Very reasonable prices. I have been here multiple times when I'm in the area. We had our food delivered and were charged a small fee. The menu states the Gyro is famous and I would agree. When we received our order, everything was packaged nicely and for 20 people, it was unbelievably correct! I'll be back in a couple of months to have a sit down meal because I noticed after the fact that they serve cod. It comes in a sandwich, but I would order it as Fish and Chips. The lamb here is absolutely amazing. I get it well done and it's still very flavorful. They give you a big side of tzatziki and a second smaller one so it's more than enough. The lemon potatoes are really good. The peanut butter is also very good highly recommend. And the service is always exceptional. Everyone here is so nice and accommodating. I also get their salads here often and they're always good. I will say they changed their feta cheese that I don't like because it comes as a block and not crumble on top. Start off by saying this place is very inconsistent. I mostly order take out from here. The order I got Today was a grilled calamari salad with a side of gyro meat. I've ordered this before. However, this time, it was a really skimpy amount of calamari on the salad. So I called to let the establishment know. Clean but extremely busy. Make sure you check your food before you leave. Came in after a great day at the Cox Science Center and Aquarium with a hangry child. For a kid that doesn't like vegetables, he was memorized by the watching the gyro meat rotate. Loved seeing them cut it off. As soon as we got our bagged up food, I decide to grab some baklava. It seemed so good it was so hard not to sneak a bite as we drove home. Though the kid loved seeing the gyro meat he was put off by seeing the vegetables in the gyro but somehow loved the tzatziki (he's renamed "tiki") sauce. Though I normally eat half and need a nap, he happy ate the whole thing. Then asked for more tiki sauce for his fries. (We never ordered fries). We had decided to swap out the fries for rice but fries still ended up in the carton. The Cheese Steak that we ordered also didn't make it into the bag but there was a 2nd Gyro so we were still happy. He also tried my Falafel sandwich. This is a quaint (small) fastish food restaurant with ample outdoor seating. You order at a counter and the staff brings you the food. The gyro is the way to go. They shave it from the rotating case and served it on a wonderful warm fresh pita. Their tatziki is delicious and mild. The French fries are hot and great. I don't recommend the roasted lemon potatoes (no lemon flavor at all). Also, I don't recommend the falafel. It was not individual falafel balls, rather a falafel burger that was chopped up (very dry). The staff were amazing. The bathroom was clean. The bread was fresh and soft. I probably would ask for more tzatziki sauce in my gyro. I definitely would go just for the fries. Corner stop kind of place. It is one of our go-to's for take out. They play Greek music while you wait to pick up which makes it fun. My favorite is the lemon chicken soup. It is hearty! When I'm being lazy, I order the family meal kabobs which comes with 10 skewers, 2 big salads, and container (big clamshell) of rice; plus tzatziki sauce and pita bread. I wish I could do a half star, because this would be a 3.5 for me, but 3 star as take out. I ordered at 5:35pm or so, and scheduled a 6pm pickup. This as a fresh in restaurant dive, could be great. For the lamb souvlaki, as someone that grew up with greek friends and families being Balkan, boy was this sub par. Way too firm, chewy, and the cook was poor. The fries, as well were definitely cold. I tend to be lenient on this, had I not put together the timeline above, where I think I should have relatively ok fry temps. This were cold and hard. No way that's possible in a 10 minute drive back to my hotel as my first taste was at 6:11pm. Lastly, I had the baklava, very average. Nothing special.
