Newest machines on the Blvd. That is Glenoaks Blvd. I have been here a few times already. I love how the owner listens to their customers. The machines were coinless at first. Not anymore. Now you can use your shiny quarters to pay. This is awesome beause I was not a fan of scanning QR codes. They also allow you to pay using cash or card on a little machine. The machines are quick and efficent. I am happy it is only $1.00 to dry. One cycle gets everything dry. They open at 6:00am and close at 10:30 pm. They are located next to a little park. The liqour store next store is a great place to buy a treat while you wait. Keep it up guys. P.S. The lady that works here is very nice. She keeps everything spotless. read more

This morning, I needed to wash my comforter & decided to stop by Sparkle Laundry after reading all its amazing reviews. There are plenty of large capacity, front loading washing machines...perfect for washing queen & king-sized comforters & bedspreads. It only cost $8 to use a queen-sized capacity machine which was MUCH more reasonable than paying $40 at the dry cleaner!!! Plus, the dryers are only $1 for 16 minutes; you can't beat the prices. The owner was very professional, helpful & friendly. He explained how to work the easy-to-use Smart machines (which accept Apple & Google Pay, CC/debit cards & cash) & even checked up on me to see if everything was going smoothly. The icing on the cake is that the facility is literally sparkling clean & your items come out sparkling clean as well. No wonder the merchant's name is Sparkle Laundry! read more

The place is neat and clean! Lots of machines to use and they were faster than other places I've been to. You can pay using coins or apple pay (Game changer ah!). The staff helped me pick the best machine because I had some heavy blankets. They were super nice and also explained how the apple pay QR code worked too. I typically go to the laundry off Alameda. I wanted to try a new place so I found this off IG. I am Very impressed with the quality of these machines they range in price. To begin with , the dryers (1-20 ) are phenomenal and at a 1$ to dry. They actually dry ! These are for your basic items ( towels, pants , undergarments etc) you do not have to worry about your clothes drying properly because they will so you don't need to keep adding money in the machine. The XL dryers ( 21-25) these are priced at a 1$ as well. These are meant for bigger blankets. The washers vary in price: 1-4: 8$ 5-8: 6$ 9-12: 5$ 13: 10$ XL washer 14- 20: 3.50$ 21: 10$ XL washer 22-24: 5$ 25-28:6$ This place was clean and no issues. You can pay the traditional way with quarters or use a QR code found on the machines , or pay at the box in front next to the quarters machine where it has the option if you're washing or drying , and select the appropriate machine number to activate your service. My first time here I was greeted by Maria who was phenomenal, she explained the washers and dryers, helped me grab my laundry bags from my car. She even put on a show on the TV for my 7 & 8 year old to watch. The New owner has done a GREAT job with revamping this place, putting in top notch washing machines and making the payments more easy with apple pay and a digital laundry card system, you can still use quarters as well. Friendly, helpful, personable staff as well. Washing Machines prices range from 3.50 to 10.00, but really great spacing in each supporting many loads in one, many pounds of clothes. Well I was excited to see my new Sparkle open....just finished and I will never go back. The new place feels so unwelcoming, there are so few machines, they require a card but there minimum for drying for example is $1.00 if you need a little more time guess what... it's a 1$. There folding tables feel like an afterthought, the color scheme is dark and not inviting at all. I would just say to pay attention before you go it's definitely not the old Sparkle!!!! read more

In October 2023, I needed to wash my laundry one evening, and I was looking for a nice clean place. I found this place online, and it had good reviews, so I thought that I would give it a try. What a mistake! The machine that I ended up using seemed to have issues functioning. One of the men (Latino) working there was not helpful or nice at all. He was actually quite unfriendly and rude. I completely understand that times are trying right now. I have been dropping off laundry at Sparkle Lounge for over 2 months now and they do a good job. Today was so frustrating. If the time has changed for drop off why has it not been posted? There was no one here to help me. I spend a decent amount of money here because I don't have a washer at home. At least $100 a month. Being an essential employee right now and not having my clothes clean is just frustrating. Other then this issue today thus place does a good job. But this wasn't professional. read more

I been going to this laundry mat since me and my mom first moved to Burbank four years ago. I honestly never had a problem here. I never had a problem getting quarters since it is located literally right next door to a liquid store and across the street from a gas station. Yes, it needs a face lift which is what is happening now. They are doing a much better job of following Covid-19 protocols. There are spray bottles all of the laundry mat next to big rolls of napkins, and the soap dispensers are always full. If you need to get your clothes clean then get it done here. read more

Unacceptable laundry mat it's rare because I never had such problem any where else and second time and Last time I ever come here . Disgusting dirty finger prints all Over some machines not working and not sanitized plus my clothes came out yellow and so my daughters blankets got burnt from the dryers and I sure checked the settings status on dryers like I said never had this problem anywhere else I would go !! The dryers weren't hot enough but yet burnt the clothes and blankets how is that ?? My mom and I have been coming to Sparkle Laundry for a few years now, but after today we are skeptical to return. One of the dryers was broken (no sign) and completely burned one of my favorite jackets and shrunk a couple of other clothing that were in that load! I only put one quarter in and set the heat to delicate and when I grabbed my clothes it was extremely hot and my clothes were ruined. My mom notified the attendant working there and he closed down the machine #53. We left a note and hope to hear back from them. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat for decades, but after recently getting married, my wife really wanted to wash some comforters and our machine isn't big enough. I've passed Sparkle Laundry Lounge MANY times, but never needed to go in. I was pleasantly surprised. The place was clean and well lit with plenty of washers and driers (and big ones too--which we needed). It's nicely kept up with a bunch of funny signs on the walls plus TVs to watch instead of watching your laundry go around and around. We put a couple quarters in one machine which didn't work and (thanks to a helpful man there) learned that we could write up a ticket for the lost money and drop it in a slot there in the "office" door (it was a Saturday and no one was in the office). You use the bottom half of the ticket to put on the faulty machine to let others know it's out of service. Today I just got my fifty cents back by mail. I'm pretty impressed with this place. read more

I saw this place only had two reviews and I wanted to give it some love. Today was my first time coming to this laundromat. It has four different sizes of washers--Regular, Large, XL, and XXL--and two sizes of dryers--Regular and XL. It's reasonably priced--I was able to do four loads of laundry wash+dry for $6.75 (thanks to their XL washers). It has a TV to keep you occupied, a machine to get quarters from your dollars, a few tables where you can sit and read a book or use their free WiFi to lose yourself on your Instagram explore page. If you're hangry, there is a vending machine with a few snacks and drinks, but also a small snack shop at the Valero across the street. Google also told me there is a Starbucks about a five-minute walk from here. There are a few parking spaces reserved for the laundromat in the back, but there is two-hour street parking nearby as well. Only downside is it's not air-conditioned (are any of them, though?), so dress accordingly if you plan on hanging around. Overall enjoyed my laundry-doing experience here and next time my building's lone washer and dryer is being used, I'll be back. read more

I dropped off some curtains three weeks ago to be washed for me/"dry cleaned" and they never returned my call for THREE WEEKS to pick them up after leaving a ton of voicemails. With that being said the price was fair and the products came out well. Be warned if you leave your stuff here it'll be here forever is all. I am a nurse and went to wash some scrubs, jackets and gym clothes. I always do hot or very hot depending on how long they have been sitting dirty and level of dirt. I have been washing here for years. I go use a machine and it is only working on cold. This did not clean my clothes properly. I sent emails to the one posted on the door of the office. I got ZERO response. I sent photos, I told the attendant (asian lady) and she claimed not to know anything and was just filling in for the owner. I contacted them a few days later. I only asked that they allow me to wash with a machine that has hot water working or reimburse me. I got no response again. The machines here have never been great (small, older, not well maintained) but it is convenient. That said, I would not recommend you come here. I will never use this place again. The only responsibility is to have working machines and this place failed (they also failed a few years ago but I came back again due to convenience). I honestly do not mind driving an extra 8 minutes to get a better experience with a washer that works.The place is not that clean and the machines are a crap shoot. Also, the park next to it has some sketch people so be aware to not allow your kids (even for a second) unattended. read more

I would give this place a 0 if I could. First of all this place is disgusting and dirty. the laundry machines are nasty and outdated. I had to clean the inside of the machine just to use it. it costs too much. the biggest problems were not the above mentioned. one of the machines malfunctioned and didn't spin properly and left all the water in my blanket. i had to wring the water out myself by hand. its not enough that i had to pay 3.25 to wash the load but to wring it myself. come on..... and there was no attendant what so ever. i called the number provided and no one answered. i was at the place for over 3 hours and no one was there to oversee the place. I had to spend extra money just to dry the overly dripping wet blanket. to the owner: why? why should i have to spend extra for your problematic machines. i want a refund for my wash and dry. i left a refund card for you. i want a refund. thanks for ruining my Saturday morning!!! read more
