Absolutely terrible. They come whenever they want to, they bring as much, or as little water as they feel like, often they don't come at all. The company made a big mistake in figuring our bill (in their favor, of course!), and trying to even just speaking to a "customer service " representative was impossible. Over the past week my wife has spent countless hours on hold trying to reach a customer service representative. No one answers. No one returns calls. I am a step away from cancelling our service and going with a company that will deliver water on time. Primo Water has awful customer service! Despite canceling water delivery on the app they deliver the water anyways forcing you to pay for it! I even had a written note out for the driver because it happened so often and water was still delivered! I have been a customer of Sparklett and Primo water for many years but since they merged into Primo Brands it has been awful. They deliver the bottles to the wrong side of the house and since I am old with a bad back I can't carry them around the house. I have talked to the agent numerous times but nothing changes. The last time I had asked for an additional bottle on line but didn't get it. I caught the driver two houses away and he promised to give it to me but never did. Sparkletts water has a monopoly on selling Mountain Valley Spring water in glass bottles. They have abused the service they offer by failing to account for return bottles to credit customers. Return bottles cost 40.00 and the water another 30.00. Each bottle costs the customer 70.00! When you return the bottle, you are given credit for the return or so I thought you were. As it stands I have been cheated out of 2 returned bottles that they refuse to credit me. As an update to my review, I wish I could give this company 0. The manager or owner contacted me and did an accounting of the bottles returned and guess what? They conveniently stated that their audit found 5 glass bottles on hand which is what I told them I had originally, but wait, I looked in the garage and guess what? I found 2 more glass bottles and another plastic bottle! So tell me how their accounting is accurate if I have 7 glass bottles here and they are accounting for only 5? I believe they actually owe me 2 more glass bottles that I already returned but they never credited that will put the number at 15 when you include the 6 plastic bottles on hand which is what they originally had as bottles on hand! Now by chance I happen to pass their valley distribution point, where my water deliveries come from (still until I saw this). Unable to get water service and no one answers the phone. I have been having issues for weeks without any assistance.

I would give this zero starts if I could. I have had nothing but trouble with my deliveries. This delivery is almost 2 weeks late, had been rescheduled by the route manager daily for these 2 weeks then canceled thre delivery that was supposedly enroute to my home today. Now that delivery doesn't exist on my account and customer service cannot give me answers. This branch is horrible and I will be reporting this to anyone and everyone. They are all about pushing water on you. Their business model is paying their delivery people by the water they drop so they will use any trick to give you bottles that you don't need. Instead of a just in time, just what you need is an overflow of bottles. It's as though they need to close the month with an amount and they do whatever it takes. Drop drop drop and every time it's another delivery charge. You complain, they take them back and charge a pick up charge.... Go figure read more

They raised our 5 gallon water price from $7.99 to $12.49 ( yes 12.49 for one 5 gallon bottle) No notice was given. There was one notice on an invoice PRICES MAY GO UP $1.50 per bottle. clearly ours is not a $1.50 raise. After months of trying to open cases emailing, since we can not talk to the branch. I was told the invoice had the increase notice that they will not give credit for 2 invoices ( 47 bottles ) but going forward they will honor the $9.49 price. SO they agree the notice was not right, They agree $9.49 is the correct price but since they were short handed at the office & no one returned my calls, which they have documented they refuse to give credit. $141 you basically refuse to give credit for. Shows what customers means to you . You didn't give proper notice, You didn't return our documented calls & emails. You can clearly see I cancelled all delivers since my first contact to resolve this. but you wont give credit. Talked to cancellation department today & they agreed to bring our future prices back down to $7.99 not to cancel. but they were not going to be able to credit us also, The branch I guess had to. At this point it is the principle of things, $7.99 is a good price but I cannot do business with a branch they clearly is ok ripping people off. I have been getting 5 gallon alkaline water delivered for the last year or so and their customer service is nonexistent and for the last couple of months my deliveries have just not been happening. And then I find out that they don't have the alkaline water in the 5 gallon jugs anymore but now it's three and I was not informed of that. I found out through my driver when I finally called him and begged him to bring me water because I had ran out. I asked if my bill would be adjusted since I am not paying for as much water and he said I would have to call the company. Not only that, but I was told I was going to have a delivery on May 16 and I put my empty bottles out and they are still out there. Today is June 2nd! They would email me a new delivery date every other day without even speaking with me about what their issue is and why they can't provide a service In a timely matter when i am forced to pay my bill in a timely matter. I've had a lot of issues with them. Not a good start with initial set up of cooler and delivery. Today for some reason they left me with 11, five gallon bottles of water on my front step. Called the toll free number and they had no explanation and will now tell the local distributor to come back and collect them. I feel bad for the delivery person who has to collect all these bottles. I see all these negative reviews and I'm sorry to those people that I've had issues but I've been with them for several years. Yes over the past year there have been more hiccups the normal. From what I understand there was a lot of corporate and structuring, and additionally they had severe staffing issues for a few months because of the pandemic. After a missed delivery one week I had a driver deliver to me all the way from Bakersfield. They are definitely trying. The only reason I gave them a dink for reliability is because they're sometimes out of the alkaline water that I had delivered. Overall they're doing okay. The company I work for has used Sparkletts (now Primo) for years and never had an issue until the merger happened. We were on a bi-weekly delivery of about 12-15 bottles. We haven't seen a delivery since May 16th and that one wasn't an entire order and it was spotty before that. Our administrative assistant has wasted hours and hours on the phone waiting for some sort of resolution. What he has gotten is hours on hold and when someone does pickup, he's promised a 100 times over that we will receive a delivery and a phone call from dispatch to confirm. It's yet to actually happen. He was told yesterday that Marcus would call this morning to confirm and we were high up on the delivery schedule. When he checked the website this morning, strangely, we were pushed to Monday with no call, no email, nothing. So, once he actually connects with someone, we will be canceling and moving on to another water delivery company. This is absolutely unacceptable. Deliveries have been delayed over the past few months but the most recent delivery date, which was supposed to be two weeks ago never showed up.
