I do not recommend this place at all. It feels like you're throwing your money in the trash. They advertise the hair extensions as "reusable," but that's very misleading. They tell you that if you don't come back within 8 weeks, you have to pay for a completely new set of hair extensions and pay the installation fee again. That's not what "reusable" means. If the extensions are truly reusable, customers should be able to reuse the same hair even after 8 weeks and only pay for the reinstallation if needed,not be forced to purchase new hair. This business is misleading customers, and I would not recommend it to anyone. read more

I've been here 3 times and overall I had an extremely negative experience. I haven't returned since my last appointment a year ago. The first time I went, the color didn't match my hair. I didn't notice until I got home. I just accepted it and decided not to retouch my hair (which is when you remove and reinstall the extensions). At my next appointment I chose to get new extensions, so that they'd match my hair better. I didn't make any issue about their mistake and paid full price for the new set. The issue arose when I came back to retouch my new extensions, at my next appointment. I specifically wrote in the texts to them that this would be a RETOUCH appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner asked if I'm getting new extensions. I said no, it's for a retouch. When I sat down at my seat, I made sure to tell my hairstylist that I'm here for a retouch and not getting new extensions. At this point, I've already told the salon THREE times that I am here for a retouch. A couple more hairstylists come, including the owner, who removes my extensions and throws it on the ground. I told them again (for the 4th time) that I'm reusing this hair. Then the owner said it's not allowed because you can only retouch once. I told them this is the only time I'm retouching this hair, since I had to get new ones last time (which was their fault in the first place that it didn't match my hair). Suddenly, a hairstylist behind me snaps at me and says "you HAVE to tell us if you're here for a retouch or else we're just going to throw your hair on the ground." I responded by saying that I have told them (THREE times!), and then pulled out my phone to show the message as well. They were all silent and no one said anything to apologize for the mix up. It was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. I own my own business and could not imagine talking to a customer that way. I've paid tens of thousands on hair extensions throughout my life and have never experienced a worse experience anywhere else. I forgave the mistake about my hair color not matching, but all my sympathy was gone once they decided to have hostile and rude manners towards me as a client. Is it my job to tell you more than 3 times what my appointment is for? It's your job to be more organized. read more

While working on my hair, the stylists were speaking to each other in Korean which is obviously completely fine, but over time the tone, body language, and repeated annoyed sighs made it feel like they were speaking negatively about me but didn't think it would be an issue because they assumed I couldn't understand Korean. The overall energy made the situation very uncomfortable. Regardless of any issues that may come up during an appointment, no client should feel judged or talked about while sitting in the chair. The manager curled my hair at the end and I love how it came out. I appreciated them both for being so efficient and catering towards me. This place is convenient if you're not too focused on quality, if you don't care whether or not it's real hair or synthetic. I'm not 100% sure, I did the burn test on strands of my hair and the extensions, both burnt the same, and as far as styling, tolerates heat well and does hold a curl/wave all day. I like how on point they are with color matching, you don't necessarily have to dye your hair to match, they can give you balayage effects/root melting. Kinda mimics the k tip look, in the sense that it gives it natural movement. My hang up would be, they don't offer variety, in the sense that it goes from straight hair to Puerto Rican curly. No body wave, and for a girly who has wavy hair, you can only imagine what it looks like when I get my hair wet. Summer mermaid hair, not a thing with these extensions unless you fit those two options. Cost.. I Believe I paid 640$ for 18" 125g, I believe you can only use these extensions2x, for 125g the reinstall will cost 400$ and you can't be 1 day late past 9 weeks, or they won't reinstall. Price wise, for 1k I rather do a beaded sew in weft, with body wave. That last you a year if you take care of your hair. Oh, and lastly, if you do decide to go this route, pay with cash, because they will charge you 10% surcharge fee, and do require to leave minimum of 10% tip. read more

I have been going to this place for years and extensions worked perfectly. Sometimes I would have them on for 4-5 months. Last time I went I trusted that all their employees are experts. But no! Only one person who is the owner or something can do the extensions. The rest of the girls are absolutely untrained and useless at applying hair extensions. Mine started falling off 6 weeks after! I have gone snorkeling in the ocean, travelling to humid and dry places and the extensions have stayed on better than any other extensions I've tried. The first time i came in, i had to remove the ones they put on the baby hair on the back of my neck and finish the service from my initial appt ( they were supposed to blend with scissors and didn't)!! When i messaged them about the pain in the areas that are now bald spots, they BLOCKED me! Beyond negligent and shady! They did not give me the option to remove them.
