Several areas had gotten grubby and stained, especially in the kitchen, and we had a few small chips and pits that collected dirt. The owner, Mary Ryan, explained that after decades in this business, they have learned that scrubbing the tile by hand, touching up grout color so it all matches, and applying a high quality sealer was the best way to ensure that our floor would look as good as new. I wanted a written confirmation of everything we wanted done and after following up multiple times I get a text- Confirmation September 5th 8am-9am Rate-$500 We will be doing everything as we talk about. Ready for you! I followed up asking for summary of conversation as I wanted to make sure we were on same page. Two days later I get a half complete summary of tasks. I update the summary back and she confirm again two days prior for our job. I follow up day before with details of entering the house and asking for names of cleaners. Text ignores. Then during tail end of arrival window day of job I text to follow up. She replies crew members got in an accident on way to job and won't be coming. To let her know if I wanted to reschedule. I called her immediately and she ignored my phone call. Even if accident were true (highly doubt) she could atleast had the decency to call and apologize profusely rather than text after my inquiry and ignore my phone call. Could have even offer to come herself. The whole experience was just terrible. She knew this was the one day I needed cleaning done based on our leasing schedule. Stay clear!
