Updating a previous review. Sparkle has been servicing our pool for years & I have never had a complaint about them. We recently had our pool pump fail & they installed a new variable speed pump. Unfortunately it has trouble with shutting down & restarting constantly when at the lower RPM. It has been a frustrating few weeks of missed messages & long wait times on the phone with Pentair, the pump manufacturer. I left an earlier review venting my frustration at the process. But after talking to Chad at Sparkle, although there have been bumps along way, I think we can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thanks for taking the time to call & explain the process. Got my algae filled pool drained after another pool guy couldn't figure out a solution. Then walls and floor got scrubbed, then chemicals got thrown on the floor and walls. I used Sparkle to clean my main filter only. the first time i wasnt home when they cleaned the filter so I assumed they did it right and I was happy. The 2nd time they didn't take out the filter panels individually to clean them out literally it took less than 20 mins to clean a main filter that prompted me to call peggy to better understand their procedure and she was rude and aggressive. They're always busy so it's obvious they don't care very much to gain new business I honestly think they would be better off saying, I'm sorry but we can't take on more clients. I would respect that more than the nasty attitude behind her busy-ness. read more

I've used Sparkle Water Management twice now to clean my pool filter. Both times, their technicians were friendly, showed up on time, and were really informative. They took out the panels in my filter and washed them all to almost brand new condition. They even pointed out a crack in my manifold which was causing my pool return jets to return dirt and debris back into my pool. They had a new manifold on hand and replaced it for me. Prices are super reasonable and services are reliable. I would highly recommend them to all and will use them again for many future filter cleanings! read more

We've used them for about 7 years. They are very consistent in their service and seem to keep the same people employed so that helps. My neighbor never knows what pool guy will come out. They'll look up warranties for you on your equipment so if they can save you some money they will. We've had a recurring problem with a salt cell they installed and that is the only reason they don't get five stars. They keep trying to get it fixed but it's still a problem. Otherwise they have good prices and good service. You would have to check on their service area though as I don't think they go too far from Santa Fe Springs to do service. read more

Our service tech has shown up every week on schedule and has done an excellent job of keeping our pool sparkling clean. Whenever we have had a problem with our equipment one phone call to Sparkle was all it took. We were further impressed and pleased when Chad came by before the scheduled weekly cleaning to check in on our pool and make sure that the pump was performing as it should.
