What was most bothersome was that the technician apologized with a smirk, which felt dismissive and unprofessional. On a separate visit, I was repeatedly pressured to approve services I did not need. When I declined, the technician's attitude noticeably changed. Today was the final straw and the reason I have decided to stop all services at this location and with this company. Despite arriving before other customers, my vehicle was overlooked and moved to a different bay so that other cars could be serviced ahead of mine. Additionally, the practice of placing 3,000-mile service stickers on vehicles is misleading, especially when newer model vehicles do not require oil changes until 5,000 miles.CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!

Even my wife enjoys coming here on her own and I typically handle the car tasks. I feel comfortable knowing they are going to help her with what she needs and nothing more. Interior is incredibly clean. There is water and coffee for you while you wait. One of my favorite features about this location is the wall of Vets. You bring in a photo and they display it.
