Next I requested a bid for fixing the horrible temperature variance from room to room and fixing interior doors from slamming shit when the a/c turned on. I hired this company to add and additional hvac ducts, add jumper ventilation returns into bedrooms (there were none in any of the 3 bedrooms when I bought the house. Also did duct cleaning and sealing. The efficiency performance of my a/c skyrocketed, my energy bills went way down , and they fixed the terrible air pressure causing doors to slam shut from only 1 previous air return for the whole house. Not only were they professional, timely, qualified and...nice, but the whole crew was meticulous and focused from start to finish. I found this team to be competent, professional, and ethical. How refreshing. I have now had them come back a couple more times for various things and the quality of service is consistent.

I'm gonna use every one of these photos to document to my property owner the poor condition of my AC unit. I had no idea my air conditioning, coils , condensers, and duck work were in such bad condition. The property owner had their own air condition company come out Which was completely biassed helping the building owner out. When you see the photos it might make you sick. I can't wait to have them come back and clean everything and I really can't wait to give that bill to my building owner. Everything over $750 is there bill. I am so happy they are also non commission. They are now going to my house In a few days to do my home air conditioning service check. I will never use my prior air condition company again after poor swrvice. I can see the reason why convenient home services has such awesome 5 star reviews. My home air condition service is working OK but it can definitely be working better, after good thorough air condition cleaning and coils being cleaned it will be more efficient. Luckily we don't have any leagues in our air condition system but will find out when they come out for a review and they will take lots of photos. I love that dare not trying to show me or sell me something without documented proof. That makes my day.

I've paid nearly $1000 in service and repairs for my AC because they did not cover my pan/condenser lines at all and insulation has completely clog it causing damage to my new insulation as well as my ceiling. They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. After paying $4500 to have my home insulated, I expected professional service.

We bought this to their attention when we first noticed the issue the first year and they recommended replacing the coolant. Of course by then the summer was over and we didn't have a problem until the next summer. We in the meantime have done whatever we can to keep the heat off the back of our house. Magic Touch is claiming that the unit is functioning as intended. I'm not convinced when I can't stand the temperature in my kitchen. They are now not willing to do anything to alleviate the situation. We will be replacing our unit after only a little less than 4 years but not with them. That is a sign of a business trying to grow to fast. The solar power market is in fast motion, we get it. But more than 2 months of not responding to my email to get our 54k system fixed isn't right. When we call, the "cute" voice message says (paraphrasing) too busy to read emails, I won't even get to your voice mail, so text me. Not a great business practice. Think I am exaggerating? Try it - 480 721 4029 At the 5 year point, 3 of our 5 strings of panels failed. We were producing less than 40% of what we paid for, and the bill to us was $3,800 (reduced by their good graces). When the failing pieces were removed, not replaced, there was evidence of fire, on my roof, by their product. When I asked about the warranty, I was texted a phone number, not even a company name and told I could try if I wanted. The new solar panels I was purchasing to replace the fire damaged (from the solar power system) were clearly used. Previous mounting marks, dust and bird droppings. The pictures show the difference for how we have cared for our system and what was put in as a replacement. Changing my review from a 5 star to a 1 star.
