I got a organic deluxe pedicure, and that was the best massage/pedicure I have ever received. BUT my toenails didn't get the shape I wanted and all of the nails themselves are all different lengths and shapes.. However, when I was getting my dip powder done to my nails with the extension, they were supposed to match the color to the toenail color, which came as a set and it does not match at all which is as completely Frustrating because they were both numbered the same and same brand! I think they have have mixed up Color numbers. I will say the shape, was beautifully done. I'll try them out again purely for the amazing perks with the pedicure!

My nails are so ugly, i kept telling the guy i wanted different color acrylic and he decided to put polish, my nails are uneven and thick as you can see on my pinky, horrible nails

If there was a zero I would give it. Got my nails done (acrylic) and 7 hours later my nails looked like this. All my nails are peeling and when contacting the salon the owner was SO RUDE to me. Stating "I'm not the one who ruined your nails" though it was his salon and employees that did a poor job. He stated he refused to give me a refund and that he would "see what he could do if I come in" refused to ensure I could get the nails fixed and I got these the day before going out of town and have to pay someone else to fix them. They charged me 80 dollars for these nails. COMPLETE RIP OFF. Do not go.

Poor quality. He rushed it and messed up on nail I had to make him redo it. And why do I have nail polish on my fingers. He also cut me and I was bleeding he had to clean up my finger twice becuase it wouldn't stop bleeding. And he was making fun. It's not funny. Stop rushing your job. You charge $80 for mani pedi for a crappy job.

I received a dip for my nails. Not a gel manicure, but a dip and it didn't even last two weeks. A dip on your nails with polish shouldn't be chipping before two weeks. I've had this procedure done before and it lasted for a month at another nail shop. When I notified Spa nails and showed them my nails with the evidence. The receptionist said there's nothing they can do if it's not within 7 days. If a treatment or procedure done is suppose to last for a specific amount of time and it doesn't, the location should correct the problem. Especially when money has been paid and look for ways to ensure this doesn't happen again. As a result of the above I will have to go to another nail salon for my future services. I went for the first time - and after $100 later I got the worst service. I the man cut my toe and I have cuts all over the sides of my fingers. I showed the lady upfront only to get a horrible attitude. I have had my nails done numerous times in my life and never had this issue. I come home and look in day light and my nails are all clumpy and look horrible. I contacted them with no response.

This is the second time I have been to this place for a gel manicure and pedicure and I'm just floored by the prices! The first time my mom and I came in for pedicures, we tried using the coupon I received around Mother's Day for two pedicures... After mentioning it multiple times while scheduling and during our appointment... it was never honored and the staff was HORRIBLE when I tried to get it honored! It's been well over a year ago so I decided to go back because the location is extremely convenient. All I can say is WOW! I am just shocked by the price I paid for a BASIC gel manicure and pedicure and a child's gel polish change with a design. First, let me start off by saying I BARELY got a manicure or pedicure and my daughter never got a design. The guy trimmed my toe nails, removed a tiny spot of gel left on my big toes, I got gel polish, soaked my feet in warm tap water for 5 min (nothing in it), then he slathered oil all over my feet and wiped it off with a warm towel.... $51!! My nails? He literally trimmed 2 nails, did my cuticles and made sure he made it completely obvious that me asking to do two nails in a glitter gel color was extremely inconvenient for him. Definitely NOT personable. That cost me $43! I have polish all over my fingers, the glitter I asked for is super blotchy, my thumb is smudged, and I still have a ton of dry skin around my cuticles. Then I paid $35 for my 6 year old daughter to get a polish change (nails/toes) and design... Welp! I was charged for a design she never got and when I told the staff they just said "oh" and shrugged it off. $122 is the most I've paid for mani/pedis for me and my 6 year old and they are the worst I've ever had! UPDATE: Two days later, all of the Polish from my daughter's "Polish Change" fell off and less than a week later my nails are already chipping

I needed my nails done so bad! This was my first time there. They allowed me to do a walk-in appointment :) very friendly staff, clean business, great music, overall terrific atmosphere. I went with a basic gel manicure. I chose champagne sparkle (with the help of Ivy) and love it! Very simple but fun look! Gel manicure - $43

Unfortunately my review is the same as so many others. Me and my boyfriend came for pedicures a couple weeks ago and felt this place was nice and did a good job on our pedicures but my nails are another story. My nails felt rushed and it was sloppy. The nail tech was getting the paint all over my hands and she did not get the sides of my nails. When I complained about it looking bubbly/ bumpy the nail tech got quiet and handed me over to someone else who did a third coat and it wasn't as streaky looking but the sides of my nails still were not done. I am a very quiet person and normally wouldn't say much but my nails have never been done this badly. I was still charged full price although I complained to both techs and the front desk. I will be traveling all the way to Glendale in order to go to my old shop now. Ugh it sucks because this place is less than 5 minutes from me. I was nice with my complaint and soft spoken but i gee was met with attitude

I have gone to SO many nail salons in Mesa. I would consistently end up with nail sets that broke easily at best, chipping polish within the first few days and bloody or sore fingers at worst. This is HANDS DOWN the best nail salon in Mesa. I've been going here every two weeks since March and have had multiple nail technicians do my nails and they've all done a great job. I do a design pretty much every time ranging from simple tips or flowers to more complex sets and have been very very happy with the results. My husband and I also like to get pedicures here as well. It's extremely clean and sanitary, all the employees are absolutely lovely and skilled at what they do. I always look forward to my appointments!

I have been here before and didn't have a bad experience. Was done quickly and got what I wanted. When I sat down today for my 3:30 appointment I showed the tech a picture of what I wanted I said "same color shape and length." Well after sitting in the chair for almost 2 hours I didn't get what I asked for. I was irritated and upset at this point. Honestly fine with the color but upset that the length and shape are completely wrong. Not wasting my time here again. I was told this tech is very detail oriented but I didn't think shape and length would be excluded from that. I asked for a simple color and gave them exactly the picture I wanted. I am not at all happy with what I got and unhappy about how long it took for it to be done.

Took my daughter because it's her birthday tomorrow Unfortunately she got somebody new and she did not listen to her when she told her not to cut her nails. I got an eye brow wax and manicure as well and I was done way before she was because the lady kept playing with her phone while doing my daughters nails. My daughter asked for a round shape and her nails were more square than mine! The lady only applied one coat of nail polish so her color looked lighter than mine (we picked the same color) I tried to schedule to try to get something done for her but they were going to charge me full price on the same day! Not even a discount was initially offered. Not until I talked to the owner then she offered $10 off at the end. But she was on the employees side. Yo make things worse , She even put me on hold because she said she had to ask the employee what really happened! She completely took the employees side. That made feel really bad. It didn't matter what I said, she made up her mind before she even talked to me. Like the employee was going to admit that was her fault at all. She came back to say she cut nails because they were uneven! Which I didn't know you had to cut all of her nails to make them even. This is the worse customer service I've experience!!! The intro to the business is that their goal is their clients satisfaction. SO NOT TRUE. Quality and customer service are not important for the owner at all. Just money. So I'll just go back when I want to throw money away. read more

I have come here for the last seven or eight weeks, getting regular manicures (gel) and pedicures (regular) with Mai. She's wonderful and her art/attention to detail save this place from being a disaster. (It's also why there are two stars here instead of five.) I took off a star because they never remember my name. I'm in here literally every 14 days and I always tip really well. Still, they never remember. I took off a star because the last FOUR times I've called for an appointment, they don't write it down, and I'm forced to wait behind other people. It makes me so frustrated when I make a point to call ahead. I took off a third star because of their worst offense. They don't publish any prices... because they look at your shoes and handbag, and see what they can "get away" with charging you. I literally had the same pedicure and manicure two weeks in a row to test this theory. Same materials, same length of scrub, same design (or lack of), and one week I was charged $54, the next time, two weeks later, I was charged $78. I had NO DIFFERENCE in service length, or design, material, length of appt, special instruction... nothing. I asked my mom who also frequents this salon, and she had the same experience. This is NOT okay, and I will NOT be back. Just because I bring in a Coach bag (that I was gifted, by the way) doesn't mean they can upcharge my services $24. No thanks. read more

I go here all of the time and have NEVER had a problem...I have gone during the week which they also give you a discount for....I always take all four of my daughters too! Make sure you are straight forward with what you want! If you want the $20 pedicure all you are going to get it a $20 pedicure, deluxe pedicure is $37 but twice the work! Don't walk in with nasty feet and think a basic pedicure is gonna fix it...would you wanna work on somebody's hot mess for $20? If you are getting your nails done...book with Charlie and Tell him Megan's Mom referred you! Their service is excellent! read more

I have been a customer here for a few years but I cannot bring myself to come here anymore. The last 2 times have been a bad experience. I am a customer that always makes an appointment and will also take any tech available so I have experienced the array of employees here. I do understand that every business is currently short staffed however, it should not affect the quality of services customers receive. I got a pedicure last night that I would say was more torcher than relaxing. The tech clipped my skin next to my toe. At one point she bent my toe a direction it does not bend. Then kept taking her fingernail and raking it down the bottom of my foot as if she was massaging but it felt like a rusty nail being raked down my skin. I do not have sensitive feet so the fact that this hurt indicates the problem is not me. I know the difference between an inexperienced tech and a tech that is just bad at what she does. This tech was horrible. I still paid full price and tipped because it was the right thing to do. But they lost a loyal long time customer because their tech just flat out hurts the customer. It is such a shame because their remodel turned out gorgeous and they are so close to home for me. But at this point I am willing to drive further to get a pedicure that is not painful. I left feeling bruised and like my feet were raw and bleeding. Never again. read more

I used to like this place, a little on the pricey side but they did a good job. However, I will NOT be going back here for the simple fact that they PRESSURE YOU to get add ons. I got a pedicure and fill here: Pedicure- the girl (younger think her name was Vicky) would not accept NO as an answer for the most expensive pedicure avail. I just wanted the regular one and eventually accepted my answer. When she asked if I wanted a design I asked for a small heart. She told me "no, do something like mine It's too early (close to Vday) to do a heart. You do a heart next time". Finally she agreed to do what I WANTED instead of what she wanted. Fill- this was good, a little rough on my hands but at the end she ON HER OWN decided to use gel as the top coat. Not only MORE EXPENSIVE but I didn't ask nor want gel clear coat. Total bill: $63 I do not suggest going here unless u like to pay a lot and be pressured by up sales! You can get the same work around the corner within walking distance. Just sayin... read more

I spent $60 yesterday and left a $15 tip. One of gel nails didn't cure right because after I got out of the shower it was all wrinkled looking. I had to go work with it like that today. I hurried in after work to get the 1 nail fixed and they gave me an attitude and told me to wait 30 min. I said no and they said well come back tomorrow. I can forgive the mess up but not the way the handled it when I went back. read more

I have frequented this nail salon many times. Always had a good experience. Today I went in for a polish change on my nail and toes. My toe polish looks good. When the nail tech started my nails he shaved off the acrylic towards the edge of the nail tip. He even asked me if I wanted a fill , so he knew they were acrylic. I tried to stop him and explain that I have acrylic nails !!! I couldn't understand what he was saying in reply. He kept taking off acrylic and I kept asking why he was shaving off the acrylic. The other techs heard and came over to assess the situation. After they talked to him he only removed the clear coat on my remaining nails. SO.... I have four nails with half acrylic and a big bump where he left the acrylic. THEY LOOK HORRIBLE. I complained to the receptionist that I shouldn't be charged for the polish change on my nails. Now I HAVE to get a fill and have my nails re-polished!!!! She didn't apologize. She said," He (the nail tech) doesn't specialize in acrylic. I should have told him they are acrylic." WOW!! I was furious!!! Still charged me. read more

Spa and Nail Creations is wonderful and truly worth the price. I have been seeing Michelle regularly for over 3 years for gel manicures and pedicures. She does an immaculate, clean, gentle, and beautiful job. She has opened up my world to a variety of colors, nail designs, and glitter! So much fun. I am in an industry where people are always looking at my hands, and I really appreciate that my gel manicure can last almost three weeks with the toll my hands take on a day-to-day basis. I never thought that I could have nice nails until the gel polishes were created. I still drive from North Phoenix to see Michelle at Spa and Nail Creations. Check them out - you won't be disappointed! They don't have a heavy turnover either - it's always the same friendly faces, and you'll truly be made to feel at home. read more

I went in for a full set on August 18th- I showed my tech a picture of what I wanted (a very simple french tip). I paid about $60, was told it'd be extra for the length as well as gel & design which was totally fine! However, the nails didn't turn out anything like the picture, & after about 24 hours every nail started to lift from the bottom. It has now been less than two weeks & I've lost 4 nails that just popped right off. I was literally putting bandaids on them at work to try to keep my nails on. I have been doing acrylics for 10+ years & have never had a full set lift/fall off so quickly. I would have gone back to get them fixed but I live 40 minutes away so it's just not worth it. Likely won't be returning. The place looked very nice & staff was friendly but just not worth it when the nails barely last a week. read more

I used to go here often because it was so close to me but I stopped and haven't been to a nail salon since because of my experience. I got a pedicure and I wasn't really paying attention because I was on my phone but then I look down bc I felt the lady using the callus remover and it was absolutely disgusting, there was clumped up old dead skin(like ALOT) still stuck to it and it was falling everywhere, in the tub my feet were in, all over the lady doing my toes, I asked her to stop using it and the rest of the time I felt so grossed out I couldn't wait to leave. read more

There are 3 ppl who are good.... 2 great (owners...husband and wife), everyone else is HORRIBLE!!!!! They need to start investing in training or this place isn't going to last. Techs have declined in skill drastically over the last year. Even a simple polish or gel application is difficult and looks sloppy. read more

It was great friendly service! Nice to see some workers who spoke English and who actually spoke to the customers and not just to each other in their own language!!! 10 workers working on customers!!! I did not have to wait which was nice as well as the clear menu to look at for the pedi menu! read more

I recommend to everyone; this is the best. I drive from Scottsdale to this location in Mesa, it's worth it. Quality for a reasonable price! It is clean. Request Tee for wax, she's awesome and super nice. read more

Booked in for acrylic infill as I was on holiday and I was due an infill. Had my nails done by Thang, he was so lovely, chatty, helpful and very welcoming. He made sure I got exactly what I asked for and always checked in with me each time he did something to my nails to make sure I liked it. For $50 which included a tip I really couldn't complain. So glad I booked in there. They also got me in super fast as I only booked in, in the morning and had my appointment at 3pm the same day. Will definitely return when I next come back to Arizona read more

Very poor service & overall negative experience - won't be visiting again! I decided to give this place a try because I wanted a quick pedicure & didn't want to drive to my regular salon - big mistake! Although they were able to get me in fairly quickly and the polish job was decent, the woman doing the pedicure was very unprofessional. Barely rubbed/massaged my legs or feet and kept stopping in the middle to clean up her station and check her phone. She also cut my nails very short! Kept trying to up-sell me on other things instead of focusing on the pedicure & overall just a poor job. Then, she just walked away when she was done without saying anything. While I was paying, she was talking to other workers and didn't say thank you or even acknowledge I was paying/tipping her. Overpriced for what you get & no customer service! read more

After coming here for years, at all times of the day, and knowing everyone by name working there, reading the negative comments I just did, it's not the same planet as me and a bunch of other regular long term clients that I know. More than decent hard working people and willing to work with anyone, they are skillful, creative and have high standards at their craft. I speak with 10 year customer experience, nails, lash, and waxing bimonthly customer. read more

They don't post any prices. The manager did my nails and couldn't handle managing me and the rest of the customers, and the work reflected, he needed to do an extra coat because I could still see my natural nail through the color, some of my nails were good and some were see through. It was THIRTY DOLLARS FOR A GEL MANICURE. incredible expensive for something that wasn't properly done and lasted 5 days. Never going back. read more

Love love love this nail salon! Very friendly and great work! Thang and Tweetie are very kind and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They have the sweetest receptionist who is always willing to help. I have been going here for 7+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They have always been able to get me right in, my nails never lift and always look fabulous! If you want quality work in a clean shop and friendly people this is the salon for you!!!! read more

I am pretty disappointed in this place. Stopped in based on the reviews and got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I added a French to my toes. And the callus remover. The total was $82. That seems extremely high to me especially considering the quality. The French was uneven all around and he added an additional silver color around my design that I didn't ask for and made it look very cheap. My heals did not look smooth as they usually do after a pedicure. I won't be returning. Especially after all the little extras that are added without being clearly stated. read more

The man who did my mani/pedi was very sloppy! He didn't pay attention and was filing my skin instead of my nails! My heels look exactly the same! Dry and cracked! He took maybe 10 mins on my feet and did not do a good job!! My nails look horrible! I got white tip and the white is stuck in my cuticles! I should have smoother hands! The lotion he used was ice cold! He left it dripping on my arm while he talked to the tech next to him. He was rough! My wife got her toes and eyebrows done and she is very unhappy as well! My daughter went here to get a mani/pedi for Prom. She was quoted $32 on the phone. By the time they added on all that they said she needed, it was $77!!!!!!! We will NEVER go here again and won't recommend it to anyone! read more

My mom and I came here to get pedicures. Not much to say. Pretty typical nail salon. It was relaxing and they did a good job. However when we were ready to pay my mom gave the nail tech her credit card. The nail tech actually had the audacity to ask us to give her the tip in cash. My mom said she didn't have cash and she would be paying with a card. The lady said she understood she wanted to pay with her card but could she please pay her tip with cash. My mom was getting pretty confused and uncomfortable. So I told her that we would be paying with a card and to please go charge it. Seriously!!?? I had to explain to my mom that she wanted cash so she wouldn't have to pay taxes on her tips. Ridiculous!!! It was extremely unprofessional and rude. For this reason I won't be going back. read more

I did my sauna before the spa and once done with that was givena. fluffy robe and taken to the tranquility room that is a quaint, dimmed and relaxing waiting area. I really loved how a majority of the service rooms were blocked off from the made area to minimize noise and additional guests. It made the overall experience much more relaxing. My facial was lovely, the microdermabrasion was a $39 add on, but the products smelled fabulous, Crystal was lovely and did a great job on my service. My skin felt so great after. My husband really enjoyed his massage as well and I look forward to taking advantage of the service on my next visit! We decided to take advantage of the the membership! For $99 for facial/massage and one wellness service, additional member in the household is $89, we thought it was extremely reasonable and a little monthly self care is definitely needed. If I could give it a zero I would. I have never been treated so badly. They treated me like I was a vagrant on the street and I had never been a paying customer there. I have been going here over a year. I always pay for my services and tip well. The first time I had a complaint I was treated so poorly. They did not want to even listen I did not want to pay for a full set that was completely poorly. When I was going to return a later date they told me I would have to pay additionally for regular polish. The manager or owner looked and the injury I received there and said it was not major. The under part of my nail being pulled away from my nail causing bleeding is not something I consider minor. I ignored it and tried to push through my appointment I just requested he not put his finger under there to support the work he was continuing. Within 5 seconds he placed it back and continued to throughout the remainder of the service. I had to have my nails removed to get a refund. When it came time for the refund he wanted to charge it for the amount for my boyfriend who received good service and the refund the entire amount rather than just refunding the amount for my services. He lied and said the system does not allow for that but I have the same OMS where I manage and would have never allowed someone to be treated so poorly. Needless to say I left on worse shape than when I cane in. read more

I found Spa & Nail Creation about 2yrs ago. I will be a client at this nail salon as long as the shop is open and run by Tang and Tweety. They operate a professional, customer friendly, clean and sanitary business. I am so greatful I found them. They have a good sized staff who are all friendly and professional. They try to get you in as quickly as possible. They take both appointments and walk ins. The products/services they provide are worth the prices they charge. They do nails, waxing, eyelash extenions, as well as Spa treatments...so you can get everything done in one place. I have never left the salon disappointed. They always go above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. YES YES YES! BEST SALON IN MESA. All I can say is the owners, Tweedy and Tang, and the most kind and hardest workers I have ever met in any salon. Tweedy absolutely cares more about detail. Even if it is off by a centimeter she wont stop until you are completely satisfied. She is very popular and never really has walk-ins given to her because she is always booked with appointments. ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS book with her and you will be completely taken care of. One time Tweedy had to leave for a family concern and I had an appointment with her. Her husband completely apologized and did my nails in place which I had never gone to someone else other then Tweedy but theres no regrets there. He does an amazing job as well. read more
