Lexie removed my cuticles so perfectly that my hand looks so amazing and flawless. Lilly did my toes and loved how my nails looked. My ingrown were removed as my request. They exceeded my expectations. I was extremely happy and satisfied of my visit. I highly recommend this place. Its calm, neat, and their theme is Princess. I cannot believe I have to write this review. The owner and management are horrendous and need to be replaced immediately. The nail techs are so nice and sweet so this isn't on them. I had purchased a gift card for two pedicures through THEIR website. I bought them for my mom and sister. My sister went in today and took my daughter with her. They had a great time getting their toes done. But when they went to check out that's when it turned. Kevin Nguyen was checking them out at the front and my sister presented the gift card. He proceeded to say that it's not valid that it's a scale and told us that it wasn't their location and all this nonsense. We proved that we bought it through their website and location. We even booked an appointment right then their to show that it showed up in their system and booked it directly from their website. Instead of honoring the giftcard or saying that they would figure it out with their website my sister had to pay. We will never ever be back. I wish I could give zero stars. The customer service is disgusting and the mistreatment of loyal customer is awful. read more

I've been coming here since they opened. But, for over two years, there's been new ownership. Everyone has been great. The consultants are all nice and friendly. Most recognize me who have been here for two years. I get my nails done by almost everyone. They all know my signature style by now which is the Gemini emblem on my ring fingers. I've been through trials and tribulations of which types of nails works best for me, Gel acrylic, dip, powder, and as a bartender I've finally found what works best for me. Powder directly on my real nails. Which happen to grow really fast. I never break or chip them when handling bottles on busy nights anymore. Everyone in this shop has been on this journey with me. Lol. They definitely all know me. It's truly a princess vibe when you walk in and the Royal pink velvet couches offer a nice touch. They offer complimentary champagne, mimosas, water, coffee etc. conversations are always nice and I've gotten to know about these lovely employees as they've gotten to know about me. I recommend this place because they all are personable people like you and me and make you feel comfortable. And every time I leave they remind me they'll see me in three weeks. Lol. The environment is always clean, all of the equipment for manis and pedis is freshly opened from new packaging. I've never had such a negative experience getting my nails done. Not only did I wait 30 mins to be seen but the guy did everything half assed, I told him I had ingrowns and he refused to help me saying I had nothing when I can feel it. He argued me about wanting regular polish and kept insisting I get gel. Which makes sense bc I later found out he was the owner of the place. Horrible customer service from the owner. I do not recommend this place. Keep in mind I'm 8 months pregnant. The fact that this is your response is comical to me. I'm a business owner myself and at some point instead of having an ego you should address the problem. You guys are in the wrong. I hope no one comes here for there sake read more

Went for the first time Sunday for an long over due pedicure, selected the champagne and rose $77 pedicure. 10 mins into the service she buffers my skin instead on my toe nails and left a stinging sensation behind, it burned for the remaining of the service. My foot has been throbbing and when I checked today I have scars. Paid triple the money for a pedicure and got triple the pain with the 3 wounds on my foot. She didn't even say sorry after I told her my foot hurt, just held up the buffer and said oh to hard. read more

Sitha was really sweet and was able to see me as a walk in. I asked for a basic pedicure, which i needed more than anything that day and i wound up getting a mani too. First time I saw this place I was finishing eating from a restaurant and on the way home I saw Princess Nail Bar because it looked like it was just opened and I made a U turn just to check out the setup which I am always down to try a new nail spot. So I came in and I was God smacked with pink and white roses on the walls with a charming feminine touch. Layout of first half of the establishment is the manicure section and other half the room is the pedicure section. I went ahead and made a Gel Mani and Pedi appointment for Saturday, July 17 at 9:15 in the morning. I highly recommended coming in the first thing in the morning when they are open because they are focus, energized, and no one is there so their attention is all yours and you don't feel rushed at all. Communication is key as paying customer so make sure to say something that you do not like or like. I sure did told Linda and Jordan that I do not want my manicure and pedicure services at the same time. I told Linda and Jordan that I want to do my services separately because I want to able to enjoy and relax. They were very appreciative of that. So, I started with the Gel Pedicure with Linda. As I sat in the Fancy throne pedicure chairs that have massagers that are built into the chairs I instantly felt like a princess During the commencing of the pedicure as Linda started to turn on the water and she made my pedi bath she mentioned they use fresh flowers and fresh fruit oranges in the pedi spa. I was informed that they have a bartender that comes in on Friday and Saturday that comes in at noon.. Linda did my pedicure and she was very attentive and made sure I was very comfortable. Btw, she mentioned she does Ombre and for my next appointment I will definitely ask for her to do my manicure. Jordon did my manicure and he was awesome. Both Linda and Jordan are very skilled. I recommend that you book an appointment with them. read more

I am not from Vegas, just visiting from california and wanted to take my mom and sister out for Mother's Day spa day. And I found this cute little nail salon here on yelp and it did not disappoint! However, I took a break from getting my anils done for 4 months to allow them time to heal since they were paper thin. They also were charging me $5 for everything little thing. During pedicures, they would do callous remover without even asking if I wanted it and when I brough this up to their attention they brushed it off. BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

With my most recent visit I made an appointment online a couple days before. Despite this, I waited for about 20 minutes after I arrived at the shop and the last time I had made an appointment I also had to wait. While someone said hello when I came in, no one asked me if I had an appointment. There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

I don't normally leave reviews but I felt like this one is worth the time. I've been driving by this salon for months and finally decided to stop in. I needed a full set but was definitely weary because of bad experiences in the past. Lana or Alana (I think she goes by both) did my nails, I honestly wish I met her sooner. She was wonderful! This nail salon always takes care of me and I never have any lifting. I also always get my eyebrows and armpits waxed here perfectly. There is great service when it comes to getting you in and out quickly and providing snacks and drinks. It is a very comfortable environment that I continue to go to.
