Booked 24/7 to do the work. They showed up on the scheduled day about 8:30 am and we did a walk thru, showing them what was going and what was not. moving from a 4 bdrm to a 2 bdrm takes some downsizing. They started right in, wrapping, filling boxes and moving them out to the truck. Taking apart the furniture that needed it and moving it out to the truck. They are definitely good at their job. It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Showed up at 9 am . started unloading and putting together furniture and placing it where requested. Took till 4pm before they were finished with their part of unpacking . Great job! After having a stressful experience previously with another moving company, I was dreading having to get moved again. I went with 24/7 because they had a lot of good reviews. The person who booked us was very responsive and answered all our questions. The movers they sent were friendly and handled our stuff with care. They wrapped our furniture and took apart some of the bigger items and reassembled them when we got to the new house. They seemed to genuinely want to help. From the first call and email, I got a near immediate response. That was surprising. Alex Maskaliou, owner, took my nervous call/ texts. I had not moved in 38 years. The day before the move I received a confirmation call. Dmitry and Andrei showed up on time with the big white truck. Our one bedroom/ one bath upstairs apartment had 65-70 boxes in addition to normal furniture. The destination for drop had an elevator. These guys worked non-stop and fast while carefully wrapping furniture with plastic and furniture pads. Boxes upon boxes were stacked and moved out. The guys were friendly and professional. This was not their first rodeo and it showed. They were on a mission! We led them to the destination and they efficiently brought everything into the new unit, unwrapped and placed all the contents of the former home. 4.25 hours later and the moving nightmare was completed. Everything appears to be in tip top shape. They even offered to have us look in the truck to be sure nothing was left behind. Thorough and again, professional. We didn't have to deal with "sticker shock" and unexpected up charges. We have no idea how these guys can do what they do but we thank them wholeheartedly. Tips were deserved. INCREDIBLE company. This was my first time using a moving company and I will continue using this one for all of my future moves. I'll also be recommending them to my loved ones. The movers are kind, personable, professional, and are seriously real life Tetris players. They seem to really enjoy what they do. Shoutout to Dima and Gio. I hired this company for my mom weeks before my own move and had a good experience both times. The movers first enter the property and walk around to observe and make a mental note of what needs to be moved and then they carefully wrap/take the items and stack them into the truck. They then unload everything at your destination exactly where you'd like everything to go. The prices are fair and they also price match. I was able to pay $105/per hour in cash at the 3 hour minimum. There's a $50 gas/service fee. The move also comes with plenty of blankets and 5 wardrobe boxes. A roll of plastic wrap to wrap items is $29. TV boxes are $10 to rent or $35 to purchase. So worth it!! I ran into a couple of issues during the first move. There was miscommunication and the wrong size truck was sent and we were overcharged to rent a TV box. The standard truck size is 26 ft but we were sent a 18 ft one. But the owner, Alex, was amazing and quickly resolved the issues. He refunded me the difference of the TV box and agreed to credit me an amount towards my next move. Excellent customer service from Alex and the movers themselves. I look forward to my next move in the next year or two because of them! read more

Frank and his Partner were amazing! They were both extremely polite and professional! They came 5 minutes early, which I appreciated, and were extremely quick and efficient! They took extremely good care of our belongings and wrapped all of our furniture to prevent any scratches during the move. It was the most stress free move I have ever had. I had a really disappointing experience with 24/7 Moving Company and feel compelled to share it, especially after what happened once my partner left an honest review. We hired two movers for what should have been a pretty straightforward move. They showed up at 8:15 AM and told us that's when our time started. Fair enough, but they didn't start moving a single item until 8:50. The first 35 minutes were spent doing who knows what and then going to get "supplies." They returned with two dollies and some plastic wrap. They were nice enough at the beginning and casually said something like, "Yeah, we charge for boxes, wrapping, and supplies, that's why our hourly rate is lower than other companies." That might explain the pricing structure, but it doesn't justify the total lack of efficiency or transparency. I've moved several times and this was the first time I had to pay extra just to have my furniture wrapped. It took them nearly five hours just to load our two-bedroom apartment. Everything was already packed in boxes, and our furniture was standard. Two beds, two desks, a couch, TV stand, dresser, bar cart. Nothing unusual. I truly don't understand how it took so long. When we raised concerns and called the office, the movers got visibly annoyed and somehow slowed down even more. At one point, they were literally moving one item at a time. The final bill was $700. For that price, I expected at least basic professionalism and reasonable speed. What we got instead was frustrating, slow, and surprisingly costly for what should have been a simple job. And here's what really pushed me over the edge: as soon as my partner left a one-star review, the owner immediately called her to berate her and demand to know why she left it. Not to ask what went wrong, not to take responsibility just to argue. As if we're not entitled to share our experience? Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The only upside was that they were available on short notice. But that's not nearly enough to make up for the overall poor experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone. There are plenty of movers out there who include basic supplies, operate efficiently, and treat customers with respect. read more

I've used 24/7 two times now. They're quick to response, price match competitive pricing and carry out moving like a breeze. I would say that their timing could be better. The first time I used them, I chose a morning time with arrival to be between 8am - 12pm & they arrived at 11:50am. Similarly, I did an afternoon move time with movers to arrive between 1pm - 4pm & they arrived at 3:55pm. They're hard workers, but I did wish the timing was more accurate. When asked when the movers would arrive, the company said earlier than when they actually arrived. We were moving from 3:55pm at the start location and finished at the end location at 10:30pm. Super appreciative of the workers, just would be good to have better communication on arrival times. read more
