I went in with my service dog and was told he was not aloud in the building. I proceeded to explain to her that I understood pets weren't aloud, however, he is a working dog. She rolled her eyes at me and said "it doesn't matter if he's a service dog he can't be here." I don't know where these people are from or what there problem is but she absolutely refused to let me explain the laws to her and my rights as a disabled American. THIS IS ILLEGAL discrimination against people with disabilities. I will be submitting an official report with the Americans with disabilities act. This KOA will have to explain themselves, this is not okay. Absolutely despicable.

Once I parked, I was not disturbed by anyone or anything. From the lot where I was parked, there was no access to the park's wifi but I had four bars of LTE on Sprint. The park's water was cold and clean. As clean as the stuff I get out of the tap at my own home. As I mentioned, lot 47 was quiet. It was also level and had a water tap, power hookup and sewer access. I hooked up when I arrived and had no issues at all. One note is that the Harris Speedway is about a mile and a half away. There was some engine noises one evening but it ended by 9ish. There's a tiny house section and some interesting types of dome housing. Weekday rates for these start at 99.00 per.night. Weekend rates for each of these starts at 149.00 per. night. Great opportunity to experience tiny home living in a beautiful country setting! Traditional RV sites and tent sites are also available. Weekday rates for the RV sites and tent sites start at 49.00 and 31.00 respectively. Weekend rates for these are also a bit more expensive. Many amenities here including a pool, camp store, and restrooms. If I understood correctly, with notice; hot tubs are available for rent. Absolutely beautiful campground to spend a quiet and relaxing time. I enjoyed this tour!

She got on lake houser ATV parks website and accidentally clicked a link for a nearby campground Broad River campground and booked it there by accident. When she gave me my surprise and I realized the mistake I immediately contacted Broad River campgrounds to try to get a refund nobody answered the phone there were dozens and dozens of messages left by family members and even the owner of lake Hauser campgrounds himself stepped in to try to help us get a refund they ignored each and every message I finally got a hold of somebody in the office today for the first time and tried to get this problem solved and I was hung up on. They still have not refunded my aunt's over $250

What started as a stressful evening turned into one of the best campground experiences we've had…read more After arriving at another campground on Sunday and discovering it wasn't what we had been led to expect, we left and started searching for another place to stay. It was already late in the evening when we found Pine Ridge Campground on Google Maps and decided to take a chance. When we arrived, the office was already closed. A maintenance employee noticed us pulling in, stopped what he was doing, and took the time to hear our situation. He immediately contacted the property manager, and despite being off duty, she came to the campground, opened the office, found us a site, got us checked in, and made sure we were taken care of. The maintenance employee even had a golf cart ready for us to rent so we could get settled in quickly. That level of customer service is rare these days and made a lasting impression on us. We've now been here for three days, and everything about this campground has been outstanding. The grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained, the facilities are spotless, and it's obvious the staff takes great pride in the property. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly, professional, and willing to help. The pool is excellent, the campground is peaceful and well kept, and the golf cart rentals are very reasonably priced. Most importantly, the entire staff genuinely seems to care about their guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Whether you're looking for a long-term stay or just passing through for a few nights, I highly recommend Pine Ridge Campground. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

Cute idea for kids. Plus plenty of diversions should you be traveling with kids. Nice dog run. The park is clean, quiet, far enough from the freeway noise, shaded, and well-kept. The pool was not yet open as it was still a bit cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found the gift shop nicely curated and beyond the usual RV TP, candy, and sodas. The park also does a fair amount of charity fund raising so go, enjoy, support their various charities.

When we arrived, KOA told us another group was staying longer and our reserved site was no longer available. They said their policy only guarantees types of sites, not exact spots -- but the alternative they offered was nowhere near as nice as the one we reserved. If you're just passing through and need a place to park, this KOA will work. If you're planning a family vacation and relying on the campground to honor a reservation, I wouldn't trust them to keep their word. Consider other campgrounds if your site and experience matters.
