Queena did the best design job on my nails!!! I always go to her when I want nice designs instead of just simple one color nails. She showed me pictures of other designs she did in the past since that's her specialty. I was very happy with the result considering I only gave her a sample picture of what I wanted, and she used her own creativity to do the rest! I've been going to Queena for about 4 years now, and she always does her best to accommodate me. I've referred multiple friends to her, and she never disappoints and has turned all of them into devout clients. She does get booked pretty fast, and requires an appointment but I PROMISE you that she's worth waiting for. If there's something amiss, not to your liking, Queena will fix it, no strings attached. One time I broke my nail and she took me in immediately the next day to fix it. Whenever I have flights to catch, she will always try to accommodate and show up early to do my nails so I won't miss my flight. Queena is truly amazing and a god send. I'm a nervous newbie when it comes to getting my nails done. It's something about the lack of control and sharp tools, but Queena was extremely kind, patient, and skilled. I am totally at ease with my hands in her hands lol She patiently helped me choose the perfect shade of white (because of course, I was clueless) and gave great suggestions. She also explained what she was doing and why she was doing it over other techniques. I also loved that she wanted me to love my nails, and asked if it was the right color and nail shape throughout the process. She even let me know she would fix my nails for free. But it's been one week, and there's no need for me to come back -- they were perfect the first time round. Overall, I'm super super happy with my nails. She understands what you want as a customer (under the assumption that you do have a relationship with her) but if not, you can count on the fact that she will respect your requests and provide it the best way she can. 2, her work is not only aesthetically pleasing, it lasts a good amount of time.
