You could see where they had wiped it down because the dirt was still where they hadn't so we went back and told the guy what was up and he ran the car thru again and it was better but still not super clean. Brought my 2002 Civic 2 door in yesterday to be detailed. I have kept this car far longer than I needed to and it is finally time to sell it. It has low mileage and kept inside the garage. This is an average car wash, and you might need to drive through a 2nd time. For tire shine, you'll need to remind them. Also, any issues you may encounter, just drive back to the entrance. Today I found out that people working past that do not speak any English. Seriously, none of them. I had some orange icing or similar on the passenger side of my vehicle. When I drove up, I made it a point to show this orange substance because I wanted to make sure it could be removed. I purchased the basic with a tire shine. At the end of the wash, the orange substance was partially still there, and no tire shine had been applied or wiped. When I left there, they had wiped off the orange substance (icing, maybe) and didn't und t stand me about the tire shine. Maybe a 2-1/2 star rating. Be aware going in. read more

My vehicle sat in a garage bay at the back of the car wash lot for 1 hr and 30 minutes today . I finally went and asked the Service Manager if it was being worked on , he said the cleaning crew had not even started on it. Said it normally takes about 45 minutes to do the express $84.99 express interior car wash that I purchased today. It seems that my car wash experience today is going go to exceed 2 hours wait time which is just terrible service delivery. Im giving a 4 due to the unlimited washes for a great monthly and they are nice but if I was rating on quality of wash, would be more like a 3 - 3.5. They are quick and at a glance will look much better but if you want it truly perfect with no missed spots then they will fall short but they will gladly hit them if you point out read more

I love having car wash options like this close to work! I'd say if you have a little time spend the money and get a thorough wash on your car and let them vacuum it and etc. It is not as quick as some of the other express car wash spots IMO, but they do what they can do to get it done! I like going into the cool air conditioning inside on a summer day while I wait for my vehicle. If you're shopping for a birthday card or something for a friend they have lots of fun options. The Blue Mountain cards are always something I look forward to browsing through at these kinds of places. Also...for my LITTLE TREE air freshener fans get a tree in quite literally every scent imaginable! The old management was way better. now the are disrespectful and careless! My car was lucked and the back door was open when it pass the auto wash and the guy in red shirt was so rude with me and blame me for not closing the back door and lock the doors while I didn't touch the car since they clean inside and outside and they drive it to the auto wash!!!!!! And they wipe it dry but leaves old dirt and wax marks and I had to wipe it all over myself! I went here for a simple car clean because my family used to love this place. I asked for their cheapest cleaning and the guy let me know that the cheapest they offer if $75 and it was the cheapest one on the main sign when you pull up. I asked if there was anything cheaper and he assured me that was it. I am a younger woman so I asked my dad about it and put him on the phone with the guy selling to me. Suddenly there was a $25 option for a simple cleaning great. Went inside and read a brochure that had the cheaper cleanings. So they have them but don't advertise them. They left equipment in my car, didn't wipe down the screens inside of the car, didn't clean the front or back windows (inside), i had to go back and get the fragrance put in my car because they forgot to put it in. This car wash used to be good when it was a different company back years ago, now not so much. It's very run down on the outside and the inside isn't much better. The people they have working there all act like they don't want to be there and do their job and the quality of work shows because of their half ass attitude. I had to have the vehicle washed twice because it was still dirty when it came out! Bugs still on the front, soap still on the back window, didn't vacuum hardly anything etc. I got my money back, screw this place! First time to visit the car wash. I asked which detail Package would include outside and inside. I was told the $34.99 does. Well they did not wipe the inside down at all, not even a little. Whats the point of this place if they dont even wipe it down on the inside. You basically pay $35 for an outside wash and vacuum, and not even a good vacuuming. This place was amazing when they were Simoniz but I don't think I'll be coming back now. Spent over $100 for a wax and interior detail and waited about 2 hours. Because I needed to go pick up my kid I didn't do a full interior check before I drove home. My mistake. I have a Toyota Highlander and the car wash didn't even vacuum let alone detail my trunk area. HOW?! My husband luckily took it back up there and they vacuumed it but STILL didn't clean the side/plastic area or cup holders. He said it wasn't worth his/our time to try to convince them to do it a third time and just left. This car wash used to be good, and now it is awful. I went there a few days ago and got the $34.99 wash. They were literally done in less than 10 minutes and I thought that was odd....come to find out it's because they did nothing! I go to my car with mud spots all over still on the bottom of my car, literally nothing wiped down inside my car and when I asked them about it, the "manager on duty" gave me attitude. I said I'm sorry to bother you but I just paid 35 dollars for this?!! So he went around the car huffing and puffing with a spray bottle and towel to finish what should have been done before I was called to the car. It still looked bad when he was finished, but I was so frustrated I just got in the car and left. I will never be back again, and it's sad to see how bad it is now. What a horrible experience today. I did go online to their website and filled out a survey so I'm hoping to have a favorable outcome as I've been going to this place off and on for years. As mentioned below there interior cleaning leaves little to be desired, BUT I paid $122.50 for a detail service and I can't figure out what the heck I paid for. I later found out when I called, asking what I was sold that it was the "appearance plus book." That could include a variety of detail services like carpets, conditioning wipe down of console and dash or leather conditioning of seats, along with three future washes. WHAT?? I wasn't told any of that other than they would do my carpets, detail my whole car, wax and leather seats conditioned and I definitely didn't receive any booklet for future washes. I could go on and on with details but I won't bore you. The manger I spoke with after I realized what happened made no apologies and said I could come up there to get my booklet. I assumed he would leave whatever these other coupons were in my booklet due to how bad this experience had been. When I got there he handed me my booklet and I asked if I could get my air freshener since it clearly had not been done and he said oh on this wash it's just spray, then just stared at me...umm...okay but that wasn't done so like maybe give me the cards they use for the other washes...he was very unprofessional and I must say, if they don't make it right I will be going elsewhere. Too many other car washes around to deal with this. Times are tough with Covid and i had hoped after spending that much to be treated a bit better. I must admit I was very disappointed today it used to be 1699 now it's 1799 and you have to pay extra if you want them to wipe your cupholders the back window is very smeared Unfortunately I won't come back. I don't know what the deal is used to be a really good car wash but now no not at all. the girl taking the money inside was in a bad mood she didn't even greet you. She act like she had an attitude, and she didn't even say thank you. and I think the manager was standing there talking on the phone and he didn't even notice.
