I am sharing my experience so other parents can make informed decisions…read more Last year, this clinic recommended that my son receive dental crowns under sedation and scheduled the procedure. Fortunately, I had to cancel the appointment due to an unexpected situation. Later, I took my son to another dentist for a second opinion. During that visit, I was told that my son has enlarged tonsils, which can increase the risk of breathing problems during sedation. I was advised that this should be evaluated before any procedure involving sedation. This left me very concerned because this issue was never brought to my attention before the first clinic scheduled my son's sedated procedure. As a parent, I expected a thorough evaluation of any potential airway or sedation risks before moving forward. I'm grateful I sought a second opinion. Based on my experience, I encourage other parents to ask questions about sedation safety, discuss any airway concerns, and consider getting a second opinion before proceeding with treatment.

Took my six year old. She's great at the dentist. They wouldn't allow me in the room. Then wrote up…read moreover $2,000 (after insurance) worth of work she "NEEDED." Literally something on every single tooth. They wanted to sedated her and strap her to a board with me not in the room. Just 6 months prior she had a cleaning and exam with no concerns at another dentist. It didn't sit well with me. So I took her to another dentist today. He did X-rays and found one single cavity that he said we can fill or watch to see if it becomes problematic before she looses the tooth. DO NOT take your children here. Who knows what they do to them while drugged out of parental site. And they are literally robbing people for work that is non existent. Protect your children and wallet

They just expected us to hold them down while barely brushed their teeth. At our most recent appointment I had a concern about my son's back tooth. My son was due for xrays. A young male took my son back for x rays alone. They were gone for a while, so I got uncomfortable. I walked back several times to check because it had been so long. Each time I could not see much, but I could see my son's feet and he was calmly sitting. During our brushing he did not want to participate. The doctor eventually came in they forcibly held him down. Dr. Julia had no patience for him and I don't think that pediatric dentistry is for her. She wanted to put him under anesthesia for the cavity she thought he may have, but could not conclude due to the poor x-ray images. I called back after requesting the x-rays to be redone where you could not see the teeth I clearly requested to be x-rayed. Dr. Wang said he would only take them under anesthesia because he was difficult. Dr. Wang was not present to know how our office visit went and the young guy who did the x rays was not in the office today. They seem like they just want to put your kid under. It seems like a money grab and a bunch of unprofessional practices going on.
