! They charge depending on the make of your vehicle. So I paid $60 for an alignment job on my Lexus, not bad at all. I was in and out in about 25-30 minutes. So if your car's alignment needs a little sprucing up, bring it to Southwest Alignment they'll take care of ya. Dually Friendly- This was the only place that I found around here that could align a big Dually truck. I was afraid when I heard that they sold the business but I see now that the new owners are maintaining the great reputation that they purchased. Don't trust the other places that offers you lifetime alignment services. Just take your car here. The prices are very reasonable, and they do fantastic work. If your car doesn't track straight (if you let go of the steering wheel on a level road, does your car pull left or right instead of going straight?), you hear odd clicking or creaks coming from your car when you make a turn / go over a bump, or if your tires are wearing unevenly, you should definitely have them look at it. read more

I'll keep this review short and to the point. I brought my compact, 4dr sedan, with no lift or mods here to this shop to get an alignment. It was a Saturday (which is their busiest day) and so I had about 3 people ahead of me which made it about a 45 min wait until they would actually see my car, after that they say about 30 mins to do the work. Well, in my experience, they did everything from start to finish in under an hour. Color me impressed. Tianna & Lee (The shop owners, I presume?) are so nice and friendly that it really ties the experience together and makes me feel well serviced. To boot, this alignment was the best I've had. After changing the tires, getting them balanced, then changing the brakes & rotors, the car drove alright. After getting my alignment done here, my car drives like when I first bought it. I honestly can't say that about any other alignment I've ever had done before. So in conclusion: Staff is very friendly. Service is quick. Price is right (in my case, it was $60 with a 6 month/6000 miles Warranty, which is an excellent value; if you don't believe me, call around and see.) I was here 3 months ago. Then it was $70 to get my Q7 with 21" wheels aligned. I went back in today because I was so impressed last time. It was $80 today. When I asked why it was $10 more than it was three months ago, the only answer I received was, "because it's an Audi." I even looked at their price sheet. It said $70 for Audi, Mercedes, ect. And then they had a "bigger wheel" price. It said 20" was still $70 and then the next was a 22" wheel for only $75. When I questioned why it wasn't $75 instead of $80, the only answer given was, "because it's an Audi." I would've given them the same 5 star review they received when I came in three months ago.. But I feel as if I was cheated out of $10 because I'm a woman in a nice vehicle who doesn't know anything. Pretty disappointed. read more

I would give this shop 6 out of 5 stars if it was possible. This is one of the most honest, knowledgeable and fairly priced shops I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The receptionist at the front is very kind and welcoming. There are a few mechanics but I believe the lead mechanic (or maybe manager) is Lee. I have seen Lee explain their car problems to other customers and I was impressed. He speaks concisely and is straight forward. You can tell Lee has a passion for his work and truly cares about his customers and their vehicles. They charge $60 for alignment on most vehicles. Most shops will charge you between 80 and 100 dollars. I just spoke with them regarding replacing some parts of my suspension that I was told were bad during an oil change at one of those "express" oil change places. They quoted me about $1,200 for the repair. I thought the price was high and decided to get a few more opinions. One shop quoted me $2,500 for the work! How much was the quote at southwest alignment? About $700! That is almost 1/4th the price! It is also includes a lifetime parts warranty. I went in to get my 2013 nissan aligned. It took about 30 minutes because I was there at 9ish in the morning. It may take longer later in the day I was told. They were quick and efficient. The car is driving better now and isnt pulling to one side. The only reason why it isnt 5 star is because the staff aren't exactly friendly. When I had asked him a question about the alignment, he didnt say a word and just handed me the receipt to sign. I signed and walked away. Maybe it was too early in the morning for him :) read more

I went here after reading a bunch of raving reviews. well come to say i was hardly impressed. For those with extremely stock cars and who dont know anything about cars this is the place for you. sub par at best. went in for alignment, had a set of numbers i wanted, sure upcharge for custom alignment, went in with the same numbers as out, they didnt do anything. was charged for it and they didnt even get it to the specs i want. the guy didnt even try, he just came out and said the car was in a wreck. ok... no it was never in a wreck. it took him 10 mins, thats about the time it takes to mount the tools on all 4 wheels. So i went home, messed around with it and sure enough i can adjust it, when he said it couldnt be done because wreck. now my toe is off and i call to get it rechecked because they have a 6 month warranty. come to find out, it does NOT apply to "custom alignments". i wish someone would have told me that in the first place and i would have taken it to a more premier shop for that price. After explaining to Ed the sales guy, he agreed to a check charge of $20 bucks. lets see if they try and upcharge me again. I would NOT go back to this place, but i need them to honor what they didnt tell me. I would probably go to EVS next time. theres a reason why it pays to go to the best. read more

I love the work they did on my car. Being a lowered Z with stock spring buckets my read alignment will fall out of sync often. So it's quite hard trying to find someone to do a quality alignment without jacking up my car. Tried this place out due to the reviews of their work on lowered cars. They did a great job, putting it in the correct alignment spec that is suitable for my car. I was able to drive off happy.... until i went down richmond. As all of the reviews have already stated, great crew working here. They are quick and very detail oriented. They are quick to answer any questions you have and give you advice on how to best keep your car in shape. I had purchased a used car and thought my alignment was off. They were honest and told me the alignment was fine, chances are the previous owner just never took the time to rotate the tires and that is why the tires were worn so bad on the inside corner. Amazing service! Amazing quality of work! Very affordable pricing! I came in for an alignment after hitting the heck out of a curb one night and when I brought my car in I was assisted quickly and everyone here was very helpful. Lee was my service tech and he couldn't have been more helpful. He let me know what other minor issues my car had and what he could do to help me out without making me feel pressured to add any service I didn't really need. I really believe these people are here to help their customers vs other places trying to suggest things you don't really need. They are very understanding and very helpful!
