Poor customer service received today, 11-1-25 from Reeta. She is in customer service and she needs to know and re-trained basic 101 customer service skills. She appears to be unhappy working there. We bought breaks pads and 4 rotor motors and they were heavy. My husband was bringing them one at a time to our vehicle and when I noticed there's a cart inside that we can use, she said NO.. she reiterated again that we cannot use it with an attitude. We purchased some items before in this location and we were permitted to use it before. Now she indicated that we cannot use it and when I asked on why we can't use it.. she said that if it gets broken then we will pay for it. She got an attitude! She is rude and lazy. read more

I stopped in here to see if I could find a replacement 12-volt plug for a 12-volt air pump. They had it, but the price was a comically high $15, and this part should only cost a few dollars at the most. I wound up finding what I needed, complete with an 8-foot cord attached to it, at a local, non-chain place in Vancouver, for $3.95. I was completely ignored by all employees there during my visit. Also strange is the parking here. This is in the same location as an old McDonald's that was torn down many years ago, and sadly, the parking lot still maintains the same arrangement that the McDonald's did. That means that there are woefully few parking spaces, and ingress and egress is tight. read more

Came to this location with a friend who needed a new battery for her Honda. The guy (TONY) was very nice and helpful and even offered to carry the battery out to our car. Very sweet of him! My ignition lock cylinder decided to start going out on me and I was afraid that once I turned it off it was not going to start again. So, I did a parts order online and called into see if the part order was ready. When I arrived to pickup my parts there had been an issue with the part that I needed was not in stock. The assistant Manager EVER was very helpful in resolving my problem, she called up 82nd & Duke and Jessica had the part waiting for me when I got there. Both EVER and Jessica saved the day for me. I've gone to this store three times now. They're just up the street. First time I went I called ahead and asked for a specific code reader. They said they had it in stock. I said great I'll be there in five. I get there and they don't have it and suggested I call ahead next time... ugh. Okay Next time I got spark plugs and a battery. They said it would be a core charge of $18 if I return the battery. I end up losing my receipt so I didn't have it. I went in to return the battery and stood there for over 15 minutes while they worked on it. At one point they asked if I could get a bank statement and then asked me what register I checked out at. I mean really? Cmon So I called the other autozone off Johnson creek and 82nd. They took the core and gave me my money in five minutes with no issues. I came in asking about the $25 cleaning bucket deal. The original salesman told me I need to put it together to get the deal and pointed to where I could get the stuff. I was the only person in there. He wouldn't even get it for me. Then the manager came over (with an attitude) to help me get the stuff. She had to order in one of the items. Had an attitude the entire time she's putting my information into the computer to order the out of stock item for me. Again, NO ONE in there. All while playing loud techno/rave music with inappropriate language for a business. Won't go back. I get better service at Taco Bell. read more

I needed a front driving light and a back brake light for my daughters car and walked into AutoZone with very little information. The employees were more than accommodating. Not only did they find the parts I needed by walking out to the lot to check my car but they were friendly and helpful even though my lack of car sense had to be a bit annoying. They were exceptionally friendly and even installed the lights for me. Who knew that a trip to an auto parts store could actually be fun! I went to the new Autozone store the other night to get a headlight bulb and some wiper blades. I walked in the store and was greeted by a man named Tony who asked me if there was anything I needed help with after welcoming me to the store. Being a single woman, I was skeptical of his warm greeting. I told him what I needed and he invited me to the counter so we could look up the parts. He told me that both items I needed had a few options. He started with the headlight bulb, asking me a few questions to as he put it "recommend the best bulb for your driving conditions". After that came the wiper blades which he explained all of the different blades he had for my car. I opted for brighter headlight bulbs meaning I had to replace both of them based on what we had discussed. The wiper blades he sold me work wonderfully. They as well were a step up from stock. I was impressed with his knowledge of the parts he sells. When I told him this he told me he had been an automobile technician for 37 years prior to working for Autozone. But we haven't gotten to the best part yet. While he was ringing me up, he asked if I would like my parts installed. I was shocked that he could do this for me. Being single, sometime repair shops try to pull a fast one on me so I accepted his offer. In less than ten minutes he was done. I enjoyed talking with him. Very smart and professional. Autozone hit a home run when they hired Tony. I could see him going far with Autozone. He is a breath of fresh air, he didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need and he was not pushy, quite the opposite actually......I will go there when I need more things for my car and I have already been spreading the word about Autozone and Tony. read more
