I went recently and got an excellent full body massage. My husband and I did a couples massage and we both liked the quality. The only thing that was weird was the ladies kept giggling amongst themselves for reasons we don't know since they weren't speaking English. Before covid I used to love coming here. The prices were very reasonable and service was very good. I went less than a week ago for a 2 hour massage. The woman who worked on me was being very aggressive when working on my neck and shoulders. I told her she was hurting me and her response was, "You're fine, you're just tense". I had to tell her a couple of more times she was hurting me before she got the hint and moved on. After I said something she was not nice. She did not cut my time short, I got my full time, but coming out and seeing I was clearly in pain, she was giggling. The next morning when I woke up I felt like someone had beat me up, I was in a lot of pain. My husband looked at my neck and shoulders and I had some edema and a small amount of bruising from her digging her elbow into me. I have finally healed, but it was such a shame because I really enjoyed coming here and have been a long-term customer. I feel uncomfortable going back after my experience. read more

My husband and I got a 90 minute massage this week and it was okay... my issue was that my husband did not enjoy his massage. He felt violated because the older woman took off his underwear and then made him turn around and put his heels together while she massaged his tendon in his inner thigh. He felt very exposed... when it came time to pay we gave them each a 10.00 tip and they said, "That's it?" We felt very uncomfortable and left. We will not be coming back. Came in here for a 90 minute couples massage. Their sales staff was very quick to reply on Yelp and everything initially seemed good. However once we got there - that's when the negative experience started happening. Staff seemed disorganized -- unable to locate my reservation, and initially refused to put me in the same room as my girlfriend (I specifically asked for a couples massage), and during the massage the quality was just not up to par compared to the dozens of other massage places I've been to. read more

I love this place! My body has been sore this week and after reading the great reviews I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad that I did!! I came in around 7:30pm without an appointment and chose the 90 min combo package: 30 min foot massage and 60 min full body massage in the private room. I was taken right in because I was the only customer at the time it seemed. The foot massage was good. I felt very relaxed with the faint music playing in the background. My favorite part--and what I needed most--was the hour long full body massage. It was worth every penny!! She felt all the knots and worked them out until they were gone. The massage was decent. Not amazing, but not terrible. I got a 60min deep tissue massage w/ hot stones + 30min foot massage. She didn't massage my legs, hips, or glutes at all...just my back and feet. Didn't even use the stones on my feet or legs either. The 1 star review is for 2 reasons.. 1) They asked if I wanted deep tissue or regular when I walked in and suggested deep tissue was better. I didn't realize there was a price difference so I said sure to the deep tissue. Later while I was paying I said to them that they didn't tell me there was a price difference. Okay, no problem, she said she would charge me the regular price due to the misunderstanding. Another women chimed in and said "okay we'll charge you only $60 but you have to leave her a good tip because she did hard work for you". I understand the sentiment but I thought this was flat out rude and unprofessional to solicit tips. I usually tip well for an excellent massage and tip normal for a good massage. That doesn't change for me in my opinion just because you press harder while giving a mediocre massage. And you should NEVER bully or pressure customers into giving tips. It's rude, poor manners, and unprofessional. If you want a good tip, give great customer service. 2) My skin broke out REALLY bad on my back and shoulders from whatever massage oil they use. And that's even after I took a shower right when I got home from my massage. If you're even the slightest bit concerned about your skin, DO NOT go to this place! I don't know what kind of oil they use but I've never had such a bad reaction to massage oil before! read more

Stay stay away!!!!!! Peter violated my daughter the owner didn't believe my daughter. My 18 & 19 year old daughters took me for a massage for my birthday. It was a horrible experience. After the 30 min foot massage they took us to different rooms for full body massage. Peter massaged one of my daughters and told her to take everything off. She complied and covered herself with the blanket. She wasn't aware she wasn't suppose to remove her panties and he pretty much massaged her butt the entire time. He removed the blanket never put it back on her and touched her vagina twice she told him NOT to do that and he attempted again she said no. He then told her the massaged was over and she can get dressed. She put her head up waiting for him to exit so she can get dressed and he caressed her face. I confronted him when she told me, he said he didn't understand English. I spoke with the owner who works the front she acted like she didn't understand eventually Peter apologized and said he shouldn't have done that. he stated that he always massages the butt it's normal I told him I got a massage and she didn't massage my butt with oil and the other guy didn't massage my other daughters butt and in between her legs. I told the owner I wasn't paying for him and she had the audacity to ask me to leave him a tip. I called the police and filed a police report. This isn't the first time this happens at this location. Stay away!!! The owner did my massage and she pretty much sat on my back and massaged me with her elbow so be prepared to be bruised. The other man was a gentleman. Aghhhh I hate to give a bad review but I have to. I wanted to surprise my fiancé with a couple massage and so with reading all the reviews on here i gave Spa Spectrum a try. Now I'm not a massage therapists but I've been told by many people I have magic hands. Maybe it's gift but when I massage people I can feel their energy and what areas on their body release more pressure. Both my fiancé waited for that moment that just completely relaxed us and it just never happened. I had hoped his was better but it wasn't. OMG! AMAZING! Talk about getting a good deal! This is the ONLY place I will go for a massage. They know what they are doing and make sure you get the best service. I've had a few different men and women give me my massage and they are all great. I've done the foot massage for an hour where they soak your feet and massage your back and front with clothes and I've also done the one where you go in a private room and remove your clothes and that one is my favorite. My husband and I decided to give this place a shot for a couple's massage. When we arrived we were greeted and asked a couple questions about particular spots that we wanted them to focus on. Usually when receiving a massage they use a sheet to cover your body....This place used a towel that barely covered us. The massage was amazing!!! However, once we paid my husband pulled out $10 for a tip and the lady at the front desk was pushy about how much we should tip them. She said, "Can you give a couple more dollars for tip. 20% is..." And that's where she stopped. My husband tipped only because they did such a great job. The lady at the front desk really killed it for us so we will NEVER go back again. My husband and I went last evening to enjoy a foot massage. When we walked in were were greeted with peaceful kindness. The facility was clean, it was nicely decorated, and it smelled very pleasant but not over powering. Our massages were relaxing. My gal was concerned about the pressure she was using, it was perfect more gentle on my face and much firmer pressure on my feet and legs. My husband said that his therapist just seemed to instinctively know where his knots were and worked through them. I will say that one of the staff did have their cell phone notifications on very loudly so we did hear a regular loud ping and that toward the end the therapist started chatting with each other. That was kind of a drag as in my career I listen and talk with people all day as does my husband so we personally prefer a less talkative environment. Such a great place to relax and be massaged. Upon booking I requested a one hour massage and was able to book quickly at the time I requested. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile and although I had requested what I wanted already, I was still offered other options to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. I ended up changing my option because the lady was nice enough to offer and explain each option and I ended up doing a combo massage and adding on detox. I have a neck injury so I explained I needed to be face up. The lady was very understanding and used her fingers to massage it from underneath. This was an excellent affordable relaxing massage. I did find it odd that they have you put on disposable underwear but I can see why as they are very generous with the oil that they use. The stones were a nice complimentary massage touch. Wish they used a slightly larger blanket/towel and a softer massage table but the experience was still wonderful. Loved the scalp massage and how they asked how hard you wanted the pressure and they actually respected and maintained your desired pressure. I love this place. The receptionist and massage therapists are wonderful. Everyone is very friendly. The prices and services are comparable to other reflexology places. Holly and Tina are wonderful massage therapist. I love getting the one hour massage with hot oil and hot stone during a stressful week at work or just spending too much time im the car commuting to work. My other favorite is getting the 60 min combo which includes 30 min foot massage and 30 min body massage. Sometimes with the foot massage, I add the foot scrub and it feels wonderful.
