My husband and I recently had a couple's massage that came with champagne, roses and chocolate. It was great. Everyone here was so nice. Tanya and Jeanette were great and the massages were awesome. I would totally recommend this spa.

Wow. Customer service was top tier! The moment we walked in it was a very friendly environment! The owners is very hands on and friendly. He was very attentive to us and every person getting services in the spa! We had mani and pedis and they did not disappoint! They have tons of colors to choose from. No parking is available for this establishment. There is street parking (free) but it is very challenging to find.

Time stamp of my 10:30 appointment I eventually walked.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. By far the worst experience I've ever had. Didn't even get a massage because the therapist NEVER showed up!!! The older woman was yelling at a new girl, bossing her around. The products they use are toxic dollar store brands. The only pleasant thing about the experience was the young man who worked at the front desk who was mortified and tried to make it right by comping a massage but I don't even want a free massage from this place.

We had a couples massage for our date night and it was divine. Started with a hot cup of tea and glass of champagne for 15 minutes in a relaxation room. Went to the massage room and was pleasantly surprised to see both massage tables covered in rose petals. Massage was amazing (ask for Julie), and she worked on all my knots with a deep tissue massage. Finally we were given fresh coconut water after the massage to top it off in a coconut. Amazing experience. Huge thanks to Julie and Amy for the couples massage and hospitality! Definitely will go back.

Fresh coconut juice served after! Take it for a stroll to the beach across the street & you'll feel like you're on an island vacay

All the extra thoughtful touches they add make Spa Soleil stand out. My partner booked me a prenatal massage for my birthday and they let her join me in the tea room for refreshments and relax there while waiting for me. The tea, fruit, water, and foot soak is a great way to unwind and transition to be fully present for treatment. Amy gave a wonderful prenatal massage. They lay out extra pillows and have you lay on one side then flip to the other, which was super comfy for me. Didn't want to get up. The fresh coconut juice they serve after was so refreshing. They encouraged us to take our time, but we decided to enjoy our coconuts while we took a stroll on the pier (the beach is literally just across the street)! Made it feel like we were on vacation.

This massage place is the best I've ever been to! I booked the couples massage same day. Leave yourself some wiggle room with time to find street parking. The receptionist guy was so nice and accommodating.(forgot his name)! I was so surprised when we walked in how they had the room set up ; my man thought I had this planned for months! Haha Room had roses, fruit platter and champagne which is complimentary. Started, with a foot soak and massage. Lucy did an amazing job and personalized my massage to my liking. I'm always tense, let me tell you she got all the knots out of my neck and back. She stretched my legs out, I didn't even know they could stretch that far. Lol My man also very tense with back pain approved Kayla as the best. If you're sore, stressed out, or want to treat your partner, come to Spa Soleil. You won't be disappointed!

If I could give more stars, I would. Thank you so so much to the Spa Soleil team for making my partner's birthday celebration so memorable! I booked the Cupid's Couple massage package through the website - it was simple and easy. Parking in the back was also easy, we arrived 10 minutes early and were immediately greeted by friendly faces! We started in the tea room, which had relaxing music, a medicated foot soak, and a warm neck wrap, all complimented with champagne, refreshing tea, and snacks. We were then greeted by our masseuses, Kayla and Eiran, who were super attentive, kind, and funny! They asked us which areas we wanted to focus on and were very mindful of an injury that my partner had. We were then led to the massage room which had roses and rose petals strewn all over, so cute! You have the choice of getting as undressed as you're comfortable with, which I appreciated. Both ladies were very attentive to us and adjusted intensity as needed. We both got hot oil and stone massages with a bit of stretching - it was incredible. Time flew by and every minute was pure bliss. We left that room feeling agile and ready to take on the world! For the grand finale, we went to the patio for chocolate strawberries, nut bars, ice cream, and fresh coconut juice! My partner was so pleasantly surprised to end this experience with fun treats and the smell of the ocean! Kayla even came back with a special oil to help with his injury - 10/10 customer service! They encouraged us to take our time and relax on the patio. To be honest, we didn't want to leave! It was definitely an experience to remember and I am so grateful that they made my partner feel special for his birthday. I did a lot of research before I booked and you simply can't beat the value for the price. Thank you again to Kayla, Eiran, and the whole Spa Soleil team! We will be back!

I went with my mom and sister before my wedding week for a 90 min deep tissue massage! My goodness I've never experienced anything better in my life! All three of us left so incredibly impressed! The level of care and the ultimate experience was just shockingly impressive! Warm foot baths, berries and ginger tea, the exceptional massages from all three women ( Amy, Julie, & Paola) and to finish with a beautiful rose & the best coconut water I've ever tasted with chocolate almond bar ... .I was starving after the long massage, so that added touch to the whole experience was incredible! Staff is so warm happy and friendly loved them all! :) I couldn't of asked for a better experience!

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and completely at ease. The atmosphere was peaceful, elegant, and the perfect escape from everyday stress. The massage was one of the best I've ever had--my therapist(Step) was incredibly skilled, attentive, and tailored the treatment to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The luxurious amenities, locker room, pool, bar, hot tub and attention to every little detail made the experience even more special. If you're looking for a first-class spa/vibe experience, I can't recommend Sisley Spa at the Ritz-Carlton enough. I already can't wait for my next visit! ‍

Definitely NOT a Ritz-Carlton experience. Allow me to explain…read more 1. Made an appointment over a week in advance for a massage, and I don't know how many times they asked me to confirm, once I had already confirmed. Annoying and unnecessary; if I confirm, it's confirmed, stop calling and texting. 2. Was told to arrive 30 minutes early (which is the norm at any spa) so I called back right after making a 10 am appt (since they open at 10) to ask about arriving half an hour early. She confirmed that they open their doors at 9:30 am, so that was fine. 3. Arrived at 9:32 am, asked the concierge if she could direct me to the spa. She told me to do down the hallway to the elevators and take it down to the ballroom level. I did. I exited the elevator and looked for signs to the spa: there were none. I walked to the left and saw a door to the outside, leading to the pool, so I went the other direction, and started walking down the other hall, but saw nothing. Still no spa signs. I went back to the elevator and waited to see if anyone would come by, and finally a lady came out of a door (possibly an employee?) so I asked her if she knew where the spa was. She pointed to the first place I went and said "towards the outside." I said, "Oh, I already went there, thank you." She left and I proceeded toward the outside. NOTHING. I finally went OUTSIDE and lo and behold, there was an entrance to the gym and spa near the pool. Who knew? This was actually OUTSIDE, not toward the outside, ugh. 4. After wandering around for all this time, it was now 9:37 am, the lights were out and no one was at the desk and the glass doors to the spa were closed. I stood there waiting, and waiting, and waiting. I finally decided to call the front desk of the Ritz and ask if anyone was coming to the spa, when the lady who told me to go "towards the outside" arrived from inside the spa and opened the doors. Why she didn't tell me that no one was there, or she would be with me soon when she knew I was going to the spa, is beyond me. I told her that I was told the spa opened at 9:30 and she said that it does, but the opener didn't come in (no apology for the wait or confusion.) 5. She had me sit in a little room to fill out the ipad questions, and I was shocked to see a pile of boxes like it was a storage room (see pic.) Honestly, this did not feel like a 5 star experience, it was a disaster. 6. Same woman took me to the tiny locker room and quickly showed me how to use the locker and where the toilets and showers were and was gone. Luckily, I showered at home before arriving or I would not have had time to shower due to not being able to get into the spa on time. I was really surprised at the size of the facilities. I've never seen one so small in a (supposed) 5 star hotel. 7. Thankfully, my massage was good and Sarah was very pleasant. 8. I used the shower (the water was coming out of the wall more than the showerhead, which I had to report to the front desk when I checked out.) Looked for a sauna, but only saw a steam room (what 5 star spa doesn't have a dry sauna?) 9. The pool area was beautiful, but there were plastic cups, a menu and another item (which probably blew onto the ground) when I first arrived, but I figured staff would come by and pick them up. While I saw staff walking back and forth a lot, when I went to leave over an hour later, everything was still on the ground. I picked it all up. (Note: while we were on the lounge chairs, no one ever asked me, or a lady next to me, if we needed anything or to check on us.) 10. When I was ready to leave, I looked for a swimsuit spinner and plastic bags, but couldn't find any. Had to walk out of the locker room carrying a wet swimsuit! They said they didn't have a spinner, but gave me a plastic bag. It's like their first day running a spa, I did not have a relaxing experience, tbh. 11. NOTE: when I was in the locker room, two other ladies were discussing the sauna, so I said, "Oh you found it?" so one lady took me to the steam room and said, "Here it is." I explained that I was looking for a dry sauna, but took the opportunity to ask them if they found the spa easily (it was their first time, too.) They both exclaimed, "No!" and said how they wandered around for a long time trying to find it! When I checked out, I asked at the front desk about signs and the lady said, "Oh it's the digital display when you come out of the elevator, you just have to wait for it to show." Seriously? Someone is going to come out of an elevator and watch a series of advertisements, waiting for directions to the spa? (see pic) NO ONE IS GOING TO KNOW TO DO THIS, how difficult is it to get one SIGN?! 12. Overall, I would NOT recommend this spa. The people need to be better trained, the facilities are bare bones (only two showers and I believe one hair dryer, no sauna, no suit spinner, bags, etc.) The best thing about my experience is that I went to UOVO afterwards for lunch and it was insanely good.

Unfortunately, my recent experience was really disappointing. Since my friend wasn't available, I booked with a different therapist and asked for the deep tissue upgrade. Before we started, I clearly explained that I'm a distance runner and was looking for something between a sports massage and deep tissue: focused work, but not the kind of super intense pressure that leaves you sore for days. The massage therapist was so nice and I really thought we were aligned. But pretty quickly, something felt off. It took me a while to realize what it was, but there was no music playing at the start of the session. The therapist didn't turn it on until 20-30 minutes in, which made the whole beginning feel awkward and not very relaxing. There were also some basic details that were missed. I had forgotten to put my hair up, and instead of helping manage it (like placing a towel over it, which most therapists do) my hair kept getting caught and falling onto my neck. Rather than addressing it, the therapist just avoided working on my neck altogether which is an area that really needed attention. As for the massage itself, the technique just didn't meet expectations. At times it felt like the therapist was attempting pressure point work, but without enough pressure to actually be effective. I did mention that I could handle more pressure, but there wasn't much adjustment. Overall, it didn't feel like a deep tissue or sports massage, more like a very light, unfocused session that didn't address what I had communicated beforehand. I left feeling frustrated and honestly pretty upset that I had used my monthly massage on an experience that didn't meet my needs. I typically tip 20-30%, but this time I only tipped 15% because of how disappointed I was. I ended up sitting in my car afterward and crying because I was so frustrated--both that the massage didn't help when I really needed it, and that I hadn't been more assertive in the moment. To their credit, when I reached out afterward, a manager named Jamal was kind and responsive. However, he said he wasn't local to the Marina del Rey location and would pass my concerns along. That was a week ago, and I haven't heard anything since. The lack of follow-up only adds to the frustration. Since I'm locked into a 6-month membership, I'll have to give it another try, but moving forward I'll likely only book with my friend and won't continue after my contract ends. Overall, this experience didn't match the level of quality or professionalism I expected from a place with Burke Williams' reputation.

I've been going to this Burke Williams location for years, and if you know, you know--it's a bit…read morelike massage roulette. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes it's "meh," and then every once in a while you find the one and cling to them for dear life until they inevitably disappear into the void. (RIP to my former favorites Riddhi and Sessie. Sessi, if you're out there, I miss you and my shoulders miss you even more.) BUT. Today?? Today I hit the absolute jackpot. Andy. Let me just say: if massages were an Olympic sport, Andy would have multiple gold medals, a sponsorship deal, and a documentary narrated by Morgan Freeman. I walked in feeling like a human knot. Not "a little tight," not "slightly sore"--no, I was basically a walking pretzel who had made several poor life choices. I walked out feeling like I had been gently reset to factory settings. Like...who authorized this level of transformation?? First of all, he LISTENS. I mentioned a couple of problem areas, and instead of doing the standard "nod and ignore," he actually focused on them like a highly trained muscle detective solving a crime. Every time I thought, "wow, that spot really needs work," he was already there, handling it like it personally offended him. Second--his technique?? Unfair. Illegal, even. The perfect balance of pressure, precision, and whatever sorcery he's clearly trained in. At one point I genuinely forgot what stress felt like. I may have briefly considered canceling all responsibilities and just living on that massage table forever. And the result? I floated out. Not walked--floated. I'm pretty sure I'm 30% lighter and 100% less cranky. Now here's the part where I struggle morally: I almost didn't write this review because I selfishly want to gatekeep Andy forever and keep his schedule wide open for me. But honestly...that feels illegal. The man is too good. The people deserve to know. Andy, if you ever leave, I will absolutely spiral and have to start this whole emotional journey over again. Please don't do that to me. 10/10. Life-changing. Book him immediately before he gets too famous and impossible to schedule... but like, respectfully, not before I get my next appointment.

Yuki herself is warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. She checks in, listens to what your body needs, and makes you feel completely comfortable. It's rare to find a massage therapist who speaks multiple languages and truly loves what they do, and that passion shows in her work. She has the sweetest smile and a calm, reassuring presence that instantly puts you at ease. Her rates are a bit higher than the other staff at $93 for one hour and $135 for 1.5 hours, and add-ons cost extra, but it's absolutely worth it. I always leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and cared for. I've definitely found my person, and yes, she might also be the cutest therapist there.

I tell Blanca what my skin goals are and trust her to take it from there. I feel like a new person after every facial. She does microdermabrasion, hydrofacial etc, works her magic to make my skin smooth and glow like glass. I'm now adding regular microneedling treatments, and I swear, I'm obsesed with the results. Many thanks to Blanca for her magical facials. Convenient location and plenty of parking.

Parking: plenty of free parking although I came around 5:30 on a weekday so it may have been emptier because of this. Service: Blanca was amazing! You start in the infrared sauna, which is in a private room. You're in the sauna for about 30 minutes, and there's a towel laid down for you in the sauna. You can choose to sit there naked, since no one will come, although I came in a bathing suit so I sat in my bathing suit. They also provide you with a cool towel to wipe off after since you'll be sweating a lot in the sauna. Bring a water bottle or the spa has water. You can connect your phone to play music but I had brought a book so I read in the sauna. It is a bit smaller compared to other infrared saunas that I have been in. The light on the door gets hot, so if you're larger or taller, this might feel a bit cramped especially because you'll need to avoid touching the light on the door. Next, you'll get your mini facial! Blanca focused on extractions for me, as well as a charcoal mask and oxygen infused with antioxidants. This was such a nice combination of relaxation from the sauna and pampering of my face from the mini facial. Thank you Blanca!!

I can report that I had an absolutely fantastic experience and both Tina and Julie did a masterful job. We did a couples massage this past weekend and opted for deep tissue. Both Tina and Julie are true masters of this technique and really did a wonderful job. I have been getting massages for decades at 5 star resorts to little local places so I really feel I know when it's a good session or not. Thankfully this was a good session. This is not a full service spa with steam rooms and full bass. It is a straight massage spot, but it's very clean and quiet which all that is needed for a great massage. They offer deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, reflexology, hot stones, cupping, full body scrub, pregnancy, and I'm sure a few other options. I tend to do deep tissue myself, but every now and then a Swedish is a nice call. Parking is really easy, it's located in a large shopping center, so there's plenty of free parking spaces right out front. Pricing is also very fair, it was $80 for 1 hr of deep tissue, and the entire staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend and will be back again in the future for more sessions.
