Upon move out of my apartment, I left 8 bottles and the dispenser to be picked up where I normally leave them. I had moved out of the apt and left these items to be picked up and to be refunded. I had photo evidence of the bottles and dispenser. Upon discovering no refund or communication, I emailed them back and forth 5 times telling them that I was waiting for my reimbursement and they refused to stating that they had not received the bottles and dispenser. They stopped responding to my emails of the photos. Nothing had been resolved and communication had been cut off. They owe me money and ill have to take them to court and report them to the bbb. I have been a Sparkletts/Primo customer for 6 years. That's longer than my son has been alive. I have reached out to Sparkletts over 10 times because my deliveries have been "rescheduled" without notification 10 times, including today. I was assured by "Mel" via a phone conversation around 4:15 pm today (my delivery window per the app was 7 am - 4 pm), and she said that they were running late and it should be there before 7 pm. I checked the app around 6:3,0 and imagine my surprise when it said that my next delivery date was May 26th now. I am absolutely beyond fed up with this back and forth. Per my phone conversation with ANOTHER representative yesterday, she assured me that they would be delivering seven 5-gallon water bottles and 3 cases of the wild berry flavored water free of charge today with free delivery. She even gave me a confirmation number. When I called "Mel" today, she said she had no record of that confirmation number and assured me that my delivery was out for delivery. On May 17th, I had a call with Sparkletts, where they "issued a $30.98 credit" to my account, and I told them that I wanted a $100 credit. They told me they would have to reach out to the branch to see if they could do that. This representative over the phone also gave me a confirmation number to reference. The representative today? Nope. No record of either confirmation numbers. I will be personally driving down to the distribution center tomorrow, May 23rd, a 35-minute drive from where I am, to speak to someone in person about this. Again, I have all these conversations recorded, and I will not be leaving until my account is fixed. I will absolutely make it my life's purpose to discredit the Primo/Sparkletts name at every possible chance I get. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB with all the recorded phone conversations that I have to substantiate my frustrations and inconveniences that I have been plagued with over the last month and a half. I am a 100% permanently and totally disabled US Army veteran that has been made promises and have been LIED to for the last 45 days. This is quite possibly the worst company, in terms of any service provider, I have ever had the misfortune to be involved with. They recently transitioned to a new system by merging with another brand BlueTriton. My initial thought was that they would adopt the better infrastructure of the 2 companies. I was very, very...very wrong. The service has become abysmal at this point. Since the transition no delivery has been on time. In fact, at the time of this writing, my current monthly delivery has been rescheduled six times over the course of 2 1/2 weeks. Their ineptitude has proved quite costly for us, and that we have had to purchase the product, that we have come to rely on this company to be delivered, elsewhere. Entirely defeating the purpose of water delivery service. All of this with no communication from the company. After multiple chat sessions, and leaving messages on the system that the ReadyRefresh My Water+ app provides, we have been given no resolution and still continue to have our delivery date moved back, again and again. Do yourself an enormous favor and never do business with Primo Brands water. After doing some research and speaking to some of their customers, Culligan seems the best way to go. It really is such a shame because we absolutely loved the Sparkletts product. However, you have to receive the product to enjoy it. After 8 years of service I asked to close the account, they kept billing me for the water dispenser every month and would never pickup dispenser and empty bottles as scheduled. After 3 months of calling, waiting for hours on the phone, they removed my online login, and sent my account to collections without me knowing. The original bill I was expecting at account closing was $25 but they without any account access have asked for $350. They try to scam people who want to leave by racking up bills even after you requested termination of service. I Never received the scheduled pick ups. The customer service blame the collections department and the collections blame primo. No accountability from them at all, only threats if you don't pay collections. This has to be the most horrible company I've ever delt with. You can NOT get a live person on the phone. The app is terrible, but they will charge you for water AND bottles that you did not get. For 2 bottles of water I've been charged anywhere from $81 - $330. If you go online to request help or speak to a person, you will get a bot to respond to prompting you to go to the "help" key.....which has no information or phone number to get a live person. I've been on hold for hours and no one picks up. Sparkletts was great, but PRIMO is the worst. I'll be disputing payments with my credit card company. read more

Last Thursday, 10/20, they changed the delivery date from 10/28 to 10/20, sent me an email that morning saying the delivery date was changed to 10/20 from 10/28, and dropped off 2 bottles that I didn't want. They then slapped a bill on my account. What a scam. I'm about to file with the BBB and see what further actions I can take. I've called them at least 10 times, where customer service says they're texting the driver and they'll come get the bottles. Never do. Date of pickup keeps getting pushed. Horrible service! No one EVER answers the phone and/or e-mails. Deliveries are delivered whenever they feel like it. Sometimes it's completely random. There have been 2 missed deliveries- that's a whole month without water. Literally I have left the 5gallon bottles outside for a whole month hoping my waters will arrive at some point in time. But no! The picture below from my Ring cam shows how the driver arrives, parks and waits then takes off. As if they delivered something. Well their delivery service absolutely sucks. We ordered 2 - 5 gallon jugs to be delivered every two weeks. We received our initial water jugs and have yet to get refills. We were supposed to have refills delivered on Nov 27....it is now December 13. I have wasted so much time over the past two weeks calling in to see when we will get water and no help. Every time a customer service agent tells me it will be delivered today. HAH!!!! Do not believe a word they say because they all lie. I have been using Sparklets for years 10+, and over the past two months they have delivered the wrong ordered to me every time it's never been an issue the next day they show up and pick up the order and replace my order. But on my last scheduled delivery, I once again was delivered the wrong items I called. They told me I would receive everything the next day. That did not happen when I called to get my items replaced I was given a runaround. I have already paid for my order when I go on my account it's showing I have to pay for the new order to show up at my door. It was very frustrating and now I have to wait till they can get this replaced, I can't believe I'm going to have to cancel this service, but I will never use Sparklets ever again! I've made many calls to Primo's customer service and got the same responses every time, that they cannot do anything but to order re-delivery. And nobody ever showed up. I was told that I cannot talk to the local branch responsible for the delivery directly, nor complain to the upper management. If I can rate with no star, I would. Currently looking for other service... Edited on 8/16 - I just received the delivery today (3rd re-delivery since 8/4). I talked to the driver and was told that the local branch lost about 10 drivers. He's from CA to help out. I just wish Primo could be straightforward and shared this information with me. They tell you that your delivery will be on one day and then change it to another week or two without having the decency to call and let you know. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. I have been a loyal customer for many years (~10) and service is at an all time low. No show delivery two days ago and I call the national support line to hear that the branch had to "reorganize" so my delivery was cancelled? The support rep put in a "ticket" to schedule delivery next day (today) and another now show and another call into a national contact center with what appears to be zero visibility into the failing branch dispatch operation. Same result today: "we are sorry that you are out of water and all we can do is request another delivery tomorrow." I have been without the service for 4 days now. I've been waiting all day for my water and nothing was delivered!!! Wtf!! I waited ALL DAY. No one ever answers the phone. They charge me when they don't deliver. And I've been trying to change my order for weeks and they never update it in my file. My empty water bottles have been outside for pick up every day since they said they would pick up my order.
