The current merger with Primo brands is a total disaster! According to may last statement before Primo took over stated my next delivery date was April 30, 2025! On April 21, 2025 I receive a text that they were delivering that day. I had just got a delivery on the 2nd and only get a delivery once a month. To make the situation worse Primo requires that you take 2 bottles per month when I normally only take 1 since that one bottle lasts me for the month. They did not deliver on the 21st but charged me an $8.99 late cancellation fee. I had to call and get that taken off since it was not my fault that I was not given enough notification to allow me to cancel the delivery. I also changed my delivery to every 2 months. Since I just got my delivery on the 17th I initially saw my next delivery in July. Today I looked at the account and it states that my next delivery is June 16th. Tried calling and the line is busy. My average bill before the merger was about $34 if I took 2 bottles. Looking at my upcoming bill the possible bill it states $50. Another change that angers me is with Sparkletts we got FREE cooler cleaning service if we rented our cooler. Primo Brands wants to charge us $94 or $12.95 for the tools to clean the cooler ourselves. Why should we be responsible for cleaning the cooler if we are renting it, we do not want to be responsible if anything goes wrong. If Primo was taking over Sparkletts and other companies they should grandfather in the services we were previously getting. All I hear are excuses. It is not about customer service any longer. Ordered 5 cases, they delivered 5 cases, one was broken, but billed me for 10. Twice I called them to fix the mistake and they still haven't credited my account after a week. It takes a few minutes to adjust an account. Stay clear of their faulty billing. read more

Scam company. Sent a paid balance to collections for some reason. When talking to them it was very well proven it was paid, but they were still all shoulders and couldn't help. Water is always late or sometimes doesn't come. A lot of the times the water taste different/weird. Can't believe Costco partners with the a e people. They need to be out of business. They simply stopped the deliveries! They missed the regular scheduled Thursday delivery so I called the next day Friday they mentioned they will be delivering the water on Saturday. Again NO SHOW! So I called them on Monday finally they delivered two containers despite my request of delivering three containers. My delivery schedule is every two weeks. So I thought like any one of us they made a mistake and their mis handling the delivery just that one time is forgivable. I have been their customer for four years and obviously I do not want to take it personal and figured it was just an error so we can move on. Oh NO. Again the Thursday delivery time came and guess what? NO SHOW! AGAIN! I called to find out what is going on. I pay my bills on time always. So no problem there. I tried to dig a little deeper to make sure I receive the water promptly as agreed. The person I talked to was located in Florida and it is a call center. I requested to speak to someone with authority, could not get through. She mentioned all she can do is to escalate the issue and they will deliver the water on Friday. Now remember this was the second time they did not deliver the water. I insisted to speak to a supervisor at least in the call center. She finally transferred me to a person by the name of Robert. After explaining all the issues I was having with the deliveries, he said he will personally call me back and he will make sure the waters are delivered on Friday. Guess what happened next? Not only I did not receive any calls from the so called supervisor Robert, they never delivered the water as they promised. At this stage I came to the conclusion that they do not want my business and they are very incompetent. Promising the customer and commitments not kept. Total break down in service and customer care. Not calling back. I am sorry, I cannot do business with these people. We all have more important issues to deal with rather than going through the stress of asking an organization to take our money. 20+ year Sparkletts customer here Sparkletts has missed the past month's worth of deliveries. We have 10 empties outside. We've contacted customer service who promised that our 10 bottles would be delivered yesterday. We received 2x 5 gallon bottles yesterday and a flat of 1l bottles (we've never had a flat of water delivered- so much wasted plastic). None of the empties were picked up. Currently my husband is on the phone yet again with customer service who isn't providing any actual customer service. They've been claiming "low route coverage" is to blame for lack of deliveries. They also charge hidden fees for things like paper statements. They've charged me several times without my knowledge for mailing me a paper statement. They kept bringing more water than I would use and when I tried to stop delivery frequency they would continue to dropoff after submitted several requests to stop. At one point I had 16 of there massive jugs in my house. Now the invoices are indicating an accumulating late payment for a service, as Ive said, Ive already requested to cancel in 2022 given their delivery schedule never seems to be accurate. Email communication is non-existent and all contact points are being directed to the website, which they seem to have rebranded, which then goes back to the same nonresponsive email chain. I was overcharged in error for almost 2 years - they kept charging me for having a 2nd dispenser after I had already returned it. I have called them 5 times in the past month after I realized I was overbilled, only to hear them say that they will email their Branch/Regional manager for refund approval. Unreliable delivery service. Unkept promises. Out of water and still have not gotten any deliveries.

This is for delivery in the North Copperhill Area of Santa Clarita. I started delivery service just prior to the start of the 2020 pandemic. The first year was 90% good with only a couple of delivery problems. The next year dropped to about 60% where delivery was constantly re scheduled and even missed completely. The last six months were 10% and a complete nightmare. The call center and the local distributor don't communicate. The call center looks up your account, sees you on the schedule but the water never shows up. After being promised three times that it would be there tomorrow, my patience grew thin and I cancelled them. The only time they were on time during the last six months was to pick up the cooler and the 7 empty bottles that had been sitting on my porch for the past three months. When they picked up the cooler, they actually sent two different dudes at two separate times. No communication, poorly run. Originally signed up through Costco but that added nothing except a discounted price to the service. I had auto billing, annual tips for drivers, what else could I have done to make it easier for them? Maybe hire and schedule their drivers myself? read more

Probably the worst company ever! My water delivery is over 3 weeks late. I call, they tell me it will be here on a certain date and then it doesn't come. I call again, they promise me my water will be here a certain day and then it never comes. Rinse and repeat. their customer service reps are very nice, but literally can't actually help you. I was offered a whole 11 refund for a delivery fee for the inconvenience, but still no water. If you are having staffing issues you really need to send a letter to your customers instead of leaving them in the dark. We are a long time Sparkletts Water customer. During the pandemic in 2020 up to early 2021, we were getting our water delivered regularly. Water bottles being delivered by a friendly deliverer driving the Sparkletts truck. Our empty bottles were always taken away. But something has changed since May 2021 up to today June 30, 3021. The delivery have become random and NO Sparkletts truck delivery in sight in our neighborhood but a bottle is being dropped off. Then one day, I encounter a person driving a Prius dropping off a Sparkletts bottle at our front porch. The person was an Uber Deliverer. Was told that due to Covid-19, they are delivering these water bottles. They do not take the empty bottles. That has to be called in for pick up. Started to have a collection of empty bottles that need to be picked up. Tried calling Sparkletts (Primo Water North America) to have these empty bottles to be picked up. Waited for almost one hour and half before hanging up. Customer service used to be very good when calling in, someone always picked up the call and helped solving an issue. Something now has drastically changed in everything. Something is very wrong going on internally with this company. Stay a way from this sparklers water / primo water service. They are horrible service, horrible customer service, you can NOT get hold of anyone, calls going to Florida and they saying , They need to call your local branch and local branch dose not answer then they tell you that they will call you as soon as they hear from them then you have to call back again to follow up and ever time you are on the phone for at least 30 to 45 minutes. I had delivery scheduled on July 11th 2022. They call my wife on Friday to remind her for Monday we left the bottles out no show called on 12th and they lied first that " there was no scheduled delivery set up for yesterday for you" then I went over the schedule that they send me I have a picture of it then they said " sorry we ran out of time yesterday " I told him OK how come nobody called or notified me or text me or email me about it? And keep it in your mind that I have a neighbor across the street that she gets the same service and she got her water on 11th then they rescheduled me for Thursday the 14th. I could not trust them I called them on Thursday at 12:45 PM the insured mean that I am going to receive them water today and they don't see any problem with route. sure enough at 8 o'clock I get home still no water. I called again today and same lip service " let me call your local branch let me hear from them to see what's the issue ect...."
