Clean and friendly atmosphere appropriately priced we called to take our comforter in and they had it done within the same day within three hours which was great. It was a lot cheaper than taking it to the Cleaners. They did a great job in fluffed it up really well. read more

Not a bad place to do laundry but it does get busy and seating is very limited. It could be a bit cleaner and people were definitely waiting for the bigger washing machines. Either the washing machine or the dryer did however make a few holes in my clothes unfortunately so I'd probably only recommend washing bulky items here. I come here to do heavy loads and when I didn't understand how to use some machines the assistance was given without fail. I was happy with the facility and it's options in washing machines and service is cool. This place is DIRTY! The manager or person that monitors was busy chatting with some other ppl to even notice that the WHOLE place needed to be wiped down and swept, he was letting 3 children run all over, play in and out of the baskets and throwing a bunch of chips everywhere. The washers and dryers did the job but 36¢ each cycle on the dryer wasn't my cup of tea, traditionally most places start with 25¢ each cycle. I definitely will not come back. read more

Been coming here for a couple years and I've recently noticed a new employee, Kendra. I've noticed on the days Kendra is working the laundry looks really dirty, machines are dirty, floor looks like it hasn't been mopped. I'm also confused, is she getting paid to not upkeep the laundromat? Or is she getting paid to take care of her child while on the clock? Whoever the owner is needs to do a better job at finding ppl who are actually going to clean and do their job instead of scamming him for free and easy money read more

I had to find a nearby laundromat because my washer all the sudden broke down. Found this place on Yelp and tried. Wow! They have lots of machines with various capacity and pretty well maintained. I just wished they have more clear instruction posted. For the first timers, pretty confusing to find out pricing and how to operate the machine. Other than that, liked the place. I was looking for a fluff-and-fold service and called this business. I was told they do fluff and fold service and that I can bring my laundry by anytime. I drove all the way over there to be told they do not do fluff and fold service, dry cleaning only. That was a huge waste of my time and very upsetting. I would never recommend this place and they really shouldn't tell customers over the phone that they do fluff and fold when they actually don't. The only reason i give it 4/5 stars is because the 3 times I've had to use this facility there hasn't been anyone that works there. All three times I've needed help but wasn't able to receive any. Beware of the little girl that's always making tantrums.. Looks like she's the daughter of the people that work/clean/own the place. No idea but it's HIGHLY annoying. I have a kid myself, I know it happens but gosh it's unbearable.. Non-stop top of the lungs type of thing. Other than that... Place is clean. (Thanks to the mother of the little screamer) Not expensive. THEY HAVE FREE WIFI! Woohoo! I can study etc while I wash. My washing machine was out. I had several weeks of clothes, blankets and other items. The service personnel there are so kind. She showed me how to work the machine, requires a card payment system, where you insert payment and put money on a card (non-refundable), then explained cost of various machines, there are directions on each machine, where to put detergent, softener, etc. If you pay with credit card there is a 15 dollar minimum. I put on 20, then found myself short, added another 5 in cash. I used one super-jumbo front-loader, 2 other extra-large front-loaders and 1 regular front-loader...and I only have 20 cents left, so budgeted quite well. Brought all my own supplies. The machine blinks and error code (think P2 or P20), if you didn't have enough on your card. All, in all....spent only 1 hour doing only wash...about 9 or 10 regular loads (my dryer is working at home). Clothes are literally Splarklean clean.... Whew...wish I would have went earlier. I was dreading it...but everyone so nice and machines in good order, place is clean and there is a great Mexican restaurant next door. read more

I've had the pleasure of coming here for the past 2 years. I found that this place is the most convenient because it uses cards instead of coins which is big plus. The great thing is that it's open early and closes late and it's properly located with a big parking lot which can get crowded in the weekends due to a bar and several restaurants in the vicinity. The staff is helpful and they do their absolute best help you. Also they have free WiFi and have two big screen TVs which make the time go by quick. The washing machine are moderately priced. Despite all the good things two things have constantly buged me first is the dryers they have two walls both cost the same but one gives you 10min and the other 8min but i feel they dry about the same why? My second Pet peeve is the car loading options only cash or credit cards are accepted but it needs to have more options when using your credit card. I still like the places regardless. read more

had been coming here about 10y ago and moved away - came back and glad to see sparkleen still here and still great for local laundymat. i had a problem with one of rhe machines not dispensing soap and texted number listed on wall - got followp and credited my card for the failed wash. also gave tip about the washer usage. excellent serive on an early Sunday AM. BED BUGS!!! The last time I came in here, I was folding my laundry & noticed a couple of small brownish bugs crawling across the counter. I couldn't tell if they were lice or bed bugs, but disgustedly, I swept them off the counter and got out of there. A week later I noticed I had a cluster of red bites on my arm & back & they itch like hell. I looked up the symptoms, and sure enough the bugs were bed bugs & what I was experiencing were bed bug bites! SO GROSS. This place isn't the cleanest nor the dirtiest looking of facilities, but clearly they don't clean their machines/folding areas adequately. I've also noticed in the past when I would be loading up a washing machine that a lot of the machines had leftover debris in them (pube-looking hairs, bits of paper, just random gross things). And the whole place wreaks of strong cigarette stench. Not exactly a good environment for trying to CLEAN THINGS, yes? This place needs to get their shit together. I will most definitely NOT be returning again. read more

You can't pay with quarters, you are required to buy a card with a minimum of $15. The woman working wouldn't even help out a guy that only had 1 load and just a few dollars to spend. There were also multiple dryers that weren't working, but no signs saying out of order. She was working her way down the row while I was putting my clothes into a dryer, and waited until I got all the clothes in to tell me there was no heat in it. There was another woman who had been there for 3 hours already due to non working machines. When she complained about the dryers not working and taking forever to dry, the woman working just had excuses and refused to give her any money back. I will be only going to finish off the money I was forced to spend and then finding someplace else. Rude staff, non-working equipment, not getting any more of my business! read more

It may sounds weird but this laundry has such a great customer service. I went in to the laundromat today with a card that has left over balance from last time. So I added more money on the card upon arrival and I turn on the washer. I left the place to grab a drink and came back and realized my card was gone. I might have dropped it somewhere while I get drinks. So I asked the employee if they would be able to retrieve the information of my old card and she said she will leave a note to the owner. So I left my name and phone number. Honestly I asked just in case or more of better than nothing kinda thought but then later the day she has called me and told me that they successfully found my old account and added the value to my new card. It was only worth about 8 dollars but they did not let it slip away. They did show how much they care about the customers. I am really impressive that they really took a step forward to meet the satisfaction of the customers. I forgot to ask the name of the employee but I am so thankful for her extra effort. She was working super hard when I was there- cleaning and dusting every machine. Definitely going back to this place. read more
