Having your vehicle towed is already stressful enough, but the way I was treated made the situation far worse than it needed to be. From the moment I walked up to the front window, I was met with an attitude that was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional by the "Karen" at the window. Instead of answering simple questions or explaining the process, the employee spoke to me with impatience and disrespect, acting as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Every interaction felt hostile, and there was absolutely no attempt to show basic courtesy or empathy. The entire experience gave the impression that customer satisfaction means nothing to this company. There was no effort to communicate clearly, no willingness to help, and no sense of professionalism whatsoever. It was clear that treating people with respect was not a priority. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and shocked that a business could operate this way. There are plenty of towing companies that understand how to treat customers with dignity and professionalism, especially during stressful situations. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. They filled my tire with air just to be able to turn it around and get it lined up to hook up to flatbed tow truck. It was a bit difficult because the Prius is so low especially with a flat front tire. After a lot of maneuvering he got it on and took me & the car to Toyota. Unloading it wasn't easy either as there was a certain area where it needed to be unloaded and of course the front dragged on the tilted flatbed.
