So, I decided that my first consultation would be at Eyes of Texas. The entire staff is not only friendly but very informative. It was difficult to ask questions because everything was covered from the start. Dr. Wong is clearly extremely passionate and knowledgeable about his work. I immediately knew that he is who I would trust to take care of my eyes. My surgery was yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the process or results so far. I am really looking forward to the end of the healing process. My only regret is not doing this 10 years ago. I highly recommend that if you are considering getting LASIK surgery to visit Eyes of Texas and Dr. Wong. I was shown the operation room and a comment was made that there was a piece of equipment in there that looked like R2D2. I'm now convinced that Dr. Wong is the Yoda of LASIK. She told me Dr Wong was very good at spending time with his patients. She was right. He explained very thoroughly my options and what he suggested based upon my situation. This gave me confidence in my decision. Surgery was better than expected, mainly because his pre-op person did a great job explaining what to expect and being coached and encouraged by Dr Wong all thru the procedure. It's not easy going thru this but his consistent encouragement makes it 100% better. All the staff are professional, friendly and on it. I've already recommended them to friends.
