As a client, you can feel pampered in a serene environment. All the technicians are great and welcoming. Their equipment is sterilized off-site and you can relax in a comfy chair, knowing you will be pampered for the next hour. This is an appointment only salon, so the clients are never made to feel rushed. The salon always carries the newest Opi colors and you will feel welcome. Although it is located across from the UVillage in a sort of strip mall area, don't be deceived. The service is top notch. I had a wonderful experience here. My mom and I got a hot stone pedicure and it was the best! The women were very nice and professional. I didn't feel as though they were rushing through it and my feet and nails looked great. The salon is very clean and the chairs are very comfortable. Spa Envy is back in my good books. I was a regular customer in the past and watched the decline of the spa, but now it seems that the new management has helped to revive the place. I had a spa pedi and a mani recently and it was done very well... even after a beach vacation it still looks great. The service has done a 180 degree turn-around. read more

i made an appointment here after reading the reviews on yelp about this place. the main criteria i search for in a nail salon is that they sterilize their instruments (not just disinfect). the only other nail salon i know of that also autoclaves is julep - but their prices are ridiculous... you can get the same services for half the cost at spa envy. it's a clean space with parking out front. i've been several times and never had difficulty finding a parking spot. they do a great job on pedicures (i've been a few times) and i was pleased with the manicure i had. i also like that they have a large selection of polish colors to choose from. i always look forward to the massage chairs and flipping through fashion magazines (they have lots!) during my appointment. i agree with the review by megan h regarding the receptionist - you'll see for yourself when you meet her.... read more

This is my go-to pedicure place. It's nicer than your average budget nail salon, but not so fancy that you feel like your pedicure is helping to pay the rent. Always consistently good service, they are very accommodating about fitting you in. I feel the price is reasonable for what you get. Highly recommend. read more

This used to be my favorite spot to go to. However, today I had an appointment at 6:30, arrived at 6:25 and was sat down to get my polish off and choose a polish. 3 women came in after me and got sat down, and started on, before me. No one came to check on me, and when I asked how much longer the guy kept saying "she'll come" but this other woman wouldn't make eye contact with me and didn't come over. After 30 minutes of waiting and nothing happening I decided to take off the foil on my nails and tell them I was leaving and he told me again to wait because she was coming. All I asked was how much time and the women before me were halfway through their pedicure and all I wanted was a gel manicure. So frustrating to not even try to give me a time estimate. I understand sometimes salons are understaffed but having 2 staff members working on one person, and other staff members work on other people while I was there first is beyond infuriating. read more

I went in today at the last minute and they were able to find a place for me, no problem. It was consistent with my last experience here (which was my first time). Both times, the technicians were very attentive, experienced and helpful. My pedicure was great, and they even touched up a spot that got messed up when they put on my flip flops - and did the touch-up without my asking. This is a great place to get a pedicure. It's nicer than the no-frills type places but not so expensive that you're paying the much higher spa level prices. It's very clean and quiet inside, they have nice chairs for pedicures, a large, current magazine collection for you to browse if desired, and many colors to choose from. They have the colors painted on nail wheels so you can see what the color looks like on a nail before you select. They're very friendly, and I was able to get a same day appointment with no problem at the time I wanted to go in, though I think you could probably just walk in as well. I went there for the first time this week and had a manicure. My whole experience was EXCELLENT!! The place is clean, and quiet and no chemical smells, because they don't do fake nails. I recently moved here and had to find a new spa. I happened upon Spa Envy and the rest is history. The spa is very clean, the music is mellow and soothing, and the atmosphere is unrushed. And I LOVE the chairs, especially the ones that massage my legs...ahhh! The staff are friendly and do a good job. Spa Envy always has a special offer and their prices are competitive. They even have a punch card reward system. I am treated with respect and they know my name. They are very accommodating. They offer a full line of services and have extended hours. Pretty simple. I've been a Spa Envy fan for years, ever since R and J opened the place. As time went on though, the place went down, and I stopped going there, mostly because the parking was horrible and I felt like the services weren't that great for the price. Fast forward a few years. R has taken over the shot and things are GREAT. The services are wonderful and they take great pride and care in their work. I've been testing other salons in the area, but I have to say, in the last 5-7 years, I haven't found anything better. Their work is just impeccable and I will forever be one of their fans! I also love that they sometimes have coupons and they have a loyalty punch card, which is great. I'll just end in saying, I should stop going to other places (because they're a TINY bit cheaper) and fork over the money, because it's well worth it! read more

The foot and leg massages are amazing. The owner, Robert, is meticulous and his staff is as well. Staff is extremely friendly. I went in for just a polish change over a week ago, and it still hasn't chipped! Looks awesome. Comfortable massage chairs, they offer water or soda. This was my first time to this salon, I went on a Sunday and it was completely full! (And it's not a tiny salon) Also, I could tell a lot of the customers are regulars because the staff/customers greeted each other by name, which I admired! read more

I've been coming here for about five years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have really ticklish feet and have always had a hard time enduring a pedicure. These guys are always really gentle and remember to treat me with "kid gloves", no matter which tech I see. They have great customer service and are always willing to squeeze me in on short notice.
