I saw this place only had two reviews and I wanted to give it some love. Today was my first time coming to this laundromat. It has four different sizes of washers--Regular, Large, XL, and XXL--and two sizes of dryers--Regular and XL. It's reasonably priced--I was able to do four loads of laundry wash+dry for $6.75 (thanks to their XL washers). It has a TV to keep you occupied, a machine to get quarters from your dollars, a few tables where you can sit and read a book or use their free WiFi to lose yourself on your Instagram explore page. If you're hangry, there is a vending machine with a few snacks and drinks, but also a small snack shop at the Valero across the street. Google also told me there is a Starbucks about a five-minute walk from here. There are a few parking spaces reserved for the laundromat in the back, but there is two-hour street parking nearby as well. Only downside is it's not air-conditioned (are any of them, though?), so dress accordingly if you plan on hanging around. Overall enjoyed my laundry-doing experience here and next time my building's lone washer and dryer is being used, I'll be back. read more

I dropped off some curtains three weeks ago to be washed for me/"dry cleaned" and they never returned my call for THREE WEEKS to pick them up after leaving a ton of voicemails. With that being said the price was fair and the products came out well. Be warned if you leave your stuff here it'll be here forever is all. I would give this place a 0 if I could. First of all this place is disgusting and dirty. the laundry machines are nasty and outdated. I had to clean the inside of the machine just to use it. it costs too much. the biggest problems were not the above mentioned. one of the machines malfunctioned and didn't spin properly and left all the water in my blanket. i had to wring the water out myself by hand. its not enough that i had to pay 3.25 to wash the load but to wring it myself. come on..... and there was no attendant what so ever. i called the number provided and no one answered. i was at the place for over 3 hours and no one was there to oversee the place. I had to spend extra money just to dry the overly dripping wet blanket. to the owner: why? why should i have to spend extra for your problematic machines. i want a refund for my wash and dry. i left a refund card for you. i want a refund. thanks for ruining my Saturday morning!!! read more

I am a nurse and went to wash some scrubs, jackets and gym clothes. I always do hot or very hot depending on how long they have been sitting dirty and level of dirt. I have been washing here for years. I go use a machine and it is only working on cold. This did not clean my clothes properly. I sent emails to the one posted on the door of the office. I got ZERO response. I sent photos, I told the attendant (asian lady) and she claimed not to know anything and was just filling in for the owner. I contacted them a few days later. I only asked that they allow me to wash with a machine that has hot water working or reimburse me. I got no response again. The machines here have never been great (small, older, not well maintained) but it is convenient. That said, I would not recommend you come here. I will never use this place again. The only responsibility is to have working machines and this place failed (they also failed a few years ago but I came back again due to convenience). I honestly do not mind driving an extra 8 minutes to get a better experience with a washer that works.The place is not that clean and the machines are a crap shoot. Also, the park next to it has some sketch people so be aware to not allow your kids (even for a second) unattended. read more

I've come here a few times to wash our bedding since they have the XL washing and drying machines I need. It's a great place that's usually not too crowded and they have plenty of machines to use with vending for cleaning supplies and snacks. My only downside is a few of the machines are dirty and outdated/don't work, and there's usually a few scraps of trash on the floor. I still recommend it as a quiet sanctuary when you need to get laundry done on a weekday. read more

The dryers completely burned all of my blankets and pillows. My fluffy blankets now feel like sand paper, had to get rid of them and buy new ones. My pillows weren't even fully dry but still burnt how is that possible? I guess it just throws extremely hot air that melts the fibers/ cloth. read more

Just gonna be truthful here..I go here regularly, it has reliable WiFi and is fairly clean. It's been renovated but several of the dryers and washers are often out of service, and many times I've been using a dryer and even though it works, my clothes are not hot, or seemingly getting dried well, as if it's not heating correctly. I have to switch dryers several times because of this. The washers are more reliable. And I'm not saying all that to say it's not good because I think finding a good laundromat in LA really has a lot to do with what's closest...so for me it's a convenience thing, but it's definitely something that could be worked on. read more

I rarely use this laundromat, but whenever I need it it is clean, the staff is friendly, and the machines are good.

This is probably the worst laundromat I have ever been to. First off the place is dirty, none of the washer or dryers are in good condition. I was drying about 15 individual white garments in a huge washer and when I opened the dryer it was filled to the top with boiling hot water that I had to stick my hands in. The dryers do not dry at all. I always, everywhere I go put 30 minutes of drying time and I've just wasted about an hour of my life trying to get my clothes to dry. I come from Ventura county and moving to LA I've been to many laundromats and this by far is the worst. DO NOT RECOMMEND. read more

this laundromat has been renovated recently, which definitely helped. Some of the dryers don't work correctly and one definitely has a screw lodged in it. It took me four cycles and before I realized I had to switch to a dryer that actually worked. I enjoy the atmosphere here and I think honestly they could really help their new hip image by not having Fox News on all the time. Otherwise this is a nice laundromat that is kept quite clean. read more

I love this place, the woman who runs it is so nice! One time the power went out (for the whole block not just the laundromat) while I was doing laundry here, and when the power came back on, they reimbursed me! Free WiFi, the best prices in Burbank, and right next to a park if you have to wait. My fav Laundromat!! read more

this is by far one of the worst laundromats I've ever been to. Just about every machine I used ate one or two my quarters, one of the dryers didn't even have its heat working, we ended up wasting an extra hour and five bucks and there was no attendant to fix anything. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Warning: I highly do not recommend this laundry location. I have only been to this place twice & both times I have been very disappointed. The first time the washing machines broke down on me. I was refunded my money, so I decided to give Sparkle laundry lounge another try. Bad decision because none of the washers had hot water when I went the second time. Not to mention the dryers don't completely dry your clothes. The damp clothes get crammed between the metal dividers and don't dry properly. I advise people to try another location. read more

By far the best laundromat in Burbank! I left some items (new) in one of the dryers 2 days ago and noticed what I did after the place closed, so I contacted them via email and received a sincere and helpful reply first thing in the morning right away! The cleaning staff actually noticed what I left, and held it in the back for me over night so I even got my stuff back safely the next day! Thank you so much!!! They run an exceptional and honest, and super clean operation there. I actually drive 15 minutes from next town to use there services and it's totally worth it! They have clean machines, clean sinks with paper towels, TV, Wi-Fi, and great people working there and great patrons too! (The dryers work great as well which is important for me.) I am a 100% happy customer! (P.S. Yes, there are maybe a couple machines out of service sometimes like the other reviewers are saying but there are plenty other working machines there. I never had any bad experience myself in my past 6+months.) read more
