What a surprise! My wife and I were given two 80 minute massages for our Anniversary. We had been staying in hotels all week for business, bad sleep, bad pillows etc. A massage was exactly what we needed. Then we put the address in Waze to drive in rush hour traffic for 45 minutes and were literally 10 minutes late running in the door stressed and anything but relaxed. We pull up and see the spa was in a strip mall and were doubtful right off the bat. Walking in the door we started to feel relaxed. Both our massages were Amazing! We wanted to go again the next day even. The only negative is they don't have a shower. The good news is they use lotion instead of oil do you actually can go out clean and relaxed. I had two massages at Massage Sway. It's a nice place and the massages I received there were okay. The glass of wine with the massage is a nice touch. I'll be up front and say that I had a Travelzoo voucher one time, and a Groupon the other. The second time I went, I was charged an additional amount because the voucher didn't cover the entire amount. It was a little bit of a shock, but I take the blame for not reading the fine print carefully enough. BTW - I did tip the full amount to the masseuse. I bought another Travelzoo voucher to use this next time around, called to make an appointment and they refused to honor it saying I had already used one and they were only for "new" clients. That was not on the fine print anywhere on the voucher. I explained that to Mackenzie on the phone, but after checking with the manager, they still refused to accept it. I would be okay with the policy, but again, it should have been stated on the voucher or I should have been told that after I used it the first time. I am now stuck with requesting a refund from Travelzoo and dealing with that hassle. So, just be warned that you can only use a voucher one time. read more

For the back facial, you do have a little bit of redness and irritated skin afterwards, but the technicians really focus on getting as many blackheads out and making your back clear! Received my second part of the Queen for a day Package, again, the space and staff were very polite. I mentioned my 30% off but was declined due to the service I received being a package deal. 3 stars are for the overall massage. She was very nice and asked about pressure which I felt was fine at some times, but a couple hours after I left I started feeling very bruised up. It has been a couple nights and I am still not able to sleep comfortably due to soreness around my back and neck area. Only thing helping has been Advil. Overall the massage felt rushed and more chiropractic than relaxing. I am disappointed with the outcome of a $150 massage. read more

Gabriela the owner has now edited and changed her comment on my review four (maybe more) times. First she was going to sue me for slander, then it has just been comedic versions of her current reply. I had to file a police report to get her to stop contacting and harassing me - anyone is free to view it as it is public record with the APD. The report # is 2017-8003838. I would absolutely recommend staying away from her and any of her businesses unless you want to risk having to deal with her. But if you want some good reading/entertainment, you should definitely read her replies to customers that have given her less-than-favorable reviews. Ambience is excellent very calming. Massage was decent but I was late because I could not find parking. There is a small lot shared with neighboring shops. If it is full good luck circling around through mainly resident parking garages in the vicinity. Very frustrating so I won't be back for that reason.
