Booked online, which was simple enough, and then received no less than six phone calls regarding the service. First they needed to confirm the time, then they called back and needed to change the time (which we accommodated), then they called back again and said "just kidding, your first time is available if you want to revert that" but we wanted to leave it as-is. As we were waiting on the tech to arrive, I got a call at the appointment time that they weren't able to come but could come later in the evening, which would not work for us at that point. Then, I got transferred mid sentence to somebody else who said the tech can come 30 minutes after the time I had just been told... Not really sure what happened, but I was definitely getting routed through a call center and felt like I was getting the runaround. It seems like a cool service, but ultimately, we will not be rescheduling because of the many issues that we experienced before they even arrived at our home. read more

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! my husband and I had Pamela and Leticia come to our home for 90 min deep tissue massages and they were hands down the best massages we have ever received. Pamela provided perfect pressure throughout the massage, carefully checking in on sensitive areas and went the extra mile with hot towels and aromatherapy. She attacked my sciatic pain and left me feeling amazing! Leticia took great care of my husband and was able to pinpoint his problem areas as well!! Booked blowout just for daily style, no event. Simple with goal to hold body for several days Positives: blowout was great, Vee is so sweet and just the loveliest person. My hair looks awesome too ‍ The concept=stylist comes to you...BEST IDEA!!for a frequent flyer of blow out bars; this would save so much time. Very responsive on yelp. I flew in on xmas eve and was booked before I even got to my hotel. It was nice that I didn't have to take an Uber or metro downtown. Negatives: way way too expensive for a simple blowout. I get it, they do blow out and styles for weddings and such but $125 for 45 mins that is way more than 2x what I pay at the blow out bar. The convenience is not worth $75 They need to have more reasonable prices to compete with other blow dry salons. If I had to book again; no, would Uber to blow dry bar and back and it would be cheaper. If prices were more reasonable, yes would love to have this service in my area Update on response: I really appreciate the response, comment and opportunity to save money. Your business model is built on convenience...you go directly to the client which is wonderful, however, your solution is contradictory to your business model: spend precious time looking up deals and typing in codes and "cutting coupons" essentially. I think you have a rare opportunity to make this a great company, your idea is smart and people want convenience, however, if you ever want to scale it, you will just have to do a bit more market research to be competitive. There was definitely a touch of Reiki in her technique and she more than demonstrated she had advanced training. Highly recommend!!! Both myself and my husband had massages from Tela and they were amazing! I haven't gotten a massage since the COVID-19 pandemic started and was nervous about it, but Tela was very professional and took great care to clean her hands frequently and wore a mask the entire time. She set up her table on our back porch and played spa music and made me feel like I was somewhere else entirely. It was so relaxing and just what we needed during these stressful times. We used this vendor for a birthday gift for a close friend. We reserved 3 massages for the same time. At 11am on the day of our 1pm appointment, I received a call stating that 1 of our therapists could not make it because they were feeling ill. No one was available to perform any service but one of the other therapists could come at noon and do 2 people back to back. This option defeated the purpose of the surprise so I declined. The other option was to get my money back. I understand that things happen and there was nothing to do in that moment. However, there should have been more action behind the apology. For example, refund the money and offer a percentage off for a future service to try to save a future customer. The massage therapists that we had (Marcus in particular) were awesome. Marcus was professional, considerate and excellent. Top notch! read more

Hands down the best spa experience!!! I have never seen something like this in the past where the spa comes to you instead of you traveling, offering a wide variety of services. I have a 5 year old and going to the salon has always been a struggle for me especially with my son its too difficult to have him around while getting a facial done and finding a good baby sitter for a short time is a bigger task.
