On the initial consult, Dave came by and watered down various areas surrounding the leak to try and determine where the leak was coming from. Although the exact cause wasn't determined, he recommended coming back to take out some stucco and further investigate. He assured me that he would be able to fix the problem, and he did! Upon bringing his guys and removing some stucco, he determined that the problem was around the nail of my expansion joint. He was able to fix the problem and now.... no more leak!!!! So thankful I found this guy after going through a few others initially... Dave was able to give me a reasonable estimate on Day 1, and was super responsive whenever I called/texted him. Recently we had some maintenance work done on it and the adjoining owner did as well. Tony Arave did the latter work, which involved access to my property and my time, personally. The crew was on time each morning, finished on time, under-promised and over-delivered, completing the work one day early. They worked cleanly, didn't even take breaks, restored the area neatly every day, and were incredibly polite. I want to give Tony and company some props for the quality, efficiency, and "neighborly" manner in which he and his crew performed the work. They made it easier to go through what has for me been nothing but a nuisance, at best. I ended up finding Southside Stucco on my own through yelp because their reviews all 5 star and John was knoweledgable and his price was very fair. We wanted a smooth finish, which is notoriously the most difficult stucco style to get right because every flaw, bump, and seam stands out. John just finished the job last week he it looks amazing...it's 100% seamless, perfect smooth coat across the whole surface, around the edges, right up to the gutters, around the mouldings....it looks perfect. I hired True colors painting to paint both the interior and exterior of my house. We had a very…read moredark color everywhere as well as cracks and chips. It wasn't an easy task to paint a furnished and occupied house with 3 kids and 3 dogs, but they did immaculate work. They covered and masked all our floors and furniture. Even light fixtures were wrapped nicely and protected. They fixed all cracks and filled all holes. They primed and then painted 2 coats beautifully on all walls and trim. They were even able to match and fix a damaged part of a stained window frame without having the original stain color. I've found my painter and will certainly use them for future projects.
