In fact, even though we ended up ordering new cabinets for the desk rather than re-using existing cabinets (because it looked much better) and he did some additional work, the job came in less than he estimated - the first time we've ever had that happen! John was great at keeping us updated on when materials would arrive and allow him to start, and accurate with his estimates. He worked around our schedule and cleaned up at the end of every evening, always making sure that things were safe for our three-year-old and pets. He did several extra small things at the end, such as rewiring some switches in the hall for us, and did them at no charge. John worked very quickly and his work is fantastic - very high quality. After getting…read moreseveral quotes we went with Rebath because they could accommodate just what we wanted, and because their salesman was no pressure. Prices were all comparable so that really didn't factor. They made the shower to the size we wanted, not "this is what we have that's the closest." We added grab bars and a folding teak seat, no problem. The workers were polite, tidy, friendly and most of all efficient and knowledgeable. We had a problem with the door alignment a couple weeks later and they came right back and made it right. We couldn't be happier with the shower, the job and this company.

The owner was very nice, communicated the project great, and timing of project was good as well…read more Unfortunately, the quality was really bad for the amount of money spent. We had to have our basement completely redone after a pipe burst. It was a horrible situation and we couldn't wait to have our space back but we still don't because the quality at the end of the project has us now fixing things ourselves. When we hired him, we also wanted to add two custom built in's, along with fixing our basement back to original. Both of these custom built in's were very low quality. Many things in our basement are not level, plum, or square. One built-in is so un level and out of square that it is now unusable. I believe he tried, He just doesn't have the experience or is at the quality level for doing custom work for home interior. He does contract out for some projects and the company who he hired to do the drywall and paint were amazing so we were very thankful for that. He was aware of our concerns and offered to try and fix things, but due to multiple times through out the project of pointing out similar concerns we are just at the point now we will fix it ourselves. Overall the majority of our basement is OK, but we are definitely not in love with the fishised results.
