Bethany, i call her "The Boss". She is by far the best trainer i've ever worked with. She is highly professional with a unique ability of encouraging and motivating others to workout and makes sure that you achieve your goals. I have trained with her for more than a year now and there is a marked difference in me. I have been a professional soccer player so when i first met Bethany, i told her that i wanted to improve my stamina, strength with regards to the game. She assessed my body in the first session and was clear that i had a pretty good lower body but an extremely weak upper body. She vowed to improve it. That time i wasn't even able to do a single pull up and now i am able to do 8 unassisted pull ups. Moreover now i can do single arm push ups too. Bethany is the best! Friendly, upbeat, and butt-kicking! I have gotten much stronger and much more flexible. Through patience and stretching, she managed to change the orientation of my leg (severely knock-kneed) to a more natural alignment.
