On the West side of State Rd 7, this place is in a small strip plaza, just North of and next to Dunkin' Donuts. Bright and cheerful with high ceilings and plenty of seating. A cheerful greeting at the counter where we placed our orders. We shared a Lamb Souvlaki Platter and added Lemon Potatoes and Salad as our two sides. My wife likes Hummus so we got a 2 oz serving for 85 cents additional. Fountain drinks as well as bottled beverages are available. Our order was brought to our table in a short time and there were two large skewers of Lamb with our potatoes and salad. The food was good and portions generous. More like 3 1/2 stars. Out and about shopping, we stopped here for lunch. The fast food restaurant is located on the west side of 441. We decided to share a lamb souvlaki platter. We requested the meat to be cooked well done. For our two sides, we chose salad and lemon potatoes. I also added on a small side of hummus. When they delivered the good, they brought an extra plate. They have regular silverware as well as plastic. There were two skewers of meat on the platter which made it easy to share. The meat was tender. It needed a touch of salt, however. Tried this place out for the first time today. When you first walk in, you kind of get Chipotle vibes where you think you're going to walk through and build your own bowl, but it is not like that at all. You order from a set menu and if you are dining in, then they prepare the food and bring it to your table. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The food was not bad. It was a good portion of food but the flavors were pretty mild. The prices are fairly reasonable for a pita, a you can upgrade to a combo for $5. I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food in this small restaurant in a strip shopping mall. I brought my dog in to the recently opened mobility clinic and decided to grab a bite to eat after we were finished. I ordered the Shawarma plate and the spinach pie. The plate was quite a lot of mixed Lamb And Beef. And the sides were very large as well. In fact, the Greek salad was the freshest I had had in quite a while with very fresh romaine lettuce. I ordered a large Greek salad and there was literally little to no lettuce. Then the cucumbers were old. They had the water look that cucumbers give right when they're about to go bad. The same thing with the tomatoes. They gave (3) olives and a piece of chicken. So for almost $19 I had to throw away almost all of my salad. If I lived closer I'd have taken it back. I enjoyed a great Gyro here at Gyromanka Grill in Wellington. I think this restaurant was clean and dare I even say a tad "fancy" for a chain Greek place. Very clean building too. The staff was friendly and patiently waited for everybody in my party to select what they wanted. I think for what it is the pricing was very fair with just a basic Gyro costing about 8 dollars here. The staff must have had a few online orders ahead so had to wait around 15-20 minutes; however, their is plenty of stuff to check out in that palace if you so wish while you wait. When I got my Gyro I thought it tasted okay, nothing too special. I assume this is a sort of establishment you go to if you are in a rush and/or do not have time to sit down at a proper authentic Greek restaurant. I also found that the Gyro may have not been folded (I assume is the term) proper as some of the contents would fall out. I would say worth a try if you're curious and in the area! read more

There is a large amount of indoor seating. Judging this place in line with other casual or counter type Greek places, it is a solid 3. The food is good but average. I keep going back, they serve fresh, well cooked food, in a take out or eat in setting! The Greek Salad, as a side to the platter or as a whole salad is always fresh, full of crisp veggies, ripe tomatoes, salty feta etc.! (None of that brown romaine you see at other places) This time I ordered the beef tenderloin souvlaki, medium, tasty, well seasoned beef which exceeded my expectation. Look at the picture, what a portion, it fed us both! The side of tzaziki sauce is so creamy and full of freshness, and the warmed pitas on the grill complete the platter so well. The falafels are really good too, unfortunately those fell victim to the car ride home, nice little snack! So like a lot of new chain restaurants, Gyromania started off great. The greatness has slowly been chipped away. Today will be the last time I go there. There are better choices and value out there for Greek food. And coming from Montreal, I know great Greek cuisine. The chicken was dry, which happens, but 2x too many for me. We asked for extra tzatziki knowing the chicken could be dry. There wasn't any. Lamb souvlaki pita for 7.99 was ok and short on tzatziki. I take issue with the soggy and very small amount of fries at 2.85. See pic. When you order spanakopita anywhere, there is always a small container of tzatziki. Not here. Ordered from here on a whim as I had a craving for Greek. The delivery was prompt and the food was good - I ordered a beef souvlaki platter and some calamari. The beef was decently seasoned but definitely on the chewy side. The calamari was okay but advertised as coming with marinara; I received cocktail sauce instead. Not quite the right sauce you want when you're craving a hearty meal. The bright spot for me was the pita and tzatziki - the sauce was very creamy and delicious on the pita. I didn't like though that the olives weren't pitted. Not fun having to spit out the seed. Overall I'd give Gyromania a 3.5 out of 5. It was good Greek food but nothing out of the ordinary. read more

I wish I could give half stars. This is more of a 4.5. The restaurant is big, bright, and airy. The first thing you notice is how clean it is. The staff is constantly cleaning. For fast-casual dining, this is a really nice spot You won't feel sluggish afterwards. I've had it a few times and my family likes it. I have a fairly limited exposure to Greek food. My experiences have been hit or miss. So far, this restaurant has been a consistent hit. Favorites are the lemon potatoes, peas, Greek salad, beef and lamb gyro, and grilled chicken. I'm usually not a huge fan of lamb, but they do a nice job. One of us recently craved American fare and rather than go elsewhere, they ordered a burger and fries. Pleasant surprise, both were really good. Even if you're unfamiliar with Greek food, this is a place you should try as a decent introduction. If you already like it, it's not going to taste exactly homemade, but it's still good. One time I added on the lamb chop, it was average size (sm) and it also taste average. I was hoping for a more tasty marinated seasoned taste for the price. Ok so I super liked this location of Gyromania. I know they have multiple locations but I have never been to none of those locations so I can not compare. This Gyromania is located in Wellington, close to the Wellington mall. The plaza is pretty new with a ton of parking. The casual restaurant is pretty big with a lot of tables and very clean. You order the food at their register but they bring the food to your table. They have a ton of gyros and a lot of cool creations. I opted for the Olympus chicken gyro which consisted of spicy cheese, fries, chicken, salad. I liked it but the description said spicy cheese which did not have a kick to it. If they had just said cheese I would have still gotten it but I was expecting a more spicier version. I tried some of Sam M's order of the Philly steak which was excellent. Both food items that we ordered were super fresh and hot because they cook them when you place the order. Next time I want to try the fries and some other creation. They might have coupons online or you can sign up on their website to get some promotional deals they have going on! read more

Only my rice was good. Lemon potatoes tasted like they have been soaking in lemon juice for hours. Pita bread turned out very hard after it cool down. Worse Greek food I had. The prices are too high for what they give you. $15 for a platter with a minuscule amount of dried up chicken pieces. Last time, our chicken skewers were NOT made fresh.
