Big rig and BIG kid friendly. The Dane Family approves. Lisa and Rick, campgrounds should train with you on how to make a guest feel welcomed. With the just pulled up introduction by name, the puppy park, to the let us HELP you to your spot and get you the most room to roam, AND the pool. Absolutely perfection. From the bottom of all our hearts, thank you for you. Every time I come back to NC. I'll stay here.

We can't say enough about Cherokee Rv Park in Blacksburg, SC…read more We had an excellent pull-through site that included a charming picnic bench and of all things a gas grill that even included propane gas too. We would have stayed longer at this campground, but they were booked up. The rates are reasonable, and it's quiet and peaceful. The owner Bill is so helpful and kind and we would definitely do a return visit. Thanks again Bill for having a great campground and helping a fellow veteran. Stan & Lana Y

The staff and owners are all kind good folks. Got the propane tanks filled while here, the maintenance guy picked them up and dropped them back to me at my site in under and hour easy, and it was very reasonable. A fairly level gravel base site, with water, power and sewer all within a few feet of each other making hook up straight forward and simple enough. Low maintenance established landscaping between the sites adds some privacy. The pull through where we stayed in the park had a picnic table, along with a gas grill and a covered pergola with a bench swing in the front. All overlooking a field with horses. This is a solid choice for a park, safe and secure. Easy in and out, and good people. 4 Stars good for an overnight or longer 01275

It was already late in the evening when we found Pine Ridge Campground on Google Maps and decided to take a chance. When we arrived, the office was already closed. A maintenance employee noticed us pulling in, stopped what he was doing, and took the time to hear our situation. He immediately contacted the property manager, and despite being off duty, she came to the campground, opened the office, found us a site, got us checked in, and made sure we were taken care of. The maintenance employee even had a golf cart ready for us to rent so we could get settled in quickly. That level of customer service is rare these days and made a lasting impression on us. We've now been here for three days, and everything about this campground has been outstanding. The grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained, the facilities are spotless, and it's obvious the staff takes great pride in the property. Everyone we've encountered has been friendly, professional, and willing to help. The pool is excellent, the campground is peaceful and well kept, and the golf cart rentals are very reasonably priced. Most importantly, the entire staff genuinely seems to care about their guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience. Whether you're looking for a long-term stay or just passing through for a few nights, I highly recommend Pine Ridge Campground. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

I don't know where these people are from or what there problem is but she absolutely refused to let me explain the laws to her and my rights as a disabled American. THIS IS ILLEGAL discrimination against people with disabilities. I will be submitting an official report with the Americans with disabilities act. I called to make my month long reservation and no one mentioned no credit or debit cards. The was a broken water line when I arrived. The owner parked me and I do really appreciate that he helped me park and get level. He was off to fix the water line and I was off to pick up rental car so my check-in didn't get taken care of that day. The following business day, I returned from my overnight client and was sleeping when they called me to come to the office. I finished my nap and the owner was at my door to acting like I was avoiding him. I told them when I made my reservation and him when I arrived that I was on contract and work overnight. I went to the office and was informed that they needed a paper check or cash. Who uses paper checks anymore let alone who accepts them?? Since I am consistently traveling, I don't carry cash either. I told them that I would need to call my bank and had a check issued through BillPay. I forwarded the email from my bank that check would be coming. I was again woken up the next day because even though we discussed me forwarding this email, they didn't check their email and wanted confirmation of payment. I had made a reservation for a month and have never moved sooner but I found another campground with an opening and moved there after a week. Too much hassle!
