I have always had good service in the past but Sat 9/5 left little to be desired. The attendant was yelling something in Spanish to another employee while I was trying to tell him what service I wanted. They did not spray the air freshener that I requested. I guess he was too busy with the other employee to hear my request. Had a rainstorm move in Saturday afternoon so I called them to see if they were by chance offering a rain check on Sunday for cars that they washed on Saturday. I was told yes BUT only if you spent $29.99 or higher. My car is smaller and doesnt require a $30 wash. So I hung up the phone with the impression that I was not an important enough customer to fit their policy. I will NOT be going back. They must have changed management and/or owner when they changed names. I will take my business to an establishment that appreciates it from this point on. read more

I got a bumper to bumper detail yesterday at 5:00. I was the last car there, and shortly after leaving, noticed that my driver's side side-view mirror was missing. Just the glass mirror part, not the whole thing. I immediately drove back, and there was only one person still there. He told me to come back in the morning and ask for Francisco or Evan. I just left after speaking to Evan, who has absolutely no management or people skills. He informed me that the gentleman I had talked to yesterday had called and told him about it. He said he looked in the tunnel and didn't see anything, so he went to look at the video. He called me into the office, immediately telling me "Look, it was missing before you ever even got here!", in a very rude and accusatory tone. I calmly explained that the outside cover of the mirror was missing and that's not what I was referring to. The actual mirror is what is now missing. He then pointed to the video and said, "Well, you can see here that it's pushed in the way it's supposed to be, so there's no way it got knocked off by us. The best I can do is fill out an incident report and have them investigate, but based on this, they will deny it." I had no time to stay and argue with him as I had a work meeting to attend in 5 minutes, so I just left and said I would never be back. Very disappointing customer service. To make matters worse, after looking at my car this morning, the detail job on the inside is not worthy of the $149 I paid. I will definitely never be back to this car wash, and based on the lack of customer service by the management, I would not recommend anyone spend their money here. read more

I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt after one poor cleaning, but today was the second time they did a substandard job on the interior of my car. Interior door was not cleaned, still had visible dirt. Same for back seat, streaks from a spill on the seat not wiped in several places. I don't expect a full detail on the interior, but I do expect all the seats and doors to be wiped clean. read more

I have a full service car wash membership and the management and worker's only want to do the basic wash service. I have to ask them every time to provide the service that I have paid for. This car wash also damaged my New Truck. There are some bad apples in the bunch. This car wash does not deserve 1 Star. read more

I selected this car wash based on the reviews and it was disappointing... I paid $13 for the exterior package #2. There was soap on the back of the car. There is no point in paying for a car wash when I have to clean up my car. The soap spot was obvious and should have been cleaned up properly. I noticed it when I parked my car & have to wash it out now. Not recommended. read more

I got a membership because one of my co-workers recommended them but after 3 months I am out. The service is so inconsistent, sometimes they would spray all tires, something just one side and others just the windshield. I was so confused by what was covered by the package I had bought and then the guys drying up the cars would do a horrible job. Definitely not my type of service. read more

I have been coming here for several years. The employees are now very unaware and all seem unexperienced. They could not answer any of my questions and many errors were made during my oil change. For some reason, they forgot to wash the car interior and after they did, they did a poor job. The female employee working at the front desk inside was indifferent and was not able to explain anything. After explaining what had gone wrong, she and another employee just laughed. Prices increased but customer service and quality of service definitely went down. I will not be returning. read more

Probably the worst detail job I've ever seen. Floor still contained debris that was not vacuumed. Dash and other interior plastic surfaces were not clean. Exterior surfaces had clearly just been run through the normal wash and wiped down; there were still spots where road film wasn't removed (all it would take is a bit of soap and a hard wipe, as I did when I got home). I have not had a car wash in a while due to covid so I came in today looking to get my car detailed. The lady that checks you in said they are not doing details right now because they are too busy so I said okay and started backing out to leave and the manager stopped me and said they can do it. So I went next store to Arby's, ate and watched, I watched for an hour. I watched them work on the car next to mine, fine, I knew they were busy and would work on mine next. NOPE, they pulled a car next to mine and started working on that one instead and that's when I walked back over there and asked why mine had been passed. So they got someone to work on it, I watched him "detail" my car very fast and half way and only after 15 mins he said it was done. I called the manager over and showed him that, that was not a detail clean and i had been there for 2 hours now. The manager had the employee come back and wipe it down and told me I was passed up and you wait longer if you pay less. At that point I was beyond pissed. So I got in my car after paying $56 and left. My car looks no different than if I had just paid for the regular car wash. I will NEVER go back to this place. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY RUINED MY BUMPER AND I HAD A TESLA AND THEY ALSO BROKE MY FLASH DRIVE. read more

Was looking for a full service car wash because I honestly care more about the inside of my car then the outside. This is the only one I could find in the entire area. Employees are nice, prices are pretty standard for full service. I got the monthly membership because it pays for itself in pretty much 2 visits. I've been twice now and they took their time the first time but the second time seemed a little rush and my windows were still dirty. As far as the interior, you get a vacuum and I what they describe as a "light" wipe down of the interior which is not that great but it is what it is. I do like that they give you a choice of air freshener scent. Not sure what they use, but I can smell it for days, almost a week. I almost always get lemon or cherry but they have a variety of scents. I also really like the employees, they are always very friendly and funny. Overall, was comparable to my hand car wash in Houston and I'll continue to go unless I find someplace better with the interior. read more
