They are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. They've done several hemming and alteration jobs for me, and everything has come out perfect -- great attention to detail and always finished on time. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they do. It's hard to find a dry cleaner you can really trust, but this place consistently does an awesome job. I am not one to leave reviews however, I went out of my way to create a yelp account to leave a review after my daughter's experience. She took various dress/work clothes to this location, as our family has gone here for a couple of years. Unfortunately, the last time she picked up her clothes they were rather... malodorous. I'm not sure what the cleaning process looks like and if it's likely they were cleaned alongside particularly stinky clothes; nevertheless her clothes caught the stench. We returned the clothes explaining the situation, for which the front desk lady was hesitant until she smelled the clothes and offered to clean them free of charge for which we appreciated (though didn't appreciate her initial hesitation as she came off rather rude). The clothes were re run and she reported they were not successful in removing the stench. We have since spent a pretty penny and nearby cleaners to remove Lake Forest Cleaners nasty mistake. Up until this point, they have been pretty decent and I would recommend them. I now would only tell you to go here if you want an equal or greater headache of removing stinky odor from your clothes. My daughters clothes aren't the only stinky thing in this town.... read more

Literally walked in and politely excused myself out within a minute. If you want someone who is rude, not willing to listen, and throw your clothes aside, this is the place! - The measurements I already made with pins were taken out quickly, and she did not understand WHERE the fold is for the alternation. When trying to explain, she cut me off and put her OWN pins at the incorrect place. Please learn to listen. Wasted my time because now I have to remeasure it at home again. - Was given an attitude and saw my clothes tossed aside due to her impatience. Be ready to be on your best behavior, get made fun of if you have an accent, and have a "Store is always right attitude" to their standards, and maybe they'll treat your items with respect! I started using this place during the pandemic and because it is close to home. Great people work here! Price is affordable. I only use them when it is an emergency. If you drop off your dry cleaning on Monday, you get it back on Thursday. Turn-around is quite slow. I would use them more often if it was an affordable next day service, and hours are extended. read more

Since the switch of ownership last year, the prices have increased and the hours of operation have been "flexible". I arrived one morning to pick up suits for a meeting and the clerk was 20 minutes late. When he arrived, he was unapologetic and didn't offer any discount or empathy for the inconvenience. New to the neighborhood and was looking for good place to get my stuff cleaned. First trip started off great, friendly owner, etc. However, they didn't have my items ready when promised. We are all human, so I didn't flip out and they took care of one of my alterations for me at no charge and had it ready the next day. I have been back multiple times and great service and items ready on time. I ask how much is my business shirts , quoted $1.95 when I went to pay , it was $2.95 . Told me it's an extra dollar for pressing the cuffs . I needed a garment pressed quickly at the last minute so I could attend a photo shoot. Called 12 places, everyone said no. These guys got it done for me within 30 minutes at 4 pm (I needed the coat for 5 pm). The rep who helped me was so kind and professional, and they did a perfect job. They had quoted me $15.95, but when I came in charged me $6.50, saying the garment wasn't as thick as they thought. They could have went ahead and charged me $15.95; I would have paid it because I really needed it, and I would have been one the wiser. B they were honest and I really appreciate it. I have been going here for a year. The owner is not very friendly but the price is good with the coupon in the pennysaver for the laundered shirts. They put out this coupon weekly. I go there every week with my husbands white dress shirts. Today she told me that she cannot accept the coupon from me any more because she is losing money. They should not post coupons if they do not want people to use them! I told her that I will just find another cleaners! The only time she was pleasant to me was when I gave her a gift at Christmas time. She started to say hi to me for a couple of months afterwards. read more

Don't bother going here. In addition to the absoulte worst, unfriendly personality, she overcharges by 100%. Forgrt the discount coupons in the Pennysaver - you save 65 cents on shirts and then pay $5 more for drycleaning - like $10.95 for a suit coat when everyone else charges no more than $6. Everyone else has coupons for $2.50 per dry cleaning piece. Her coupon is $2.50 off - that should have been the first clue! read more
