No heads up, no responsibility--just left it there knowing it could get towed... and guess what? It DID. Now I'm stuck dealing with towing fees because of their employee's stupidity. When I called them, they acted like it wasn't their problem at all, even though their own worker was doing side work on their property. Zero accountability. Just excuses. I even told them I was going to take this to court, and their response? "Yeah, we'll see about that." That right there tells you everything you need to know about how they treat customers. Save yourself the headache and don't waste your money here. These people do not care about you or your vehicle.

He also inspects other areas of car to let you know what maintenance you may need later . We've had him do 3 cars in last few months. 2 sets of breaks and ignition coil. On 3 different cars. All services were exceptional. He even showed us how to change our own cabin filter. Which we didn't know wasn't routinely inspected at oil changes we do regularly. Thanks Hani!

So my huge van was sitting in their way to get other customer work done...but they NEVER got mad nor impatient with me. They were nothing but kind, professional and knowledgeable ... they went above and beyond!! They worked after closing to solve my Sprinter problem and get me on my way!! And they didn't charge me any extra from the original quote which was simply for the SMOG test. Nevertheless, because they were so kind and unbelievable, I wanted to pay them more but the owner wouldn't allow it...He said, " I never take advantage of women." I will never go any place else!! However, if it's coming from paradise, it's a different story. My family has bought 3 cars from paradise over the last few years. That's where my confidence for buying an older car comes from. My salesman Corey reminded me why I should feel confident when doing business with paradise. Putting business aside, he's an amazing dude. Back to business though. Corey is super straight forward, honest, and extremely friendly, just like everyone else I talked to in my short time in paradise. Over in the service department, Mark is a treat to talk to as well.
