I had a brake repair appointment scheduled a week in advance and dropped my truck off at 8:15 a.m. I clearly explained the issue, took time off work, and was prepared to leave my truck there all day. Seven hours later, I still had received no call or update. I had to call the store myself, only to be told they were too busy to work on my truck that day.The lack of communication was unacceptable, and the manager's attitude made it clear that my concerns were not a priority. After years of being a customer, this is how I'm treated? Very disappointing. I won't be returning to Les Schwab, and so I'm sharing this experience with anyone considering their services.
