I must admit Nordstrom organizes their jewelry well. All the boxes were neatly displayed on their shelves. Just the bad thing is the top shelf is very high and you need assistance or a ladder to look at them so that sucks. This is one of the most organized stores ever with all the accessories lined up and stored in an orderly fashion. There are rarely any loose accessories or misplaced product in the store. Made the shopping vibe feel a lot better. It is also very clean and carpet is nice to walk on without any dirt or loose garbage. By the checkout, there are aisles of mini and travel size lotions and facial cleansers from Kiehl's and Clinique that are almost winding down so they are that popular! I thought the cashiers were kind of slow because there were 3 of them working on the customers when there were so many cashier registers available for employees to go to. I wish they open more registers so the long line can go faster.

It's very-very-very annoying that I have to even give this a minute of my time today, as it's been more than 2 weeks since that hella shit experience. The feedback on my mother Laura's review are absurd, spiteful, direct, inconsiderate and disrespectful. Making fun of epilepsy? Which my mother does not have, she was literally just warning future clients who may suffer from epilepsy and/ or allergies about potential health risks; since the shop fails to warn anyone! To be frank, my mother cut this establishment lots of slack. So I will be honest, this place does not care about you, they are ableist leeches. Funny enough, it's all too convenient that the praise flooded in specifically about the dog after the only 1 star review was posted. I would not be surprised if these were solicited by employees in order to save face, you can decide the credibility for yourself. (That shit is suspect) If you love sales pitches, liars, ableist and 80s/90s almost exclusively white culture then this is the store for you. Staff starting talking about customers as soon as they left the store little did they know the customers they were talking about was my brother and his fiancé. They stepped out the store because they felt unwelcomed I stayed around to look at more clothes and they started talking about them as soon as they left. Would not recommend this place. You need to hire a better staff because I have seen multiple reviews from customers reporting how rude the employees are. The sad thing was we were excited to visit this place and the people there just made it a bad experience . Spark Pretty is a radical place to step into a colorful past, and find the cutest outfit you never thought you could find. The store was put together with so much thought and pizzazz, every time I'm there, I step back into my 90s childhood and feel overjoyed to find it here again. Meagan and Amanda are incredibly vibrant, thoughtful, and caring store owners, that preserve and enhance the diversity and culture we so famously love about the East Village. I came in on a mission for a lewk; and I got it! The store gives you the Romy, Michele, the Don't Tell Mom The Babysitter's Dead experience. You feel the lingering presence of the pop art pulse that was in New York. It was a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere as I explored the garments. On a more personal note, I visited Albertine three times before deciding to feature it on The Boutique of the Week, not because I was wary of the selection, but the price is higher than my norm. However, Albertine truly is too good to pass up and is the perfect place to splurge and treat yourself to an amazing piece (or two, or three...). The jewelry is the best feature of Albertine and will have you coming back just to drool over it. The exquisitely edited collection is priced from $100 to a steep $1,000+. The beautiful vintage pieces are displayed in glass cases, but touching and dressing up is encouraged. Delicate necklaces share a wall with leather cuffs, and pendants of owls and horns share a case with a silver snake ring and jade earrings. Prices can only be found out from a large binder where handwritten notes and photos document the inventory. The womenswear boasts up-and-coming designers and custom-made pieces that are feminine and vintage-inspired ranging from $150-600+. Flowy fabrics in all colors can be found in floor-length silk gowns and highly-structured bomber jackets. The cozy store normally only has one or two sizes displayed, but the staff is happy to find you the perfect fit in the back. A Victorian couch faces a large mirror for ample viewing, and you can even sometimes find the owner's dog napping as the eclectically chic staff offers spot-on critiques and styling tips. So lovely to see the Mickey (Mickey Boardman) and Baby Lynnie (Lynn Yaeger) did their Friday live show from the event and Cole (Kitschy Flower from Atlanta) popped in showing the doll highlights. Everyone working was insanely stylish and adorable. I could put them in my pocket. The doll fans were also dressed to impressed. I was so happy to feel the holiday energy and the creativity from the event. I knew I had to leave with a new little friend. I snagged an adorable kewpie baby. My friends found vintage clothing and jewelry that they had to take home. Everything was reasonable for what we got. Some items are more expensive since they are more rare.
