We called a couple companies who said they could not really assist (I maintain my own pool and dont have a regular company I call for maintenance). When we called Finn, the dispatch said they would leave him an urgent message but he might not get back to us until evening. Instead he called within 10 minutes, told us to turn off the pumps immediately and that he would send someone over to start draining it. That occurred within 45 minutes of the call. We explained that in 4 days we were having a pool party for my moms 70th birthday and he Finn did an excellent job - drained the pool, arranged for a power washer, and water delivery service. They were fast, responsive, and knowledgable! Would highly recommend and I plan on using them for opening/closing as well.

After listening to my concerns and applying his technical know-how, he helped me adjust the air intake valves to stop the leaking/dripping. He even took the time to drive to Home Depot to purchase a simple adhesive to apply to a zip-tie connection to the applicable valves. Joshua's honesty and transparency were evident when I explained an issue with my Delta Touchless faucet that may need replacing. He was very upfront about his skills before agreeing to the work. However, it turned out to be a simple job that did not require work he was not able to complete. This level of honesty made me feel secure and confident in his services. I will not hesitate to contact him for future plumbing work. In the end, Joshua's skill, ingenuity, and honest collaboration shone through as he completed the job. His impressive skills and innovative solutions left me feeling confident in his abilities. I did my research, found Marquis to be among the elite brands and the bonus was that they are American made. We walked into Hot Tubs and Pool Tables Outlet in Manassas where we were very cordially greeted by Drew who was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with everything from explaining specifications to the ownership experience and expert care and maintenance. Once we were told our Marquis Epic spa had arrived, delivery was prompt. Greg and his team placed the spa exactly where I wanted it and made sure that I was completely satisfied. Drew had recommended Electrical Connections, LLC, Nate is the master electrician, who had us hooked up in no time so that we were ready to enjoy our spa. Now I am proud to support American manufacturing and Marquis is employee owned, but on occasion there are glitches and we experienced a leak from one of the jets - after calling Dawn regarding this issue, it was addressed immediately by James, their service technician. He came out right away, identified the problem, called the manufacturer who sent him a plethora of parts to ensure a quick and correct fix. Needless to say that this issue was resolved expeditiously and was some of the best customer service I've ever encountered!
