Really, as a professional with 25 years of experience, how do you not look at what you're doing and think this looks nothing like what she asked for, let me start over? And if you're unable to do what I ask for, tell me and I can pick something else! But, she kept going and sent me on my way. Nail polish stuck under my nails and to my skin. Maybe she was rushing? Not sure, but could I have said I didn't like what she did? Absolutely! But I was already there for 2 hours, and why would I want you to redo my nails when you already did a terrible job? I paid 130 dollars (45+10: manicure and cat eye and then 55+10: pedicure and something else) and that's not including tip. Had I known it would have been an extra 10 dollars for cat eye, I would have declined. I wish I would have waited until I returned home to go to my regular artist, but my nails needed it badly...but maybe I should have just waited. The first tech I went to was fine, but the salon she worked at charged high prices for not as full fills/sets, plus it took at least 2 hours for a "volume" fill. Although I was happy with having lashes & feeling "ready" as soon as I wake up, I did not think I could fit a 2 hour fill in + justify spending $140+ every 2 weeks. I began to search for a new lash tech & found The Lvsh! I first went to The Lvsh for a foreign fill (because I still had my lashes from the previous salon) & April did an amazing job! She actually took me in very last minute, as I woke up with more than half of my lashes missing on one eye. I was grateful April squeezed me in for a mini/foreign fill as I speak face to face with other people for work & I couldn't imagine anyone taking me seriously with half of my eyelash extensions missing on one eye! So, special thank you to April for saving the day :) Since January, I have been going to The Lvsh for 2 week fills. April's prices are incredibly reasonable & her work is outstanding. I could definitely go more than 2 weeks, I'm sure my fills could last a month, but I love having the full & fluffy look which is why I go see her every 2-2.5 weeks. Lastly, I have to put it out there that if you ask for full, volume, fluffy, April will give you just that and maybe even more without draining your wallet lol. So if you want to get your money's worth, have your lashes actually stay on for a minimum of 2 weeks, visit a clean, cute & established salon, & not break the bank just because you want to look put together without makeup, then do yourself a favor and visit The Lvsh for all of your beauty needs :)
