So many places don't even greet you, staff have apathetic attitudes and act like they are doing you a favor by merely coming to the register. Each and every visit I get consistent and friendly engagement from Milt & Edie's employees. I truly appreciate that! They are fast, efficient, and open long hours. Any dry cleaning, or alterations I request are ready before promised. Turn around time is impressive. They have a good amount of staff on premises around the clock. There is a reason they have been in business so long, and have a loyal customer base....Consistency One thing to note is they are more expensive in comparison to other dry cleaners. However, Milt & Edie's is located in a high traffic, nice area that is quite expensive real estate. Also they employ a large number of employees with some days open 24/7. That results in a premium rate for location, shop hours and quick turn around time. Like the saying goes, "you get what you pay for", at Milt & Edie's you get fast and quality service, great customer care, with convenient location and extended hours. I have seen 20% off coupons for M&E on the back of the local Vons store receipts. Those on a budget, or use them frequently, these are a good coupons to look for and retain. I will continue to patronize them with, or without coupons. The service and care provided at Milt & Edie's is worth it.

The person on the phone was great, answered my questions and said to come in person, so I did. In the store, they would NOT listen to me. I was asked if I wanted different services than the ones I repeatedly said I wanted. They kept encouraging me to make alterations I was CLEAR I didn't want. They did not listen to me try to explain what I said I wanted. Several staff members were very rude to me, making snide comments about me and my clothing. Again pushed for alterations I did NOT want. Thank GOD I didn't use their services. Bad business all around. Rude, Unprofessional and badly managed. Don't come here.

I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.

It's basically its own scene, in a really cool way, it gives you a break from your life (free Wi-Fi) and you find yourself enjoying the meditative space. Change machines work pretty well. Dryers work great, most loads you'll need maybe 35 minutes to be completely dry, 40 max. I actually look forward to coming here. This is my local and preferred landromat.

Luckily, I came across this place and decided to give it a try and the best decision. Sako was amazing. Super friendly, honest, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. He made the whole process easy and stress-free. Within 24 hours, he texted me that the shoes were ready for pickup, which was impressive. Not only did he double-stitch the areas that were falling apart and make them solid again, but he also cleaned the shoes, which was a really nice touch. They looked great when I picked them up. Fast turnaround, quality work, and great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back here for any future shoe repairs and highly recommend this place to anyone in the area!

Even if you try to explain your dissatisfaction he will NOT listen and verbally attack with bad words in front of his daughter and wife and not take grant it for his messy job. Shame on you! Please do yourself a favor and don't get fooled by the 4.8 reviews on Yelp. This man has zero manners. Below are the pics of how crooked my shaft is and had to ask him to clean his messy glue stains off my shoe. So if you want your shoes ruined it's the perfect spot!
