I've been coming to spa HH for the past 5 years and it's only getting better. You will get to the address in the front and take an elevator to the floor marked spa hh . [[HIGHLIGHT]]The front desk is kind and will listen to your needs of exactly what your target areas are and translate to the staff.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came in for a couple massage with my sister and mentioned my neck and shoulder pain. I had the pleasure of having Lucy. She paid so much attention to that area and really worked it the entire time. 10/10 the best massage I've had. I've purchased massages for my husband, friends and co workers here. Please remember to tip your masseuse ! They all work so hard.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Happy I didn't come here very rude![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called today @5:45 to make an appointment I informed the lady who answered the phone that I'd like to use a Groupon deal she asked for what time I said 7pm she said they don't take Groupon deals after 4pm that it's on the fine prints of Groupon and checking it thoroughly it's not.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If that's the policy why ask for what then and not state it from the beginning.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I can't imagine the actual service.

I came here for my birthday for a much needed massage. Unfortunately, me and my cousins received a horrible experience. First, the Groupon didn't work. We were told that they would honor the same price but added $5 for tax and $2 for credit card processing. And was advised not to share with other patrons. When I checked in with Yelp, it offered me a $3 coupon. They stated they don't use Yelp. Second, my massage was very painful. She asked if I wanted medium or hard, I said medium and didn't receive that. At first I thought maybe it was places where I was tense but it hurt everywhere. I had to ask more than 5 times for her to be softer. I was only given a massage on my backside. I was not flipped over. My cousins came in to my room, and one was crying because hers was so painful. And my other cousin had a similar experience to me. I still have a slight headache and neck pain. I would not recommend at all!

I received a gift certificate for a 60 mini massage with tip included. I called the business this morning at 10AM and asked if they had any availability for 10:30 AM with the plan of adding an additional 30 min service and the lady said yes. I arrived at 10:28 AM. There were 3 service providers in the establishment, no other customers on premises and I am still sitting in the waiting at 10:50 AM....... I don't even care if the massage is great, I will not return to this place. Update: The massage itself was nice, minus the man who interrupted twice to speak with my masseuse. Also, my masseuse took a couple of calls during my massage....Despite this, I would have returned had someone taken ownership for and apologized for wasting 30 minutes of my time.

This place was nice, everyone was nice. My mom definitely enjoyed herself but I sure didn't. My shoulder blades and neck are in so much I could barely move my head. Light touches hurt, I had to take a muscle relaxer just to sleep.

DON'T BE FOOLED ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE INCENTIVISED WITH A $5 REWARD. I used to frequent this place often when it had first opened and seemed clean. The last time I went was 2021 so I decided to go back last week. Took my mom for an early Mother's Day treat. I called beforehand requesting coconut oil --they used to have that from Costco before. The lady at reception assured me they would use oil for "sensitive skin". I requested a man. When I first lay down the pillow stank --didn't feel clean.I didn't make a big deal about it--although looking back I should have just left at that point. During the massage, I felt drops on my back not understanding what that could be because both hands were on my back, so he was not applying oil. When he finished my back he asked me to turn over and did my head. All this time he was behind me so I couldn't see him. Before he got to my feet he put a towel over my eyes and started rubbing something on my feet, I pushed the towel aside and he was using petrolium (vaseline) I asked him to stop. Do you have any idea how bad petrolium is? It is a hormone disruptor and toxic for the body. After I specifically asked to use coconut oil or whatever she had. I noticed he was sweating profusely and toweling his face --THAT IS WHAT WAS DRIPPING ON MY BACK--DISGUSTING. I didn't say anything. Never been in this situation before. I felt disgusted but thought, maybe he is working hard? I didn't want to judge him. During the massage the alarm on my phone went off. He went and took my purse WITHOUT ASKING and brought it over and opened it in front of me and closed the alarm on my phone in front of me. When he did this I heard something fall. I was grogy and didn't realize my gold necklace had fallen. Long story short. When the massage finished I was pretty groggy and couldn't wait to get home and take a shower after the disgusting vaseline and the sweat. Despite all this BS I still gave him a $30 tip because I figured he is not responsible for the cheap business practices of this place and he has a sweating problem. He took the tip and headed back to the room without any sign of appreciation. I even asked the reception lady "is that tip good enough?" he didn't stick around to even smile--just headed back to the room quickly. I am a teacher and I work really hard for my money. I try to appreciate these workers because often times they have a hard life and I try to be considerate. I was planning to get home and get all this garbage off my body before putting my necklace back on. After my shower I fell asleep. I didn't realize my necklace was gone until the next day. I called and of course no one saw anything. I went there and confronted him and offered a reward but he actually said "YOU WERE WEARING THE NECKLACE DURING THE MASSAGE" that is when I knew he was a BS artist. I specifically took it off because I was afraid it would rip. It was given to me by my cousin at a moment in my life when I was REALLY DOWN. IT MEANT A LOT TO ME. I offered a reward and they denied having seen it. It was a quiet rainy day, we had arrived one hour early and they took us right away. There was no one there before and no one AFTER us so he was the only one who saw it and had the opportunity. He headed back into the room right after the massage. I went back twice and he denied it each time and changed his story each time. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. BUT KNOW THAT WHOEVER TAKES SOMEONE ELSE'S PROPERTY IT BRINGS BAD LUCK AND LOSS! I do my best to be ethical and patient. I didn't cheap out on the tip and didn't bitch when they use vaseline instead of oil, when they are using old smelly pillows and sheets. I didn't judge him when he sweat all over me and disregards my request to not use vaseline. I did not say "what are you doing?" when he went to get my purse without my request. This place CLEARLY DOESN'T VALUE ITS CUSTOMERS, the products they use are toxic and they are not clean. The oil used on the body is important, staff cleanliness is important and BEING HONEST IS IMPORTANT. I want to let you know, who ever took my necklace it will not bring them any good luck, IT WILL DO THE OPPOSITE. If they sell it --the money will go to unfortunate things like illness and doctors visits. KARMA WILL COME. What a difference it would have made to have returned the necklace to its rightful owner, the joy and blessings that would have come. Instead people opt for a quick dollar and to bring misfortune upon themselves because they worship money. Look at the big buddah on the front desk adorned with dollar bills and coins. It says it all. Had the person who took it just returned it the world would be a different place with goodness and trust. Goodness, honesty and trust are what bring the clients, good tips and abundance--not offering people a $5 bribe off their next massage to post positive reviews. I am very disappointed.

Pleasantly surprised by this place. I usually go to M Beauty Spa on Queens Blvd near 71st Ave, but they were all booked. I came across SpaHH Spa on Yelp and figured I would give it a try. The massage was great and respectful. The masseuse really paid attention to problem areas. The room seemed clean and it was very private/ relaxing. I will definitely return. Please note that there is a $10 tip minimum, which is no issue at all.

No recommended for the price If you use Groupon , they charged $10 "Groupon tax " upfront and $15 mandatory tips per person for a 60 min massage or $20 for a 90 min massage In addition to that , they will charge 10% fee if you paid by credit card Please bring cash The spa room has a very strong smell of low quality massage oil. Personally , I think it is the same smell as motor lubricating oil. It does very little to help smoothing the masseurs hand , and my back was red after the massage due to the friction. I had a 60 min full body massage . The experience was below my expectations at the price point. The masseur does an ok job on the back, but for the shoulder and the neck , he missed a lot pressure points where he supposed to spent extra time on. My neck and shoulder did not feel any relax or relief afterwards . If you are going to spend $70 ($45 Groupon +$10 Groupon tax and $15) I would suggest to find another place

With COVID-19, still very much a risk in the world. Spa HH makes sure to be readily prepared. They have plastic up and tape on the floor. Masks must be worn the entire time. It is clean and sanitary and tables are sanitized (to my knowledge) The best massage in LIFE! This lady massaged aches and pains I didn't even know I had! It was my very first experience at Spa HH and they did not disappoint. It fairly priced and worth every penny. Anna was amazing! She started on my back with light pressure and asked me each time she applied more pressure if I was ok. I got hot stones and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The full 90 minutes went by way to quickly for my liking I just wanted her to continue. Oh my Goodness it was fantastic! So the question, would I recommend this place? HELL YES!! You will not be disappointed.

Charged an extra $10 for Groupon tax and I tried to explain that it's all paid for and they argued back. The man massaging me made me feel so uncomfortable. Your whole body shouldn't be touching the customer. I asked to switch with the women and her massage was basically a touch. Did not get a massage experience. They really need reevaluate how to treat their customers. Ask if they want a male or female and the type of pressure. Waste of money and time.
