At first we were just going to move our spa and store it on our driveway while our yard was landscaped, then move it back. Then 3 days before we decided to just have it hauled off. Diaz Spa Movers had no problem with that. We drained it, they showed up and disconnected it from the power- hard wired, not a plug. One of the things I worried about when buying a hot tub was delivery and if I ever had to move it. Fortunately I was able to find Diaz Service to move my spa when I had to move homes. Communication was no problem at all - I gave them a call and they scheduled the move over the phone. They knew exactly what hot tub I had based on the make and model and gave me a reasonable quote on the phone. They sent a reminder that they would be arriving to move the spa and showed up right on time. I had to make them wait a few minutes because the spa was still draining but they did not mind. All four movers did a great job in wrapping up the hot tub and getting it moved through tight spots without any damage. They delivered the hot tub to the designated spot and had a very positive attitude throughout. Overall, it was a very easy and seamless process and I am relieved to have my hot tub in its new home. If I ever have to move the hot tub again I will definitely be calling Diaz Service again. Thank you very much! read more

Terrible Company. This company was contracted by Jacuzzi to deliver my spa. They don't call to set an appointment, you get an email with your date and time. My delivery was scheduled out almost 30 days from the date of the email. After waiting a month, I received a text at 4:03 pm the day before telling me all of their crews had covid and that I had been rescheduled until the middle of the following month. Ironically the business offices close at 4:00 pm. I actually was able to catch them in the office and was told if the middle of the following month was not convenient they would be happy to move the date out even further. I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was told I would get a call back and at the end of the day, no call was returned. Francisco Diaz is the owner, when I spoke to his assistant she told me that he was off today. Based on what I understand from the Jacuzzi representative 12 of the employees tested positive with COVID which ultimately shut down the entire operation. Rather than dealing with the issue at hand and calling customers Mr. Diaz is not in today. read more

Yesterday, the team of Isaac, Efven, Javi and Javis S did a professional and courtous job of removing my old dead spa, working closely with the crane operator to lift it over the house and then installed my new spa using the same process. Scheduled on a Sat morning when it was convenient for us and showed up right on time. They wrapped it so nothing was damaged and were very fast. When they got to the new house, they laid down protective covering on the flagstone so it didn't get damaged. They set it up in the perfect spot and it looks great. About a month ago we moved to our new house across town. Prior to the move I had our moving company come out and give an estimate to move everything. I asked our movers how much they would charge to move our jacuzzi and he said "Call Spa Movers, they are experts at dealing with spas and have the best prices in town". He was right. The price Spa Movers quoted was a bit less than other companies I called. As for service...everything went smoothly. On the day of the move, 5 guys came to our place. They were on time, professional, and friendly. They came prepared and were able to dis-assemble a gate and re-attach it afterwards with power tools so we could get the spa off of the enclosed deck. Poor coordination with move that needed crane. Left my move incomplete, but took full payment for one of the moves without setting up electric. I took two days off from work due to the crane service that Diaz had me set up and then confirm with them prior to the move. Diaz stated they would be there at 10:30, but didn't have crew available until afternoon. I had even confirmed that morning at 8:00. Missed first day of work. Came back second day in the morning with crane and moved the spa to new location. Service was to include moving an old spa off of the deck and replacing with the spa that was just moved. The crew that was sent was too small to move the old spa, so they left my spa on the ground (I provided the tarp) and said that I would get a call to schedule for another day to complete move. I called as well and left a message. The movers asked for payment, I paid for the full price of the first spa move, but the electrical had never been hooked up. Spa was left on the ground wrapped and I never received a call back or any response from Diaz Spa Movers. The crew was very nice, but didn't know what was happening. read more

There's always those, "we didn't see that coming" home/property features, that until the crew is actually on site, can add to the drama of getting a larger spa in, around or over obstacles to effect a no-ding delivery. The Diaz crew arrived - waaaay out here in the high desert, on time, with smiles and greets. Pulling in to the long driveway, it was necessary to inform driver that it'd be a backyard delivery, down a short, narrow sandy lane, through a fence, across a sandy backyard, over some steps beneath a gazebo, right next to a tight railroad tie wall. The Diaz crew didn't even blink. Normally, "No problem" ends up being no problem for a crew but a problem for the customer. Notably, a different outfit removed my old spa - which was a three and a half hour nightmare! I'll spare you the details... Contacting the spa dealer about this debacle, I made it ultra clear to the company owner that I wanted the most competent spa movers in the business to deliver my new spa - Period. Diaz's crew (no pun) delivered! Flawless placement to my exact request, perfect assembly of swing arm and cover; all in perfect time to enable the electrician to complete the hook-up with zero delay. read more

We cannot recommend this service too highly. They are throughly, professional, most efficient in the execution of the task at hand, courteous, and compassionate. Isaac, led his team Luis the driver, Ramiro and Marcos with great competence, devotion to his role and job, and indeed kindness, Each of them worked hard to remove our spa that was very old and very cumbersome to dislodge and dismember. All the while they never cringed or shirked from doing the needful, working with willing smiles and calm reassurance. Whats more, they left the space all clean and ready to receive a new replacement. Great service. Scheduled them to pick up and dispose an old spa. Gave me a time slot between 8-12 on Saturday. Called 20 minutes before showing up and actually arrived a bit early, at 7:45. They unhooked the electrical connection, then four guys slid the spa out, capped the bare wires and were gone by 8:15. Frank, the crew lead, was very courteous and professional.
