The lady here is extremely rude. She doesn't understand even the simplest English I spoke. I went inside with an empty water can and asked her I need clean and refill. She replied where did you get the can? We don't want cans, you have to throw away. Again I repeated slowly what I want. She then got the can and did the refill and told me go and pay $1.75. I took my card out. She said, no card, only cash (in a very harsh way). I said it's in the car, I can bring. By the time, water was filled. I noticed her having a nice cart to carry big water cans so I requested her can you please help me load it in the car? She was rough and said no I can't, you take, or pay me $10, if you want to give to your home pay $10. I again confirmed, the car is just in the parking lot, I need help to take it there. She kept repeating the same and asked me will you pay or not. I said I will take it by myself. Pay for the water first she said. I came to the car, took the cash and went in with a shopping cart that was outside and paid and carry it and loaded all by myself. Extremely a bad experience. They offer good rates for drinking water but the moment I walked in I felt spooked out by the overall vibe of the store and the owners can't improve their communication skills to save their lives. They have a thick accent and don't treat the customer kindly. There are better water filling stores nearby so I'll avoid them. This place is tucked inside a plaza on El Camino, there's no but sign in the front, but it's the one across Charles Schwab. The service was great, it's not really self serve because the owners rinsed the bottles and filled then for me, all I did was to put them back on the cart. When an old lady came (obviously a repeated customer) the owner actually went out to help her with the cart. I just wish they have a loyalty card or prepaid card like other places, otherwise it's 25 cents per gallon. p.s. they also sell other stuff like phone cards, hair clips, fake plants, bras, etc.... read more

All I can say is, TERRIBLE! Once I walked in, this old crabby lady mean mugged me like I stole something. All I wanted to do was to refill a few empty water jugs. I greeted her and said, "How are you doing today?" Then she replied, "You a man, you talk too much. Leave your water here and don't touch it until I finish refilling your water." I tried to "kill her with kindness" and was unsuccessful. Please, please, please just drive a few more miles away from this place to get your water. WORST.SERVICE.EVER! Do not come here unless you want to be insulted! My parents came here to refill water after shopping at Kings Seafood Market, and the owner ruined our fkin days! Unlike other self-served and generous water places we've gone to before, this rudeass owner didn't even let us refill our own bottles. She took away our bottles to refill them because she didn't want us to dirty her store (since we came from the market). My mom asked for some water to rinse her hands and this was what the owner said "My water is gold and it's not for washing your dirty hands" (Translated). There is something wrong with this lady. If I don't like somebody's service, I would not write on on yelp about it. But this pathetic lady lacks humanity. She seems to be living in those ages where they have more time to discriminate. I have not seen such treatment in at least this era anywhere else. Its not about just her rude behavior, but her rotten mentality. I am surprised I saw something like this in this country for the first time ever. My husband thought to fill water on his own. She showered her dirty tone. We thought it was due her age. But then when he was about to give money, she asked him to place the money on counter. Later she washed her hands. I was standing right there looking at her in shocked state. After my husband went in car, I rushed to her to give her piece of mind. She was hiding somewhere. I went back in the car and saw her coming out. Then again I went to her and said her, "The way you behaved is not good for humanity." I went in the morning to get water. As the store was not open yet, I used the vending machine. The machine took $1.50 and won't dispense water. It wouldn't refund the money also. While I was trying and about to come back, the old man and lady came and opened the store. I went inside and filled 2 bottles of water. But the lady told me that I have not paid money and the machine always returns. That was insane! I didn't say anything and paid her the money. I tried to explain but she wouldn't listen. The lady was rude to my mom and than to me all because we ask for her to rise the gallon before filling the water than she kicked my mom out for doing it herself. But my mom didn't know since it was her first time. The only reason we went was because my mom likes the water and it's near by. But I will never go back! People were getting upset bcoz the place isn't open and it was 9:15! The old couple..the owners came at 9:30! I jokingly said Oh you guys are late! The old lady got offended!
