Unfortunately, I've had ongoing issues with the quality and installation of the extensions. I was told the hair was high-quality European hair and sourced from the same supplier that top salons use, but in my experience, it didn't seem to be. The extensions tangled constantly, felt extremely dry and brittle, and were always breaking off even with daily moisturizing and careful maintenance. They also didn't hold styling for more than 24 hours. I often had to detangle them multiple times a day, and they became so matted after one event that I had to remove them myself after a hired hair stylist couldn't even detangle them. Each new batch of hair and install cost $1,500+, and I went roughly every 6-8 weeks for a $500+ move-up. I was replacing the extensions every 18-24 weeks, which I now realize is much more frequent than high-quality extensions should require. The beads were not installed in uniform rows- they were placed randomly across my scalp, including on the crown, which made them visible and limited how I could wear my hair. I went to another stylist for a second opinion, and she pointed out that the hair had 3-4 inches of split ends even though it was only about a month old. She also mentioned that the strands looked much thicker than my natural fine hair and might not actually be Remy or cuticle-intact. I also had ongoing color match issues. The sets were consistently too light and warm for my natural tone, which was especially noticeable on camera (my job requires me to be on camera frequently). To compensate, I had to repeatedly dye and tone my own hair to match the extensions. I eventually paid for professional toning because the warmth and lightness still didn't match. I don't believe Beki is intentionally misleading anyone- she's a lovely person and I think she means well. But I do feel the hair quality, color matching, and installation methods weren't worth the cost, especially considering how quickly the extensions deteriorated. I'm sharing this to help others make an informed decision. I wish Beki all the best and hope she looks into improving the quality of the hair she sources and the installation and color matching process, because her kindness and customer care deserve to be matched by better results.

Jennifer agreed to accommodate me and even stayed after hours to work on me. She assessed my hair and decided what to do (we ended up removing 50% of the extensions -- the previous salon had added too much hair so she could charge me for more hair, which was one of the reasons I ended up looking like I was wearing a wig). Jennifer cut the width of the extensions and replaced them at the most natural position for my head shape, and blended everything together seamlessly. Jennifer, you are amazing!!! Thank you so much. She told me give it a chance and didn't offer a refund of any kind. I tried it make the best of it but got the extensions removed three days later. She was even going to charge me to remove them. I told Melissa he's a high schooler and also needs a sustainable cut/style. I should have never walked away leaving my underage kid there. I was really counting on Melissa to figure out if the look he wanted was possible with his hair texture after she got in his hair. When my kiddo came out, he had a fro with undefined curls, I was shocked and I could tell that my son was not happy. He said he thought there would be further styling or cutting but that did not happen. My teen doesn't quite yet have his voice to speak up. Needless to say when we got home, he was in tears and he had to stay home instead of going to a dinner event. I called the salon the next day and spoke to Angie. I sent her the pictures of what he wanted and what he ended up with. She said they would find a solution immediately. However it's been over a week of text messages that have not been returned. None of my voice mails have been returned. I even walked in to the salon and Angie was out to lunch. I was told Nicole would call me back. That has not happened. I managed to talk to Angie and she promised she would talk to Nicole that day and get me a response. It's now been over 7 days and this has not been resolved. We walked away paying Melissa $345 including tip. And another $100 in products. Seems like we need a call back and definitely need a redo which they advertise as their policy if there is unsatisfactory service or a refund. I hope that if Melissa reads this or the owners, they might consider growing a conscience in the treatment we have received.
