They were in a hurry and didn't take time to line up the tub between the posts of the gazebo.

We've gotten no response from Spa-Go about the damage caused by their delivery team when they delivered our hot tub at the end of August. The guy who was in charge commented that he thought they would have to slide it into place under our gazebo, rather than tip it. For some reason they decided at the last minute to tip it instead. If the four guys had taken the time to first line up the tub between the posts of the gazebo, they could have avoided gouging the brace. (See photo.) Once they lined the tub up correctly, they were able to tip it into place. Apparently, several of the hot tub stores in the Puget Sound area use Spa-Go to deliver their hot tubs. If I had a choice, I would never hire this company to move a hot tub. They are in too big of a hurry, and it sure looks as though they don't want to admit they are at fault when they cause damage through their own carelessness.

Spa Go LLC movers stole electrical wiring from my hot tub during a move and will not return it. Sketchy cash only business. All you need to do is attempt call the number that Google has advertised for them to see that they are not a real company.

Loy and his crew did an amazing job! They transported a used tub to our property. Both the seller and our family were very happy with their work. They got us on the schedule very quickly and they were very efficient, friendly and worked hard. We also really appreciated the competitive flat fee versus home movers that gave us a vague estimate. We highly recommend!

I hired them to do a year's contract including three maintenance cleans back in June. I prepaid $1120 and had one service provided. Due to my tenants moving out and no longer needing the hot tub, I asked if it was possible to repurpose the unused balance to instead drain and winterize the tub, assuming I would maybe get a little bit of a refund back after the winterization was taken into account. They ignored my multiple emails and I felt like I had to harass them to even just acknowledge receipt of my emails. When they finally responded, they said my first drain and fill was a filthy job and my tub was covered in ants and hence they should be charging me more, but they never mentioned this until now. It was rude and out of nowhere. They also said the website pricing was wrong and that the winterizing would cost more, and that they were also booked out but could maybe squeeze us in a few weeks and would check in later. It was strange to me that 1) they never mentioned the alleged issues with my first hot tub service, 2) they had inconsistencies in pricing between the email quote and their website, and 3) they didn't want to preschedule a standard service that was time sensitive and needed to be scheduled in advance. Finally, when they did actually come out do the winterization (after I pleaded with them to get it scheduled), the tub was left with water in the tub and we are unsure if it was properly winterized. I wrote again asking for clarity and he said he took video of the service footage and would send it to me; it's been over a week and still haven't received it after a couple of follow-up emails requesting it. I am nervous there is still water in the plumbing that would freeze and have no confirmation that the winterization actually was completed. This company is hugely unprofessional and needs to get their act together. I hope this review will prompt them to reply to my unanswered emails and send me the video footage.

When they showed up they did a good enough job, but reviewing my invoice I see that they charge seemingly random amounts of money. When they didn't show up there was no communication as to why or when they would come. They repaired my controller last year and used the wrong part so I can no longer use all jets. And it took over 4 months to get them to screw that up. Obviously, I would not recommend them.

He was very helpful and…read moreknowledgeable of the tubs he was selling and was understanding to our wants and financial capabilities. David was able to work out for us the best possible Hot Tub we now use nightly. But the service did not stop there..... After ordering the Hot Tub a delivery service was coordinated, this seemed to be a contracted service, and when the delivery team arrived (on time) they were as knowledgeable and helpful as David helping find the best suited placement for our tub. They were fast and cordial and the driver was top notch backing up through a more than difficult inclined driveway all the while leaving no damage to my grass or shrubs. The delivery team also dropped off a step-by-step easy read instruction manual with information on how to best upkeep my tub which seemed to be almost full proof (I'm sure I'll put that to the test). But again the excellent service did not stop despite them dropping off the tub and locking me in as a customer. Once the electrician came to hook up the breaker (my own electrician) there was an issue with the wiring (simple fix unbeknownst to me) which Olympic was more than happy to come a fix free of charge. Lastly I have just scheduled my tub tutorial which was accommodated on the date and time I requested. Thank you Olympic Hot Tub for the start to finish best customer service. I could not have hand picked a better company to make my investment in. It is this type of service all companies should strive for as customer service is what most people are buying now days. I can only hope it continues throughout the years anytime I need something. Thank you Dale, David, and Don you have all been great and I will highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy a tub. Well adios for now I am going to soak.

First tech said I needed a new leg; then a new team came on second visit and said "I guarantee a new leg won't fix it". They told me "Covanas are very tricky; best not to mess with it." Total charges were about $750! No resolution of problem of the low leg and incomplete spa closure! So, I called Covana in Canada and they explained how to elevate the leg. All I needed was a $5.00 cam buckle! I just needed to disconnect the drive shaft after placing the cam buckle and allowed the overly compressed non-motorized leg to elevate. Now spa will close without gaps. I subsequently found out that this company uses subcontractors to install the Covana spa covers. I personally think that the "technicians" didn't have the skill sets and/or knowledge to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this company for fixing a Covana spa cover. All it costed me was a lot of money without resolution of issue. I felt completely ripped off and horribly overcharged. Come to your own conclusions. But my advice is to steer clear and buyer beware!

The bid included replacement of coping, new skimmer, re-tile, re-plaster, and replacement of old electric heater with new heat pump. The bid detailed the cost of each phase of the project so that I could choose which phases I wanted (could afford) to complete. In the end I chose to complete the entire list and Jerry installed the new skimmer ($2250) for free. Jerry uses a combination of his own crew and subcontractors (coping and plastering) on my project. One can tell Jerry takes great pride in his work. He took the time necessary to make sure I understood the maintenance and water balancing of a new pool. When I decided to replace the 15 year old pool pump with a new SuperFlo VS motor he gave me a bid but did not balk when I decided to replace it myself. He even looked over my work to make sure it was done properly. I would end by saying that Jerry was very competitive in pricing (half that of AquaQuip) and in the same range of other contractors, but his customer service and communication was far better than other private contractors. I would have no hesitation recommending Prestigious Pools with the full 5 stars.

The equipment was ordered, then installed by Michael and his co-worker a few days later -- all less than a week from when we had initially called.
